•Produce a cohesive design plan, starting with an event board of proposed color standards, fabric swatches and coordinating décor elements based on our consultation

•Source materials and assist in the selection of any external design vendors {such as florals, linens, lighting and rentals}
•Act as their central point person for all design vendors to assure a visually cohesive event
