Brianna Kleinschmidt, owner of SacTown Catering, knows how to create a spread to please any crowd! We worked with her recently on both a small garden wedding where she served a bountiful assortment of delicious appetizers which however were not to be outdone by her scrumptious desserts. Our next event with SacTown involved a large outdoor wedding on acerage with a full tantalizing menu that included the following: Passed hors d'oeuvres during the cocktail hour included antipasto caprese cups, chipotle-honey glazed prawns and goat cheese & mint puff pastries. The Bride & Groom selected a dinner buffet that included lemon caper chicken, mustard & rosemary encrusted pork, our chef's seasonal salad, penne pasta with asparagus & sundried tomatoes, roasted summer vegetable medley, and fresh baked breads. They also provided bartending services which featured the Bride & Groom's favorite selections of Santa Barbara regional wines and the groom's choice of bottled beers.
