Want a made-for-tv experience? This is your place. When I was a little girl all the movies with perfect weather for an outdoor wedding with those perfect white chairs in the green grass painted this ideallic setting, followed by cocktail hour under twinkle lights…. All doable, at an affordable price. We danced under chandeliers to music curated by a dj who listened to our preferences and made us feel heard and understood. Our guests raved about the food too! Even our pickiest eaters’ bellies were full by the end of the evening. The staff was sweet and accommodating, professional, kind and considerate of all my “silly” requests. They answered all my questions same day via phone or email. I will always think of this place fondly. My grown daughter loved it too, hoping to have the same experience in the future. We love you, Secret Garden!

10/10 Recommend Secret Garden for your Wedding
The Secret Garden is the best venue anyone could get married at. Not only is it beautiful and extremely affordable, but they plan everything for you. I did not have to lift a finger. The food and drinks were incredible and the day was completely stress free. The bridal and groom suites are fantastic and the grand staircase made for the most beautiful photos. Our wedding coordinators that we got paired with named Madisson and Sam were genuinely the main reason the day went to smoothly. Her and her team helped with the rehearsal, set up all of my decor up, and answered any questions I had along the way. They directed all of my guests and wedding party to where they needed to be. Kayla and Haley, the bar tenders, kept the drinks flowing and made me special drinks every time I asked. All of my guests said it was the best wedding they have ever been to. You should 100% choose secret garden for your wedding.

The Best Venue Ever!
Our wedding on June 6th, 2025, was truly the most unforgettable day of our lives and we owe so much of that magic to Secret Garden and their incredible team! From the moment we began planning over a year and a half ago, the staff was there for us every step of the way. Their care, responsiveness, and attention to detail went above and beyond anything we expected.
Gianna, our Wedding Coordinator, was an absolute rockstar! She kept everything running seamlessly and did it all with such calm, kindness, and grace. She was always near by to help us out throughout the day. Gianna even bustled my wedding dress herself when I needed help, which just speaks volumes about the level of dedication and heart she brings to her work! We genuinely couldn’t have done it without her. Karen, our Banquet Captain, was equally amazing. She was warm, attentive, and always a step ahead to make sure we and our guests felt taken care of the whole night.
The venue itself was SO breathtaking. The atmosphere was more beautiful than we could have ever imagined and it felt like we were living in a fairytale! Dining under the stars created such a romantic, enchanting ambiance, and every corner of the space was picture-perfect (SO WORTH IT)! The photo booth was also such a hit and brought so much laughter and joy to the night. We now have so many beautiful pictures to look back on from our guests.
It’s rare to feel like everything came together flawlessly, but somehow, it truly did! We still find ourselves wishing we could relive the day over and over again. Secret Garden gave us memories that we’ll cherish forever, and we are endlessly grateful for their part in making our wedding the best day of our lives.

Amazing - Highly recommend
If anyone is looking at having their wedding at a Wedgewood property, my husband and I would highly recommend it. 100/10 would recommend the Secret Garden location as the team we worked with was fabulous from start to finish. Beginning with just our tour of the venue, we had Huntyr who was so sweet and so helpful. She showed us the flow of things and helped us to envision ourselves getting married there. We knew the day we did the tour, that was our venue.
From there, they helped us with planning the entire thing... We received a booklet that guided us through all our steps, when to meet with vendors, etc. Their recommended vendors // the vendors that were included in the Elite package were so excellent to work with!! (Janice at Blooming Bouquets and the team over at Piece of Cake -- wonderful!!).
A few months out from the wedding, we were scheduled to have a big dinner / tasting with other couples getting married at the venue so it was fun chatting with the people around us all planning their weddings for around the same time ours would be happening. We got to see the setting / atmosphere of what the horderves, cocktail hour, and dinner foods would be like.... It made it very easy for us to select all foods for the day of, as well as meet other vendors (hair/makeup, DJ, videographers, photographers, etc.). Wedgewood made planning the wedding a simplified task.
We had our rehearsal the day before the wedding where our wedding coordinator had everything down - showed everyone what they should be doing and where. I had a checklist prepared of points I wanted to cover and didn't even have to pull it out because our coordinator had hit every bullet I had noted without me even telling her a single bullet I had down.
The day of the wedding was perfect ... the team over at Wedgewood had our suites organized and had champagne prepared for the ladies and beers for the boys in their suite too. Our coordinator alongside her support team ensured everything was set up for us and that we could just relax and enjoy the day / getting ready / and celebrating in general with our favorite people...... I woke up the morning of and told myself that if anything were to go wrong, that it was out of my control and to let it go..... but I literally cannot even explain how PERFECT our day was. Everything stayed on schedule, decor was set up beautifully, and the Wedgewood staff were there to assist with ANY needs along the way. The food was delicious, the staff for the event was so friendly and eager to help / ensure our day was magical.
Overall, from start to finish, the team there made things easy, fun, and ensured our day was the BEST DAY EVER. Again - for anyone getting married, I would encourage you to look at Wedgewood properties, although their property, Secret Garden, forever holds that special place in my heart and would be my overall pick!

Best Wedding Venue!
This venue is amazing! I just had a wedding here on 10/4, and the service level was spectacular! We had all of our needs met and more. The team is great about giving suggestions & helping throughout the entire planning process. You may think this venue is more pricey than other smaller venues, but it is well worth the price and gives flexibility with all of their package options!

Simply the best
Secret Garden is an incredible venue that speaks for itself, but the team behind it is even better. Everyone is so kind and truly loves what they do. They make wedding planning feel easy, stress free, and you still get to have the wedding of your Pinterest dreams. The food and services are top of the line. All of our guests raved over the venue, food, drinks, and service. Sydney and Karen are the most kind hearted people and focused on us and making our day feel special, all while keeping the entire event flowing seamlessly. If we had to go through the process again, we would choose Secret Garden in a heartbeat.

Our entire experience with Secret Garden was seamless, and the planning team is staffed with rockstars! They were so diligent with any questions we had and were always so kind to us throughout making our wedding day so special! Sydney was a wonderful day-of coordinator, and our timeline with our wedding ceremony followed by our reception with music, food, dancing, and fun were all spectacular! We could tell our guests were having a blast, and my husband and I are so thankful we chose Secret Garden for our wedding! The way Secret Garden sets up the major vendors for you is beyond helpful (cake, flowers, DJ, food, open bar) with the premium package! We weren’t stressed about the big aspects of our wedding because of how well Secret Garden had everything organized!

The best venue!
We just got married here on April 21st, and it was magical! I’m a perfectionist and found that the whole planning process was super well organized. I loved that it was mostly an all inclusive venue, and every vendor they provided did not disappoint! We got tons of compliments from friends and family on the food, bar service, and overall ambiance. We did dinner under the stars and it was beautiful! Shoutout to Huntyr, our coordinator, and Karen, the banquet captain. They were both so genuinely sweet and kind! We had the best experience and we highly recommend this venue!

A Dream Come True
The moment my husband and I first visited Secret Garden, we knew that this is where we wanted our wedding to be. From day one, our wedding coordinator Huntyr guided us through everything we needed. Everyone on the team made the planning experience seamless and easy.

We cannot recommend The Secret Garden enough! Our wedding was absolutely seamless and it was all thanks to the staff here. Our wedding coordinator was Huntyr, but we worked with a majority of the staff throughout our planning process and they were all phenomenal to work with. If you are even slightly considering booking with them, DO IT! We heard multiple compliments from our friends and family on how perfect the venue was, how amazing the food and drinks were and just how well everything flowed throughout the night. We cannot recommend this team and this venue enough!

