$200/hr.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
We will be with you all day and will have an appetite at dinner time! It's best if the client provides a meal at the same time as the wedding party and that we are seated where we can see you, so that not shots are missed.
Do you charge for travel?
One hour of round trip travel is free on your wedding day, beyond that it's $75/hr.
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
1-2 weeks.
In what format are the initial proofs offered?
High resolution JPEG
How long can the client keep the proofs?
Forever.
Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
The client gets copyrights & I also retain shared copyrights.
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?
Yes, unless the client does not want it (must say so in contract).
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
Yes
Will images be available for viewing online?
1-2 weeks.
What kind of albums do you offer?
The highest quality custom made flush mount albums.
When will the client get the final album?
About 3-5 weeks after the design proof is approved by the client.
