Thats a long list. Multiple cameras, many many lenses, tons of lighting gear and a smile :)

This should be a requirement of any professional. Yes, I have backups.

Do you charge hourly or full day?
Full day is most preferred by my brides, but we can talk about whatever time frames you might have. Multiple days? Not a problem.

All packages include all-day coverage.

Do you require a meal break? If yes, do you require that the wedding party provide your meal?
I don't require it, but usually will grab bites to eat when everyone else is eating. I work with the day :)

Depending on the location. Worldwide travel is an option.

How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
Usually around 2-3 weeks, but I get so excited about your pictures that sometimes they are done in less than a week!

In what format are the initial proofs offered?
Online galleries are provided free of charge in all packages.

How long can the couple keep the proofs?
Most galleries are online for 1 year.

Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
Yes.

Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?

Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the couple?
All packages now include a copy of the digital photographs.

Will images be available for viewing on an online gallery?
Always.

What kind of albums do you offer?
We provide a wide range of options for our albums. Each is designed by myself. Products provided by GraphiStudio and Asukabook.

When will I get the final book?
Once the proofs are finished, the design process starts. You will see an album design proof anywhere from 1-3 months after the wedding. Once approved, and depending on the size and album supplier, they take between 4-6 weeks to deliver.

Additional Questions and Answers
Can I purchase a CD of my images?
-Yes you may. A CD is included with all portrait purchases of $750 or more.
Can I use my photos on MySpace or Facebook?
-We can provide you internet ready images just for that purpose! A MyShots CD is included in all Senior portrait packages.
Can I purchase pictures online?
-Yes. We can arrange so that your portraits can be ordered directly from our website.
Can my friends view my photos online?
-Yes, we love it when friends can see your session! We post some of "the best" of each session on our blog. Your friends can view them there.
Do you travel?
-I am available for travel worldwide. Special discounts apply if you live in Brazil, I’m fluent in Portuguese.
What clothing should I wear?
-Wear what is comfortable, and something you won’t mind seeing in your photographs 5, 10 or 20 years from now. Wear something that defines yourself, something you REALLY love.
Can you come to me?
-YES. We do all of our awesome portraits on location. If you have something really cool in mind, I would LOVE to hear it!
Where should I take my portraits?
-Somewhere that you are really fond of. We can work with most locations, but let us help you with that decision.
What can I expect my engagement session to be like?
-You get whatever you make of it. But, you can expect to have some fun. Be relaxed, comfortable, and be yourself. The more fun you have, the better you images will be.
Don’t be surprised if I hang off ledges, lie in wet grass, or jump up and down to get the shot!
Do you work with contracts?
-Yes. A contract is the sign of careful business practices designed to help you get what you pay for. Without a contract, my word is all you have to trust in (although it’s good). Always request a contract for Creative Professionals and get things spelled out in writing!
Are your prints better than Walmart or Costco?
-YES. (Emphasis on the period)
Can I print my photos at Walmart or Costco?
-If you purchase a CD you can (included in all wedding packages), but you get what you pay for in the end. You never know how the color will come out with some of these local places.
Do you like Guster?
-I love Guster. They are a cool band, check them out.
What is your favorite color?
-Blue.
Do you design your marketing stuff?
-I’m a designer by trade, so yes, I design all of my stuff.
What equipment do you use?
-I’m a Canon shooter. Canon makes things easier for me =)
Do you bring any lighting equipment?
-Yes. Lighting is what really makes the portrait. At most I’ll have 1 big light, and maybe a second small one. Some portraits don’t need it, but a true photographer knows how to use it to create something truly beautiful.
How long do you keep my pictures for?
-Your pictures are archived after your order is placed. We can retrieve your images (we never delete them) but there is a small archival fee to retrieve them and prepare them for printing again.
Can I order more pictures in 3 months?
-Yes you may, but there is a small archival fee to retrieve them.