Amazing experience
My now wife and I booked the Secret Garden for our wedding on 11/6/2022. Not only is the venue incredibly beautiful, but the entire process of planning and coordination was so thorough and smooth. The response times via email over the year of our wedding planning were always so timely. Our day of coordinator Sydney was so awesome and flexible with us- even letting our florist come to the venue an hour early to start setting up. After the wedding, there were so many personal touches like taking the first photo of us as a married couple and gifting it to us in a frame at dinner that very night. They also provided us with togo boxes of both our cake and wedding meal (which was awesome because everyone knows you barely have time to eat at your own wedding :))

We really couldn’t have asked for a better venue. From the first meeting to the last they made sure we had every detail we needed on our special day. Gianna was the best coordinator, she was so calm throughout the processes ensuring that we did not need to worry about anything. On the day of everything was so smooth. To say that Secret Garden and our coordinator Gianna made our wedding dreams come true would be an understatement! From the very first interaction during one of their open houses we got a warm and fuzzy feeling from both Gianna and the venue. We knew immediately our friends and family would absolutely love the space and the environment they have created. During each and every meeting and phone call Gianna was professional, helpful, and full of wonderful ideas to help make our day even better. To top it all off they are almost an "all-inclusive venue" where they have vendors they closely work with included in their packages to make planning the actual wedding way less stressful. I cannot recommend Secret garden enough!

Best day ever!
A month before my husband and I got married my sister in law tied the knot. The wedding was filled terrible food, frozen/unedible desserts, freezing cold guests, an empty dance floor and a very unhappy bride, groom and guests. Seeing that a month before my wedding terrified me. Thankfully for me I choose the best venue and got married at The Secret Garden! They said a wedding is your special day but its not really a special day without your guests being happy too. The food was delicious! Every guest that tried the salmon said it was the best salmon they ever had! Including one guest who is a chef! The variety of food and quantity that was laid out for us was so plentiful everyone left full and happy! The cake vendor they work with was amazing, and the DJ had us all moving and grooving all night! The venue itself is absolutely stunning and everyone there said it was such a beautiful sight to see a bride coming down the stairs and make it down to the aisle/arch. I felt like the staff were super accommodating with the things we wanted to do to make the day special! Our event coordinators were truly amazing! One even helped re attach my veil when I was ready to just throw it out the window and cry in frustration because it wouldn't stay in place. They constantly asked what they could do for me and my husband and I felt like I was stress free the entire day. I knew with my coordinators by my side there wasn't a thing I couldn't handle. If you are contemplating going with The Secret Garden do it! Your guest will leave happy and you will leave knowing you just had the wedding of your dreams! Fairytale wedding venue
We just got married at secret garden on 12/8 and we cannot put into words how special this venue is! They make the entire planning process easy and stress free. The whole team was so sweet and truly cared about making the day as perfect as could be. Our lead wedding coordinator, Huntyr was amazing. She was on top of everything and was constantly checking in on us to see if we needed anything. She even saved the day when my family couldn’t figure out how to bustle my dress. Our guests could not stop gushing over how beautiful everything was and the food! The food was absolutely incredible! They also sprinkled in some extremely sweet little surprises. Secret Garden exceeded all expectations and we are forever grateful.

Above and Beyond
My wife and I decided on a date 5 months before our wedding date. We scrabbled to find a venue that would allow us to have our ceremony outside and move the dancing and dinner inside. Right before we gave up we learned that Secret Garden has a cancellation for 11/11/22. We immediately booked it and couldn't be happier. All of the staff were gracious and clearly communicated all details with no surprises. Sydney was wonderful preparing us for our special day and was on site from start to finish. Many of our guest expressed how it was the best wedding they had been to. We highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for the best service.

Magical Wedding
My wife and I just got married on September 22, 2022 at the Secret Garden, and it was absolutely magical! The venue was beautiful with the 1920's architecture, gorgeous lit up trees, and classy decor. The wedding coordinators, especially Huntyr, did an amazing job guiding us through the planning process and making sure the big day went off without a hitch! She even had umbrellas for us all on rehearsal day. Karen, the banquet coordinator, was so attentive during the reception and made sure we had everything we needed! Piece of Cake made a delicious vegan cake and decorated it beautifully! We honestly couldn't have asked for more! We highly recommend this venue!!

The most magical day!
100% recommend booking your wedding with Secret Gardens! The venue is BEAUTIFUL, but what truly made our day perfect was the team. I never waited more than a couple hours for them to get back to me, Gianna worked with me every step of the way to stay within my budget, and I truly felt as if I had a team behind to help plan my wedding. They ensured that everything ran smoothly on the day of and our wedding was absolutely magical. Their vendors (many which are included in their affordable packages) were AMAZING! Our DJ, Jimmy, was the life of the party and was so fun to work with. The food was great as was our bartender and banquet captain. Don’t walk, RUN, and book your wedding with Secret Gardens!!

Just got married at Secret Garden May 14th and it was an amazing experience! The entire staff was wonderful and so helpful and kind. The dinner was delicious and the open bar was a hit! The venue is beautiful and it was truly like a dream come true. I am so grateful we found this place! The venue coordinators were very helpful and responsive and took care of everything which made me feel so relieved! They offer all inclusive packages which is what I was wanting and it made planning so much easier. I would 100% recommend any couple searching for a venue to come by and check them out. Perfect Day
My husband and I got married in February this year and were so happy we picked the Secret Garden as our venue. They made the planning process very easy for me as there are a lot of hurdles planning a wedding! We found out a week before our big day that our initial day of coordinator had left the venue months prior, but after speaking with Rosemary and Gianna, they exceeded our expectations and we wouldn't have had it any other way! They even remembered us when we came back for a friends wedding a month and a half after.

Great venue and team!
We had such a great experience with this venue. The outdoor/indoor spaces were beautiful and the food was tasty but the biggest thing that stood out about the Secret Garden was their team. The planning team tracked all of our details in an organized way, offered advice on experiences they had from prior weddings regarding what looked/worked best, and most importantly, they made the big day go off without any issues or unnecessary stress! The banquet leader helped make sure our guests with dietary restrictions were fed safely and many guests commented on how fast the food service was (we did plated meals). We went with the Elite package and loved having the photo booth and very personable bartender. The groom and I were so happy with how well the wedding, cocktail hour, dinner, and reception went. We couldn't think of a single detail that could have been better. I'm sure I'm forgetting some details but the moral of the story is that we would highly recommend this venue to any couple.

Book Secret Garden as your wedding venue!
I only have awesome things to say about the Secret Garden! The venue is beautiful but the staff is what makes the venue exceptional. The entire process was so smooth, we were guided through scheduled meetings and each meeting was extremely detailed to make sure they understood my vision and could make it come to life. They were extremely responsive and helpful to all of my questions. The venue is beautiful (especially at night) - I recommend the 'dining under the stars' option. The food was wonderful, all my guests mentioned it after the wedding. Thank you to the Secret Garden for making our wedding vision come true and making our day so special!

Gorgeous place, amazing staff
I’m so glad we had our wedding here, all of our guests agree that it was a gorgeous place to get married. The staff at the venue were all so kind and helpful, they really make you feel special and take the load off on your day. Planning was easier with them due to the all inclusive options at the venue, and on others by wedgewood.

Perfect venue
We absolutely loved having our wedding at secret Garden. There were so many special touches they did for us on our special day that we will remember forever. The food was fantastic, the lights were beautiful, they even took a photo of us right after we said I do and printed it out for us to be on our sweetheart table at dinner! The staff was attentive to us the whole night making sure we had cake and drinks and we’re having a good time. It was the perfect wedding I highly recommend you have your wedding at secret Garden.

Get married at Secret Garden!! The venue is beautiful and the staff are so amazing and think of every single detail! We looked at 21 venues before choosing Secret Garden and what sold it for us was the affordability, venue and the amazing staff. We had the most incredible wedding and we thank Secret Garden for this. They truly made the wedding planning process so easy, would answer any questions I had and were always so accommodating. The day of the wedding we felt like they were part of our family because they truly were amazing to us and our family and friends. They made us feel special since day one and not like just another wedding. Please tour this venue and consider getting married here because it truly is amazing.

