Can I choose the flavors in my assortment?
Absolutely! All you have to do is order the assorted box(s) in the size(s) of your choice, and make a note of the order confirmation number. Then either e-mail or call (610) 415-9470 with the particular assortment of your choice. Please include your name, order number, and which flavors you would like.
Can I taste the truffles before I purchase them?
Certainly! You may even take a tour of our kitchens. Private tastings and tours are scheduled by appointment only. Appointments can be made by e-mailor telephone (610) 415-9470. There are also opportunities to taste our products at one of our many bridal or event showcases.
What is the best way to store my truffles?
The best way to store the truffles is in a cool place, out of direct sunlight for up to ten days. They may be refrigerated for up to six weeks. If they are refrigerated, let them sit out for at least a half hour to come to room temperature before enjoying.
What is the best way to enjoy my truffles?
The best way to enjoy the truffles is to eat them at room temperature. You can heighten your experience with these truffles by having a cordial, a glass of port, or a cup of your favorite coffee. You can even wash down the first truffle with ....... a second truffle (or more).
How will my truffles be shipped?
Your truffles will be shipped in insulated coolers, and with gel ice packs when necessary. Both the cooler and ice pack are reusable for your convenience. Orders are either shipped Ground, Two-Day Express, or Overnight Express depending on the time of year and the temperature of the area at the time of delivery. When can I expect my order to ship?
All of our products are hand crafted, and made fresh to order. Please allow seven to ten working days for production of your order, plus shipping time. For Wedding and special event orders, we normally ship on the Monday or Tuesday prior to your event date.
What if I need my order by or on a certain day?
If you need your order by or on a certain day please e-mail or call so that we can arrange it. We advise that ample time is allowed for producing and shipping your order. Rush orders are accepted, but may incur additional charges. Please contact us for details and scheduling.
Can I pick up my order?
Any orders may be picked up at 185 Mowere Rd, Phoenixville, PA 19460. Pick-ups can be made by appointment. Please call (610) 415-9470 or email us to make arraignments.
Dietary and allergy concerns?
Prestige Chocolates’ truffles may contain: nuts or nut traces, alcohol, and dairy products. Although I do not add additional sugar, some of the ingredients contain sugar. If you have specific dietary restrictions or sensitivities, please e-mail me and I will answer any specific concerns you may have.
What is the return policy?
Every effort is made to deliver your order to you so that it reaches you in as pristine a condition as it left our kitchens. If on the original delivery attempt there is a problem with the order a store credit will be given for the portion of the order which was not in acceptable condition. However, if the correct address was not provided during checkout, or if multiple delivery attempts have to be made, we cannot be responsible for product which was lost or damaged after the original delivery attempt. Do you have a catalog or brochure?
Yes we do. We have a brochure that I would be more than happy to send you. In the interest of going green though I have included a copy of the brochure here. There is a front and back to the brochure which I have separated to make viewing easier. If you would still like a hard copy mailed to you, please email us a brochure request with your name and address. We do not have a printed catalog. All of our items are available for review and purchase online. We would be more than happy to speak with you either over the phone or in person to answer any questions that you may have, or to walk you through the online catalog.
