We provide Same Day Edits and Flash Backs which allow you and your guests to see live footage from the ceremony at your reception.
Do you have lighting equipment to accommodate a more dimly-lit event?
We have the latest technology in low light camera equipment.
How many videographers do you work with?
We have three crews to choose from.
Does the client get to meet the videographers before the event?
Yes. We highly recommend that you meet your videographer in person.
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
We guarantee our presence and our work!
Do you book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
One per day is our limit per crew.
Do you have a replacement videographer in case you become unavailable on the event day?
Back up production crew and equipment are always available.
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
We shoot in High Definition 16x9 format.
Do you bring backup equipment to the event in case of malfunction?

What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
Only during the meal.
Do you charge overtime?
All packages include 7 hours of coverage. Overtime is available for events exceeding 7 hours.
Do you give access to your raw footage?
Yes. It can be purchased from our studio.
Do you reserve the right to use the video in the future for promotions, contents, etc.?
Yes. Unless stated in writing by you.
Is the client involved in the editing process? If so, how much input does the client have in editing?
We welcome your input on music and any creative editing ideas that you might have.
How long does it take for the client to get the final video?
Production time takes about 12-14 weeks