Dream Wedding!
I'm so glad I went with the Secret Garden venue because everything was so great! During the planning process, they were always very quick to respond with ALL of the questions I had for them. They made me feel like they had everything under control and knew what I wanted to happen which they totally did! On the day of my wedding there was a situation where my MOH forgot her dress and our ceremony started 40 min late and they did a phenomenal job of keeping me calm and reassuring me that everything was okay- which it was! Their service definitely went above and beyond and I couldn't imagine NOT having my wedding there. Beautiful venue and the most thoughtful, kind staff!

The Best & Most Beautiful Venue We Could Have Asked For
Our experience with Secret Garden was exceptional! We actually worked with this venue over the length of two years through the pandemic, a subsequent postponement, and the venue's ownership change! Even through all of that, our experience could not have been better. The all-inclusive packages make it so easy to basically have the best vendors already set up for you, along with a coordinator to help you plan everything. Our coordinator was Sammy, and I can't say enough great things about her! She was always so responsive, eager to answer questions, and super knowledgeable about the venue and vendors. She is a huge reason why our entire wedding went off without a hitch! The venue was absolutely gorgeous in every way, and the staff that night was completely on top of everything, and did everything with a huge smile on their face. I got a ton of compliments on how good the food was, and how many different options were served. If I had to re-do my wedding, I would 10/10 pick Secret Garden over again and not change one thing!

Absolutely Perfect!
The Secret Garden was an absolutely beautiful place to have our wedding! We just got married about 3 weeks ago and couldn't have had a better day! The actual venue is one of the most versatile and stunning places I have ever been to a wedding at. There are so many different areas to make use of for celebrating or particularly for pictures. The ceremony spot under the large tree is gorgeous, and the option to do the reception indoors or out is great so you can fit it to your style. We chose an indoor reception due to the heat in September, but we still had full access to the outdoor area where we chose to set up lawn games and whatnot. This venue truly is beautiful, and can fit any vibe you are going for.
As for the fact that the venue is a Wedgewood site, that just made the whole process even better. Wedgewood makes wedding planning SO SO easy! The fact that they have customizable packages that include everything you could possibly need is like the ideal way to plan a wedding. We used almost all their vendors, minus a photographer and officiant because we already had people in mind for that. But using their vendor for florals, dessert, catering, music, and invitations was wonderful. 1) The food was DELICIOUS - so many guests commented on that!
2) The florals were beautiful - Shelli at In Bloom did an amazing job!
3) The dessert (various cupcake flavors) were a huge hit with the guest, and tasted amazing - Piece of Cake did a wonderful job!
4) The invitations were super easy to design and order online!
5) And the women at Secret Garden who helped plan the whole thing as coordinators, Natalia and Sammy, were absolutely amazing! So responsive, great communicators, and helped bring our vision to life on the day of.
And this was ALL included in our package, so it was so much easier to budget and plan!
All in all, I would highly recommend Wedgewood to anyone trying to plan a wedding, and while I'm sure all their venue locations are beautiful, the Secret Garden was perfect!

The Secret Garden is absolutely beautiful... magical!
From the very beginning of the wedding planning process, the women here were extremely positive, helpful, caring, and enthusiastic. They had an answer to every question I had and made the process so EASY.
Planning a wedding can be stressful but the ladies at this venue made it such a smooth process. From all the meetings and phone calls, they provided me with so much information and put together multiple detailed packets that included every aspect of the day. They truly cared about making this the best day for us and it was evident the entire time!
The rehearsal was incredible and they were accommodating for our large group. It was quick and everyone felt super prepared when we left.
They helped set up all our decor, signage, and details the day of... and I was not stressed ONE TIME on the day of the wedding. They coordinated everything so well that I truly felt like I had nothing to worry about. They were there for every moment to make sure it went smoothly. The ladies at this venue are genuine and their positivity & joy made this a day we will never forget.
The venue is clean and gorgeous. The bridal suite was amazing- I had 9 bridesmaids and come from a blended family but there was plenty of room to accommodate all of us comfortably. The reception space is a great size and all my guests had plenty of room to chat, dance, and eat all night long! I could go on and on and on about how wonderful the Secret Garden is. The tree and lighting at the ceremony space also make for the best wedding photos ever! Everything about the planning process and wedding day was perfect & I will never be able to thank this venue enough for a dream come true! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

Best Wedding Venue in Phoenix!

Wow! Words cannot accurately describe how Secret Garden by Wedgewood Weddings captured and engraved in our memory the most perfect, spectacular day of our lives.
Adrian and I had fallen in love with the Secret Garden and booked in 2018, anticipating our wedding in May of 2020. Unfortunately COVID happened and Adrian I had to make the difficult decision of postponing another full year. The staff at Secret Garden were so kind and helpful and assured us that we were able to move our date without hesitation. They were there every step of the way leading up to our new date. We cannot express enough how truly wonderful the day of went. Adrian and I still get compliments from our guests how beautiful and amazing the wedding was. My cousin-bridesmaid had stepped away from dinner to nurse her newborn and she said a server approached her and brought her a plate of food from the buffet without being asked. This is just a small detail of exceptional service guided by the leadership from Rosemary the General Manager. Rosemary was there alongside Natalia, our day of coordinator, making sure everything was on time and where it needed to be. Not a single detail was missed! Samantha was so sweet and helpful at our planning appointments. The outdoor dining under the stars experience was so gorgeous and romantic. The food was exceptional and plentiful! This was hands down the best day ever! We had just received our highlight video from our videographer before we wrote this review (NORMSCAR VIDEO PRODUCTIONS). We are overjoyed with the content showcasing this beautiful venue and are so happy to say we can relive it through the screen forever and ever. Thank you for everything, we are truly blessed to have booked our special day with you and the extra year was definitely WORTH the wait!

Our wedding at the Secret Garden was March 20, 2021 and it was absolutely perfect. Honestly, the entire "wedding planning" period wasn't stressful at all. I kept feeling like I wasn't doing something right because I wasn't stressed. Nope, they just make it that easy for you! The day of, we did not have to worry about LITERALLY one thing with the venue. I couldn't believe it. Sammy and the team took care of EVERYTHING. They set the venue up with my decorations exactly how I wanted it and it looked beautiful. They are a power house. It was the wedding of our dreams. All of our guests raved about the beautiful, unique venue and the AMAZING food. One guest came up to us and said "wow I totally get the name of this venue... It's truly a secret beautiful garden hidden right on Baseline road". It's seriously a magical place and we are so happy we chose it as our venue. Thank you guys for giving us the perfect day, we will cherish it forever

Like a Dream
The Secret Garden Event Center was both the easiest and best decision I made when choosing our venue. Who knew 1 month after signing our contract the world would turn upside down and face this awful, ongoing pandemic. However, Secret Garden Event staff did not skip a beat. They did everything possible to ensure my vision was met. They were patient and addressed all of my concerns in order to meet my vision. Both Stepheny and Sammy the event coordinators were AMAZING.
Sammy, a former bride herself understood all the fears/concerns I was going through.
Stepheny was incredible the day of the wedding. She was happy and upbeat and helped me to have a beautiful and memorable day.
Chef Doug and his wife Camille went over and beyond for me as a bride and our families. They were supportive and encouraging along the way. The food was delicious and presentation was incredible.
They helped to fulfill the wedding of my dreams amidst a pandemic.
All of there health measures helped to ensure the safety of my guests.
The grounds are well maintained and it made for a beautiful garden lush wedding.

Covid Wedding
HIRE THIS VENUE! This venue is great beyond measure. The staff is impeccable and everything in between. Stepheny was my main coordinator but she left in December 2020 and Samantha took over as my new coordinator. When I say the transition was smooth I mean it! It did not feel like I was getting a new wedding coordinator because Samantha new EVERY SINGLE DETAIL. The communication and professionalism of the venue and its staff is top notch. Stepheny and Samantha were there every step of the way answering all my emails, calls, texts and whatever else I needed. They made sure we had our day despite having to postpone due to covid. Our 12/20/2020 wedding was everything I could ask for and more. So many thank you's to every single person who made our day special at the Secret garden Event Center. The venue is absolutely breath taking and the picture perfect place to make wonderful memories of any kind. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND SECRET GARDEN EVENT CENTER THEY ARE AWESOME!!!!!!

