Nestled at the base of South Mountain, the Secret Garden offers and intimate setting rich in history for outdoor ceremonies and indoor receptions. The 1929 Historic Home features a bridal suite with an adjoining balcony and clubroom for the groom. The Wedding Garden, lush landscaping, fountains and ponds offer a timeless photographic setting. Q: Do you have multiple weddings at the same time?
A: No, this is your day and only your wedding is scheduled at the Secret Garden. Your day includes up to 9 hours on the property, with additional hours for a small fee. Remember, Our Every Thought is You!
Q: How can I see the Secret Garden?
A: We have Open House every Wednesday evening from 5:30 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. or by special appointment during the week.
Q: What is the guest capacity?
A: We have areas available to accommodate up to 300 guests outside and 200 guests in our Traditions Pavilion reception hall.
Q: Am I allowed to bring in my own caterers?
A: Yes, since Secret Garden does not provide on-site catering, we welcome caterers and cake companies that provide liability insurance.
Q:  What is your policy regarding alcohol?
A: Alcohol may be purchased by you and delivered to our facility but must be served by one of our preferred and insured bartending services or an insured caterer.
Q: Do I need to acquire my own insurance?
A: No, because contracted vendors are required to carry liability insurance.
Q: Does the Secret Garden schedule events on Sundays?
A: Yes, We schedule weddings and events on every day of the week, including Sundays.
Q: Do you offer packages?
A: Yes - Our Silver Package is for the basic rental of the facility and allows you the flexibility to bring in your own outside vendors.  Our Gold Package is a full-service package and you would select your vendors from a list of Gold Package options. Our recently-added Copper Package is an affordable option for weddings held on Monday through Thursday.
Q: What are your deposit requirements?
A: We require a 20% non-refundable deposit on our Silver, Gold, and Copper Packages with the exception of our Silver Ceremony-only package that requires a 50% deposit. All packages require a $300 refundable security deposit as well.
