Do you shoot digital or film?
I shoot both and I have packages that include both. I started out shooting weddings with film and then switched to digital. Digital is great because you can shoot all in color and then change any image to black and white. With film you have to either commit to black and white or color film. I love both, digital is fast and allows a photographer to shoot a lot more images, but film still has a special feel and you do get negatives over a CD.
Can I customize a package?
Absolutely, I encourage it. No wedding is the same and no person is the same, therefore no package is the same.
Can I get the CD/negatives of my wedding image?
Yes, they are your wedding images! Why do I want to keep them from you!
Do you charge to travel?
Yes, but if you buy me a ticket to Fiji we can possibly negotiate :)
How long have you been shooting weddings and how many have you shot?
I have been shooting weddings for 6 years and have shot over 100 weddings.
What happens if you get sick on the day of the wedding?
Most likely I would power through it, but if it were serious I have a good connection with many great photographers who could cover for me.
Do you bring an assistant?
I have packages that include a 2nd shooter, I recommend this for large weddings and weddings that run longer than 4hrs.
How many breaks do you take through out the day?
There are no breaks when I am shooting a wedding, once you stop focusing on the event you miss "the shot" of the night. I am usually afraid to use the restroom!
How soon after the event will the images be online?
A week after your wedding your images will be available online.