Our dream wedding!
From the moment we walked in the doors at The Secret Garden and were greeted by Cammy and Sammy we knew it was the perfect spot for our wedding. The staff is extremely professional, detail oriented, and felt like family to us! They worked so hard to make sure everything about our day was absolutely perfect. Our guests were extremely impressed with how beautiful the grounds were, how smoothly everything went, and how delicious the food was. The Secret Garden is so well maintained and the grounds are absolutely beautiful, there are so many spots for photo ops! We had such a great day from the moment our wedding party arrived to get ready in the bride and groom suites, to walking down the grand staircase into our gorgeous ceremony space, to dancing the night away with our friends and family. Sammy was so on top of everything, was so responsive to every email, phone call, and text, and even facetimed me to walk me through the outdoor dinner space one day when I had a question about placement of our DJ table. She made wedding planning so easy and stress free, and went above and beyond to be so well connected with each of our vendors to ensure our day went smoothly and stayed on schedule. I am an extremely detailed person but because Sammy is so amazing I was more than able to relax and just enjoy the day without a single worry. Overall, I cannot imagine having our wedding anywhere else or with any other team. The Secret Garden family will help you plan the perfect day for your wedding or event and I cannot recommend them enough. We will cherish the memories and beautiful photos from our day forever, and The Secret Garden will always have a special place in our hearts!

Wedding of my dreams
Stephanie and the Secret Garden Event Center helped make our day perfect. The venue is such a beautiful historic landmark. They take such good care of their property. The bridal suites were beautifully decorated for photos and spacious for everyone to get ready. The grooms suite was far enough away from the bridal suite that I didn’t have to worry about seeing my husband. The photos came back so beautiful for the ceremony and the reception. The ceremony area is perfect! With the alter at the top of a slight hill there is not a bad seat! Fake grass so my heals didn’t sink in. EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT! Stephanie the wedding coordinator was a huge help, she made sure I didn’t worry about a single thing. I highly recommend this venue to everyone. Beautiful areas for photos and it is spacious for all your family members. And SUCH a wonderful team with their Creative Hands Cuisine Caterer in house. Food was also so amazing!

I got married at Secret Garden and then hosted my company's holiday party there a few months later because it's that great. The venue is stunning, the catering is as gorgeous as it is delicious and the staff make you feel as though you're part of the family. Having a license to serve, not sell, alcohol means you can bring in your own (easy to have delivered from the BevMo in Chandler, which I also highly recommend) and save a ton of money. Secret Garden also pairs with some outstanding vendors, so you're guaranteed to get a fabulous florist, a great DJ, etc. My only regret with booking Secret Garden twice in the past six months is that I don't have another event to put there. Pro tip: if you can work with Samantha Wagner for your event you should seize the opportunity -- she is a bright, shiny star!

gorgeous venue
our wedding was on 11/2, and it was so beautiful. This venue is really incredible as it gives you options for your big day. We had 220 guests, so we were too large to have dinner inside. However, the patio behind the giant beautiful tree on the property had just been paved last year and provided a perfect place for an outdoor dinner. We ate and danced under the string lights and enjoyed a beautiful sunset. There's a beautiful fireplace out there as well that SG covers with flowers and candles. It was so romantic and beautiful and we had so many compliments from guests as most wedding dinners aren't outdoors! Then we went inside for the reception (kept the indoor/outdoor vibe going and kept the bar outside) which was lovely. We left all of the doors open so people could mingle in and out. Also, Stepheny was amazing and definitely kept me sane the last few weeks before the wedding. She has planned/managed around 2000 weddings and basically nothing fazes her. We moved our seating chart multiple times and even had a few people back out last minute that caused us to remove place settings and chairs. At the end of the night she helped us gather everything which made it so easy to pack up the cars and head out. She was great to work with and I'd absolutely recommend Secret Garden and Stepheny to anyone looking for a beautiful venue in Arizona!!

Secret Garden Event Center is the venue you want!
Five stars is not enough for the Secret Garden Event Center and our coordinator Stepheny! The Secret Garden Event Center was the perfect place to have our wedding. The vendors they work with are top notch! Aside from how pretty and well maintained the venue is. The real hidden gem is their event coordinators! Our coordinator was Stepheny, and she is phenomenal! From our first email, she was extremely attentive. Any question, concern, or hiccups that came up she had an answer.. The closer we got, the more we reached out to finalize details. Without fail Stepheny always got back to us on the next business day. Even after the wedding, she got back to us on her day off! If I called she always made herself available or called back that day! When we had our tasting she was there with us. We had the good fortunate of meeting her husband, who is a chef with Creative Hands Cuisine, he was our chef for that night. We had several attendees who have dietary restrictions, including myself. Both Stepheny and Stephan know the menu inside and out. They were able to help us plan an amazing menu! We could not have had a more perfect wedding day! To be perfectly honest a good portion of that goes into how organized Stepheny and the vendors contracted with The Secret Garden Event Center are. Stepheny handled every little detail. At the end of the night she even grabbed the heels, I had changed out of and got them in a box so they made it home! I can’t even imagine how stressed if I would have been the day of the wedding, if not for Stepheny and the vendors we had! Thankfully I had no stress and that is in large part due to the fact that I knew Stepheny had it handled. She knew our wedding and all the plans inside and out, and took care of it all! Every detail Stepheny has thought of, and will be able to use her knowledge and expertise to make your event as amazing as ours! Creative Hands Cuisine will take care of any and all dietary needs! On top of that the food will be top notch! You can not find a venue with better food! The contracted cake vendor is Inspired Sugar, and the cake is amazing! We could not have asked for more delicious cake. Our guests told us best wedding cake they'd ever had! They even suggested the bakery we got gluten free cakes from, for our guests. Starz Entertainment has an amazing online portal to take you through the entertainment package process. The djs they have are top notch. Stepheny had all the details handled better than anyone else! The being said the dj we had, Brent has bringing a party to life down to a science! Fred's Florist is one of three florist we had the choice to choose from. We felt Renee with Fred's Florist connected best with us. They really added to the beauty to our event! The bouquets, centerpieces, flower girl crowns, corsages, boutonnières, chuppah, and all other decorations they were involved in were gorgeous! The only vendors we had to find outside of their package list we photography/videography and specialty cake. For photography/videography we went with RMW Photography and Videography. Rebecca and her whole team are incredible. We didn't even know they were there, unless they were giving direct instructions for photos. Specialty cake was made by Jewel's Cafe and Bakery! Guests couldn't even tell it was gluten free, or that the other specialty cake was gluten free, dairy free! Our guests are telling us we had the best wedding ever! It was made possible by The Secret Garden Event Center.

Perfect Venue for Us! Loved It!
We got married here and I could not be more happy with how everything turned out. I did not get a package and hired my own vendors. The venue was extremely accommodating with me and everyone who worked on my event. Only the photographer and the baker had worked with the Garden previously, but all of my vendors felt welcomed and had a fairly smooth set up and tear down time. Their Coordinator make herself completely available to you. I was dealing with excessive heat warnings and a potential storm. They had several backup plans in place to make sure everything went smoothly, and it did! For those curious, we only experienced a lot of wind as the ceremony started. The ceremony space is outside so I don't know if I would recommend it for a summer wedding as it can get very hot. We had 3 evaporative coolers and it did not help much. But the space is beautiful, with tons of space for pictures. The entire upstairs is the bridal suite, which was plenty of room for me, my mom, and 7 bridesmaids to get ready. The Grooms room is downstairs, and had plenty of space for all the guys. There is a beautiful staircase to descend for the procession, and the tree where the ceremony is held is completely lit with lights making it a perfect backdrop for sunset and evening events. Honestly I could go on and on about how great everyone was here. Definitely check them out if you want a beautiful outdoor venue.

