Shawn has been performing for wedding ceremonies, receptions, parties, dinners, studio sessions and many other functions throughout South-East Michigan for over 20 years.
Shawn has a Master of Music and a Bachelor of Music Education.
Shawn can perform as a solo violinist (Acoustic or Electric) for your ceremony creating not only an intimate solo violin atmosphere but can also create a large multi-musician sound with looping effects. His musical skills span beyond classical music. As a solo violinist he has performed jazz, fiddle, rock, and many other styles. If you have any song requests Shawn would be happy to arrange it to make your event special and personalized for absolutely no extra charge!
Shawn supplies all of his own equipment and holds liability insurance to make sure your day is beautiful, musical, and stress-free. He played during our cocktail hour — both solo and in coordination with our DJ — and even performed live during our first dance, making the moment unbelievably special. Every step of the way, he went the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect, and it showed.