I wish I could get married here every weekend!
I just had my wedding at the Secret Garden on Feb 17, 2019 (with 175 guests) and I was more than thrilled with the way the day went.
My husband and I are originally from Arizona, but we currently live in New York. I am very involved with planning and marketing events in the New York City area, so when it was time to plan my wedding I was extremely picky when it came to venue, service, cost, and flexibility. It actually took me months to find the venue that worked for me. I wound up going with The SG because it’s gorgeous, has a great flow, the food is phenomenal, and it’s BYO.
They offer very affordable wedding packages that include services from preferred vendors. They also have a staff of coordinators who are there to help you along the way. I worked with Stepheny who was incredible at her job and went above and beyond for me in so many ways. I had a very clear vision of what I wanted in terms of timeline, logistics, food presentation, and bar service. She has a wealth of experience, and not only advised me on how to improve on various aspects, but made sure that everything was perfectly executed to plan on the day of. She’s honest when it comes to what she thinks an event needs—and I very much respected her opinion. I genuinely looked forward to our check ins over the course of our planning. I don’t know what I would have done without her!
I had their “triple tier package” which included a plated dinner outside on their patio, which is just so romantic under the bistro lights. I was very impressed with their interesting and creative menu options, and the night of, the food was absolutely delicious. Chef Doug really cares about what he does, and it shows. He even came around to greet each of my tables to see how their meal was. (Incredible!) I did do a few “extras” that were not in the package that I think were very necessary to making my wedding feel as luxurious and personal as it did. I had the bar open to guests before my ceremony, I added a charcuterie table during cocktail hour, and because I had 170 heavy drinkers from NYC I added a third bartender. (I had a bar in the pavilion and one out on the back patio) I really appreciated that the SG and Stepheny easily and beautifully made my vision come to life! You should have seen that charcuterie table, it was a work of art! (Thank you Stefan!)
I also specifically wanted a BYO venue. I was very unimpressed with the alcohol options at other venues/hotels and was very happy that I could select the wines and liquors that I knew I loved, for a price that I could afford. Stocking the bar was definitely a lot of work, but for me, it was worth it. Their bartenders did an excellent job making the drinks on my cocktail menu.
I worked with two of their preferred vendors for my florals and cake, but I went with my own DJ. Rita Vanek provided all of my florals, and did a stunning job. She was easy to work with and really made everything so elegant and beautiful. I had a very unique idea for my cake, and Inspired Sugar really did an incredible job. And everyone kept telling me how delicious my lemon/strawberry rhubarb cake was!
The only thing I would change—I should have requested a larger dance floor for the size of my party. And I wish the party could have gone all night!
I had such a wonderful time, I wish I could get married every weekend! And I know my guests had an incredible night as well—they won’t stop talking about it!

Enchantment and Ease of Planning
Secret Garden is becoming less secret, because this is the most enchanting place to get married in Phoenix. After looking at various other venues including hotels and resorts, I walked through a breezeway between two historic buildings and saw the gardens beyond. I knew immediately I found the right place to have this most important cerebration. We selected one of the Secret Garden packages that made planning our wedding very easy. The staff of Secret Garden delivered as promised. The property was magical, the dinner fabulous and the service so good, we were never aware of our glasses being filled or plates cleared as necessary. The DJ played to our selected tunes in a building perfect for an intimate dinner and dancing. Carina Inganamort, our venue director, helped coordinate all the pieces before the wedding and during the wedding was our shadow who made sure all the timing was flawless and it was. Secret Garden is worth a look for your wedding venue choice. Go there and you will be swept up in the magic.

Beautiful Venue
Our wedding at the Secret Garden was an absolute dream day. Everything went off without a hitch thanks to Carina Inganamort and our wedding planner Tina. Leading up to the wedding, we were able to have open lines of communication with them about every little question that popped into our heads at all hours of the day, and we would receive a response within the day. The staff at Secret Garden always went above and beyond and made sure we knew how special they wanted our day to be.
Added perks that may be of note for newly engaged couples: 1 - They have a monthly payment option so you don’t need to pay for the venue upfront (just a deposit to hold your date). 2- This venue looks like a beautiful mission in Southern California, but has Arizona pricing. 3 - The preferred vendors they use are GREAT. Everyone absolutely loved Brent from Starz DJs - he got so many compliments from our guests, and rightfully so! The in house catering from Creative Hands Cuisine was also a huge hit. 4- They were great about working with our budget from start to finish.
Overall, I highly recommend Secret Garden to any couple looking for a venue that is beautiful with some added touches, but enough of a blank slate to make your own stamp on your special day.

Amazing venue, staff, and catering service!
We had such a wonderful wedding at this venue! 65 guests in total, had it on a Sunday, with ceremony and cocktail hour outdoors and reception indoors in the hall. Everyone loved the food (plated dinner with filet mignon and salmon), service, and bartenders. The entire staff was so attentive on the day of and made sure my wife and I were taken care of and that any request we made was handled within seconds. Carina was our venue coordinator and she did a great job! We hired an outside wedding coordinator both the coordinator and Carina worked well with each other! The DJ company they work with are fantastic and they have so many great wedding packages to choose from. The venue itself is gorgeous and does not feel like one of those cookie cutter venues or plain venues that requires a ton of decorations. You can choose to let the venue shine on its own or add your own touches here and there without breaking the bank. We definitely recommend this venue for anyone looking for a small or medium-large wedding!

Carina was everything we could have hoped for in a wedding coordinator!
Carina was absolutely indispensable. We were so fortunate to have her at the helm for the months leading up to the wedding and of course for the rehearsal and day of! My husband and I were in the somewhat unique position of booking Secret Garden years before for a wedding that fell through due to family circumstances, so we've been familiar with this venue for a long time (and thankful for the owner's flexibility in allowing us to rebook). Our eventual wedding date finally arrived and after years of anticipation and months of frenzied preparation and planning, everything went off without a hitch. We credit Carina with ensuring so many small details were attended to with precision and that everyone was relaxed and enjoying themselves. We received so many compliments from our guests as well as other wedding vendors about how organized the operation was and how smoothly everything was handled at every level. Having spent so long fantasizing about our "perfect" wedding (we've been together for over ten years) and all the personalized touches we hoped to incorporate, it was a joy to see our dream realized and to be surrounded by loved ones on the best day of our lives, knowing everything was under control. The experience was meaningful, intimate, fun and we never felt stressed out or overburdened. Guests loved being able to circulate between the patio, bar and fireplace area and the noisier ballroom over the course of the night. There was just the right amount of space for us to interact with everyone without feeling hemmed in. Above all, we cannot say enough nice things about Carina. She worked so hard and we are endlessly grateful for her efforts! You can really tell when you go through the process of planning a wedding who is actually invested in your event going well, and Carina was such a pro from start to finish -- radiating calm, quick to respond to questions and just a joy to work with every step of the way. She set my nerves at ease immediately and that sense of encouragement and support never wavered. All our friends and relatives who interacted with her adored her. Thank you for everything!

Miraculous
It has not rained in Phoenix on October 13 for over 50 years. In 2018 it flooded the streets & everything in between. We were distraught about our outside wedding. The Secret Garden team moved the wedding in & with a miracle in the weather (rain stopped 1 hr before ceremony) moved EVERYTHING outside in 35 minutes! We had the most beautiful outside wedding!!! The bride descended down their beautiful staircase & they were wed under the sparkling tree as if it there were no glitches in the day. The reception went off beautifully and we can only have the most gratitude to the Secret Garden Team for making a wedding, that what could have been the biggest disappointment, be a beautiful memory. As one of the guests told us, "Your wedding was Epic!"

If I could give the Secret Garden, Creative Hands Cuisine, and their staffs 10 stars ...I most certainly would!!
From the first phone call, we knew we were in great hands. Maggie was tremendously helpful in setting up our tour, answering our initial questions, and securing our date. She is so knowledgeable and personable, and the Secret Garden is so beautiful that our choice for this venue was a no-brainer for my daughter’s night of a lifetime!!
Next came Monica, the Secret Garden's Coordinator/ Planner Extraordinaire. After booking the Secret Garden for our wedding, she sat with us to thoroughly tackle all details of my daughter's special day, so that nothing was missed or left to chance. She worked with us throughout the process and was there to navigate and guide us through my daughter’s big day ...she is absolutely amazing!!
The service at cocktail hour and at dinner was top notch and on point. Whenever I was ready for a passed Hors d'oeuvre, a Butler was there with one ...much like the Butler in Mr. Deeds!!
After Sarah helped us with planning everything bar related, Jimmy, the bartender, stepped in and was personable, helpful, funny, witty, talented, and kept our guests entertained while they were sampling his tasty libations.
...which brings me to the food... Words cannot describe how incredible the food is. Chef Doug (with his lovely wife Camille) created a mouth-watering menu for us that was out-of-this-world OUTSTANDING (including his famous, signature vanilla-basil lemonade), and Chef Layndon delivered the knockout punch from the kitchen that night for all our guests!! Everyone is still raving!!
We appreciate everything the Secret Garden and Creative Hands Cuisine did for us, and absolutely and whole-heartedly endorse and recommend them to make all engaged couple’s special day as memorable and magical as they made ours!!

The venue is gorgeous - we did simple decor and it looked fantastic! We primarily chose it because we could provide the alcohol, which saved us some money, but even more then that Creative Hands food was amazing! Almost every guest complimented the food. And our coordinator Tareena was awesome, very accommodating and helpful! Totally recommend the venue.

We had our wedding at the Secret Garden on September 3rd. From the day that we went to the first open house and decided to book with them through the wedding day itself was a fantastic experience. They were quick to respond anytime we reached out with questions, especially as we got much closer to the wedding day which helped ease our stress. The entire team is so friendly and accommodating, I couldn't have asked for a better group to be there for us during planning. My husband and I are incredibly grateful for Monica and all of that she did for us throughout this process. We highly recommend this beautiful location for any event!

We went to an open house here, and instantly fell in love with the venue. Everything about the Secret Garden is beautiful. They have different packages that can accommodate any couple, just depends on what your looking for. We also got to buy our own alcohol which was a plus, because other venues add it in and it can become pricey. They have a beautiful bridal suite (perfect for pictures) and a grooms suite, which was perfect for the guys to hangout and get ready. The catering was 5 star, we still get compliments about how amazing the food was. Monica, our coordinator, was quick to respond to every email, and was very accommodating to what we wanted our wedding day to look like. The day of the wedding was PERFECT. Monica is the best at what she does, she made sure we had everything we needed, that everyone was in their places, and that we were on schedule throughout the whole day. This staff were very friendly and provided great service. The secret garden is worth every penny!

This venue is absolutely incredible! Our wedding day was the best day of our lives and we have the Secret Garden team to thank for that! Alexis and Maggie were a dream to work with. They are just the sweetest people and really know what they are doing. They responded to every question I had prior to the wedding in a very fast manor. And don't even get me started on the food!! The food was so delicious and make sure you do the private tasting before because it is such a one of a kind experience. Our pictures were so gorgeous because there are multiple locations to take pictures in and none of them looked the same. Have your wedding here, you will not regret it!

This venue truly goes above and beyond for their brides. Throughout my year of planning, they were easy to reach and very attentive. I was hesitant when I heard that my original wedding planner was no longer working there - but Monica goes above and beyond. She did not miss a single detail. I truly appreciate everything she did for me. And thanks to her and the rest of the crew at SG, my wedding turned out perfect. Such a gorgeous venue! Who knew this classic beauty existed?! We loved the classic feeling and look of the venue. Our fairytale theme fit perfectly with their grand staircase and lovely arch under a great big tree. The staff was so friendly and attentive to us and made our day run smoothly!

I can't say enough positive things about the Secret Garden! Our wedding was on July 22, 2016, and I am still on cloud 9 :) We worked with Alexis throughout the entire planning process. She was so accommodating and quick to reply to emails, which made the wedding planning such a positive experience for us because we live in Copenhagen, Denmark and had never seen the venue in person. Before we chose the venue, Alexis took the time to have a FaceTime call with us to show us around the Secret Garden through the iPad. We were so pleased with how beautiful and vibrant the venue looked it was a no-brainer that it was the perfect place to host our special day. Once we decided on the Secret Garden, we were given a list of suggested vendors for flowers, DJ, photographer, etc. which made the planning a lot easier for us. Another cool thing the Secret Garden did for us was the food tasting. My husband went on a business trip to California, and was able to make a quick stop in Phoenix to see the Secret Garden. I am not sure if there was a food tasting scheduled for the day he went, but nevertheless, Alexis and Chef Doug (Creative Hands Cuisine) helped my husband pick a delicious menu. On the day of the wedding, Alexis was there helping with every single detail, so much so that my husband and I did not have to worry about anything. Even the liquor and decorations we brought to the venue were boxed up at the end of the night, so we didn't have to go running around collecting our belongings. In short, if what you are looking for is a beautiful venue that helps ease the stress of planning a wedding, serves great food, and puts on a great party, look no further. This is the place for you. I am hoping I cross paths with the Secret Garden in the future!

We had our wedding at the Secret Garden on May 14th, 2016.
Secret Garden was the perfect venue for us! First off the owners are Camile and Chef Doug are amazing to work with. They made things easy, and really care about their Venue which makes you feel good! Also, Alexis the coordinator was fantastic. She was so organized and responded to every single question I had very quickly ( even at night or on her days off). When we had a small linen hiccup, Alexis quickly got everything taken care of and fixed it within the hour. She is very smart, calm and patient which is exactly what you want when planing such an important day. I had lots of special requests for the team, and they were very accommodating with all of them, and never made me feel bad about anything I asked. When we found out Creative hands cuisine was the catering option you HAD to go with we were nervous because we didn't know what to expect, but we were MORE than impressed with the food. We had so many compliments on how great the food was, and Chef Doug went above and beyond to work with my fiance on all the bar details. The venue was very well kept, and was even better than it looked when we first saw it. Additionally, we thought secret garden was a great value. The pictures do no do it justice, and we couldn't believe that it ended up being one of our favorite venues AND one of the best prices as well. If we had to do it all over again, we would still choose Secret Garden!

I used this venue to host Pi Beta Phi at Arizona State University's Formal event. The venue is absolutely gorgeous and the staff was very helpful throughout the whole process of planning and executing the event. The staff was present throughout the duration of the event to make sure everything was running smoothly. Since it was a sorority formal event we did not use this venue for a wedding, but I would 100% recommend this venue for any type of event.

Trying to choose the venue was difficult because there are so many good choices in the Phoenix area but Maggie stuck with us through the months of comparisons and was helpful leading up to the final decision. Our wedding was unique in that the groom had to plan much of the wedding and so Maggie was great in helping out with the vision, planning and details. Alexis took over the reins for the months leading up to the wedding and she was great in keeping us on track to avoid any last minute big decisions. The wedding day itself went great with lots of help from Maggie and her staff. The food was terrific, the people serving the food were nice and the venue was beautiful. For weeks after the big day, our friends and family continued to make comments on how great our wedding was. Thanks Maggie, Alexis and the rest of the Secret Garden for a memorable event!

We've had our eye on the secret garden for quite some time. Then when we walked in we knew exactly that we wanted this to be our venue of choice. Once we walked in Maggie greeted us with ease and politness. She was so interested in our relationship and our well being. She asked questions about our kids and about our love. She just made it real simple to talk to us and that was one of the traits we loved about her. She was always smiling and always happy in our conversations. So we ran numbers then we booked our day. It was so simple and there wasn't a haasle at all. Alexis, the day of coordinator played big role with our marriage event. She was always available to open up for us to see the venue and she was always walking us through our timeline to make sure everything was perfect. Our wedding party loved her and we are so glad to have her work our event. The secret garden is an amazing venue with beautiful scenery and luxurious environment. We've always loved this place since we laid our eyes on it. We couldn't ask for a better venue to have our wedding at. Once again Maggie and Alexis are the best at what they do and we wouldnt have been able to complete our event without them. The vila's would like to give a big "thank you" to the secret garden staff and venue for making our day happen for us. Maggie and Alexis deserve all the credit for everything they've done for us.

Words cannot describe how pleased I am with my experience at The Secret Garden! EVERYTHING from the food to the people were top notch!
The venue is beautiful, they just recently did some construction on the grass so it is so beautiful and green all year long! My wedding in November was BEAUTIFUL, PERFECT WEATHER, clean grounds, and the landscaping made for amazing pictures!
From the beginning Maggie and Alexis were very helpful in choosing a package that fit the large amount of people that we wanted in the price range we were comfortable with.
Alexis was EXTREMELY on top of emails and communication. She had answers to all my questions quickly, she helped me a lot when I asked her opinion, and on the wedding day she was STELLAR! I know she busted her but making sure that every DIY project I had got put together! She also kept me updated during the day and didnt stress me out with too many decisions! During the planning she always made you feel like you were her main priority and did everything possible to make sure it was everything you wanted! She was simply everything I could've asked for in a Day of Coordinator, you would be very blessed to have her!
The Food- was SPECTACULAR! I know that usually when you go to weddings, especially with 200 guest, the food ends up being bland and very sub par. Also it usually is not as amazing as the tasting, definitely not the case here! Chef Doug was so fun at the tasting and assured me that everything would be hot fresh and delicious! he didnt lie! EVERYONE of my guest still to this day (2 months later) rave about how great the food was that night. Our food was brought to us first which was very helpful in making it to all 20 of our tables while everyone else was still enjoying!
Everything about my experience was great! Everytime I drive by this place I have the most amazing memories, thank you to ALL of the Secret Garden Crew!

Everything was perfect. The food was AMAZING. I got so many compliments from guests who were blown away by the food. Chef Doug is always open to creating a menu just for you. We wanted some Indian style veggies for our many vegetarian guests and he did such a great job. The venue itself is charming and beautiful. It was exactly what I was looking for. Alexis, our coordinator, made everything appear effortless though I know she worked so hard. Our wedding day couldn't have gone better! Perfection!

We did an Alice in Wonderland theme this property in April is breathe taking! Everything is in full bloom and so green. The reception hall was the perfect place to dine and dance along with all our other activities!

My wedding here went without a hitch, it couldn't have been more perfect. The guests couldn't stop talking about the food, the staff was extremely friendly and professional and they kept things moving in both the planning and execution stages. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous and they handled every detail down to a T. Some of my guests are now looking at using this venue as their own.

Alexis and the Catering Team, Creative Hands, where outstanding! They where super flexible and always where available when needed. Our wedding night was outstanding and I would do it again in a heart beat! The facility looks so much better in person, it is a cute old home and reception all with upgraded details. I loved that it has a ceremony and reception location on site and that we didn't have to worry about transporting everyone to another location. The venue is beautiful that only small unique details where needed to make our wedding feel special.
The cost is right on the money with what you get. Try to go to the wedding expo when they are featured, they always offer special rates.

My daughter was married at the Secret Garden on May 1, 2015. The Secret Garden is the most beautiful wedding venue even on a day when it hit 100 degrees. The grounds are gorgeous- the photo opportunities were endless. Alexis, our coordinator was awesome to work with and she attended to every need that anyone in the bridal party had. The owners are gracious and easy to work with and also attentive to your every need. They worked well with all our vendors and it truly was the perfect day for Lauren and David. The mansion was a great place for the bridal party to relax and get ready for the wedding. We had several people working on hair and make-up in the bride's rooms upstairs and there is plenty of space to do all that as well as relax and enjoy food and beverages too. The guys were in the den relaxing on leather couches and getting ready in style as well. That moment when your daughter walks down that grand staircase with her father in front of your family and friends is truly priceless. The reception room is perfect for a large or small party. All the details were appreciated and were noticed. Thank you Secret Garden for helping my daughter and her husband have a magical day!

I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE this place and LOVE LOVE LOVE the owners and staff members. I got married a few years ago and fell in love with this venue. The 2nd reason why I went with this venue was because of the owners. After talking to them and seeing what great and caring people they were, we decided to go with them. My then fiancé and I went to about 15 venues before we booked this one. This was the first venue that we just KNEW and it didn't matter how much it cost. We knew we wanted it here. I love the fact that the entire VENUE is yours. You don't have to share it with anyone. I also had Jessica the wedding planner to work with. She kept in touch with me and did a great job the day of the wedding. She knew where and when to take charge. I love JESSICA! The day of the wedding Dave the owner gave us a wedding gift. He called the valet service for us and it was no charge to us. The guests loved the valet service. I felt like everything went smooth from the day we booked them until wedding day night. They also let us use the day before to come in and set up. Very accommodating.

We had our wedding ceremony and reception at Secret Garden and couldn't be happier with our choice and the outcome of our big day. Alexis, our on-site coordinator, was super helpful and was always responsive to any message I sent or question I had. She was great and I loved working with her. The venue looked AMAZING on our big day and people couldn't stop commenting on gorgeous the venue was. The pictures we took during sunset back in the hidden garden turned out beautifully and we couldn't be more happy with everything. When my husband and I first saw the Secret Garden venue, we fell in love. Not only are the garden and grounds absolutely breathtaking, you can see the love that the owners put into this venue. It is the ideal garden venue, with the perfect added touch of an indoor reception space (a beautiful old Italian villa) right on the premises. We got married in the end of May so running into an air conditioned room after our ceremony made the night much more comfortable.
Nancy and Dave are the owners of the Secret Garden and were very easy to deal with, very easy to reach, and very flexible with our design requests for the venue space. Alexis, the wedding coordinator on site was also very kind and very easy to contact and work with. She took the last minute stress off of our shoulders by contacting all of our vendors before the big day to make sure that everything would fall into place beautifully, which it did.
I highly recommend booking the Secret Garden if you're looking for an outdoor, green, garden wedding. You really do have to visit it to get the full picture. The pictures really cannot capture the beauty of this marvelous place :)

I had a Vintage themed wedding, and searched for the perfect venue to have it at. We pulled in through the Iron gates, saw the old house and that was it, done! the search was over. Things were made even better when we saw the beautiful grassy area for the outside ceremony site and realized how quiet it was. We had looked other venues close to major roads as this one is, and you could hear the road noise, not so with this place. Alexis was great about keeping in contact with us through the whole thing and even reminded us about small details we hadn't considered. The day of, everything was fantastic! She kept people on track and made everything run smoothly. She even let me accessorize her with some vintage accessories. My photographers raved about how good the lighting was, and my guests loved the ambiance. this is a hidden jewel!

The venue was just gorgeous in and out I would suggest this venue for A spring wedding and summer wedding. My husband and I loved working with Alexis and Dave. We loved the lighting at night. A lot of our guest enjoyed the second patio where the fire place is. Just over al so happy with this venue.

Ever since I was a little girl, I always dreamed of having my wedding in a garden. I recently had my wedding here on December 7, 2013. It is by far the most beautiful venue I've ever seen. We went to their Open House and as soon as my fiancé and I stepped out of the car we looked at each other and said this was the place. As we got a tour, we completely fell more in love with it. We both saw ourselves having our wedding at the Secret Garden, we knew right away it was our place. Our coordinator Alexis answered all our questions and she would check in with us every month and as the days got closer. From our final meeting to our rehearsal to the actual day she was super helpful. Our wedding day was the best and most beautiful day of my life. Everything came out perfect and better than I dreamed of. With all our decorations and everything set up it looked even more beautiful! We had our wedding at The Secret Garden in December. We cannot speak highly enough of Dave, the owner, and Alexis, the coordonator, or recommend this venue enough. The grounds are stunning, the pictures don't do it justice, but we wont comment on those as they can be seen first hand. We had looked at many venues before finally deciding on Secret Garden. While the venue itself is absoutely stunning, this is not why we chose Secret Garden. We chose it because of the staff.
We had planned almost the entire event while living in different countries, Alexis was absolutely amazing and we could not have had such a wonderful wedding without her. She was extremely accomodating, and even held meetings over skype. She was exceptionally organised throughout the planning, our photographer even commented on how quick she was to make contact. Alexis was very approachable, offered great ideas and kept us organised. She went above and beyond her job (and our expectations!) during the planning period and especially throughout our wedding day.
Dave was wonderful, extremely approchable and exceptionally accomodating. He worked with us and ourlimited budget to ensure we had a wedding that exceeded our expectations.The vendors that we had to choose from were all spectacular and easy to work with.
Our wedding was nearly stress free throughout the planning period and we had a perfect day because of the staff at Secret Garden. Thank you!

Dan & Kristen's wedding was a beautiful December wedding! The Secret Garden enjoyed working with this couple and had absolutely no issues with trying to contact them outside of the country. We had fun with our Skype meetings and finally getting the opportunity to meet face to face was even more exciting. Their family and friends seemed to really enjoy the day just as much as the two of them and their kindness was greatly appreciated. We cannot thank you enough for your sincere words and choosing the Secret Garden. We wish you all our best!

I cried when I first saw this venue and knew this was the place I wanted to marry my future husband! The staff was so laid back and so nice. Being only a few people working there it made the experience very personal and gave me the attention I needed. I planned my wedding on my own so having such a helpful corrdinator was very helpful! Alexis was a blessing to me! She was so very professional and truly cared about my experience! We would sit and talk for hours about what i was going through and what I wanted! The day of i was extremely nervous and Alexis made me feel at ease and was always checking on me! The venue was breathtaking inside and out! I got my fairytail wedding! I would do it all over again! Thank You for making my day the most memorable moment of my life!

Our wedding day was even better than we imagined it to be. We loved the secret garden. The officiant Andrew Cunningham did an excellent job (recommended by the venue ) and Alexis was more than helpful. There were a few glitches and she made everything run so smoothly no one ever knew!!! What a perfect day it was.

We had a small wedding at the Secret Garden, and it was absolutely wonderful. The setting and ambiance in the garden is just perfect for an outdoor ceremony, it was quiet and private. We also liked that this venue had so much character on its own that we didn't have to add many decorations to the space to make it look amazing.
Alexis, our wedding coordinator made planning the event so easy, and was extremely quick at responding to any questions or concerns that we had and kept us on a timeline. The owner, Nancy, coordinated our event the day of and made everything run so smoothly it was absolutely stress free!! She did an excellent job setting up our reception, everything was perfect! She even helped out by getting bubbles for one of our little nephews who was less than happy during the photos...she saved the day with that, he loved it!
We couldn't be happier with the service we received and the venue itself. We purchased the platinum package, and they truly made our planning stress free and easy!

My husband and I could not have been more thrilled with our wedding at the Secret Garden. Not only is it an absolutely beautiful venue hidden in Phoenix AZ the staff are incredible to work with. I always received prompt responses to my questions. On our wedding I literally gave a few directions and the event coordinator, Alexis set up our reception room beautifully. She was amazing and has such a talent for setting up the wedding of your dreams. I would highly recommend the Secret Garden!

My husband and I were married here on October 21, 2012 and we were both, EXTREMELY, happy with the service and quality provided. Dave (the owner) was great to work, the grounds were absolutely beautiful, the food was fantastic and our wedding day was flawless and without any issues.
Our guests all raved about what a beautiful venue The Secret Garden is. And we would highly recommend The Secret Garden.

The Secret Garden was the perfect setting for my ceremony and reception. We enjoyed working with Alexis as our wedding coordinator. She was quick to respond to emails and questions we had over the phone during the planning process. She worked so hard during the event, and the day-of wedding coordinator that I hired and Alexis worked very well together. The Secret Garden allowed me to have my rehearsal on Friday for a Saturday wedding (normally it is on a Thursday), which was great since the majority of the groomsmen were from out of town and could not get there until Friday. Nancy came early to plant new flowers the morning of my wedding, since the cold front had unfortunately killed many of them on the property. Everything was clean and ready for me when I got there. I could not recommend the Secret Garden more!

This is such a beautiful venue. It is especially nice that you can work with vendors of your own choosing and still get amazing assistance from owners Dave and Nancy and their fabulous wedding coordinator, Alexis. She was invaluable to making sure that we thought of everything, and she made it all SO perfect!
The charm and comfort of this venue are incomparable!

The Secret Garden was my dream venue and I had it all to myself for my special day. If you want a venue that is dripping with class, The Secret Garden is the place to be. The moment I went to see the venue I was blown away. I literally teared up when I saw the beautiful stairs that my dad and I would walk down as he gave me away. It was everything I wanted. It's a spacious property, yet is elegant and has an intimate setting. It was so elegant and classic. I knew the moment I saw it that this was my venue.
Then there was the amazing staff! Nancy, Dave & Alexis were outstanding. They made me, my husband and our families feel so special. They did everything to make sure the place looked outstanding and that my wedding would come off flawless and I have to say...IT WAS! The Secret Garden and the staff exceeding my expectations. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making my dream wedding a reality.

My daughter's wedding was last weekend, and the Secret Garden helped to make it a beautiful memorable event. I can't thank Dave & Nancy, the owners, for all the help in making it so great. Both parents (Bride & Grooms) live out of state, which made it difficult for all of us, but they made it easy in every way from planning to the actual wedding day. We had a small wedding, but they treated us just as though we had 300 people. I would recommend this for anyone, no matter what size of wedding you may be having.

The Secret Garden and the entire staff were so great to work with!!! Not only is the venue absolutely gorgeous, but everyone was very friendly and helpful. Jessi made sure that every detail was covered, making our wedding absolutely perfect. I wouldn't change a thing as to how the day went. It was completely flawless. In addition, each vendor we worked with said "The Secret Garden is one of our favorite venues to work with." Each one of them loved the staff at the Secret Garden, making it that much more enjoyable to bring all of our details together. Our pictures were perfect due to the beautiful grounds, the venue was awesome, and the service we received was some of the best. I highly recommend the Secret Garden for a wedding. I wish I could relive that day over and over!!!

The secret garden did such an amazing job. My husband and I were taken advantage of by another venue and had our wedding cancelled 3 weeks before the wedding. Of course I was a complete mess after hearing that our wedding that we had been planning for a year might not happen. We called the secret garden and explained our situation and they were so helpful in every way to put this wedding back together. I did not have to worry about a thing. Jessi the event coordinator is a complete professional. If something went wrong during the day of the wedding, I didn’t know about it because she handled everything. The owner Dave Mata would call us back immediately even if it was after hours or their off days. I can’t tell you how heartwarming it was to finally deal with professionals. Everyone was raving about how beautiful the venue was. I would 100% recommend them for your wedding.

The Secret Garden is so beautiful. We had our ceremony there and it was perfect. Jessi was so helpful and made sure that everything was just perfect. The two flights of stairs is so dramatic for the bride. I would definetly recommend the Secret Garden for a ceremony or reception.

I would highly recommend Secret Garden for your venue. Everyone there is so willing to help in any way they possibly can. We had some family members who tried to make things difficult on our wedding day, but the staff at Secret Garden stepped in and took care of everything and everyone. I was very pleased with all they did.
