Beautiful!

Thank you to Tom and his team from Precious Moments for their beautiful work on our wedding video! We are so happy we decided to go with a videographer to capture our special day! We went with the Standard Film, and it was the perfect representation of our wedding day. They captured all of the important moments, and it was such a wonderful experience getting to relive our wedding day! We are so thankful we have this stunning film to look back at for years to come!

Perfect way to re-live our wedding and share with those who couldn't come

I'll admit, I did not think getting a wedding video would be worth it. But experiences from other married friends changed my mind, and I couldn't be more happy that we did get one, and that we went with Precious Moments.

The team was amazing to work with. They were really helpful when we called to figure out what was the best option for us based on what we were hoping to get out of a wedding video. We went with two videographers, and I barely noticed them on my wedding day. They were exactly where we needed them at the right moments, and otherwise, I barely even noticed they were there all night long. When the videos came, they were amazing. The quality and sound were incredible, and they told the story of our wedding day in the perfect way. We're incredibly grateful that Precious Moments did our wedding video, and we'll so glad we'll have the memories of our big day, and those special moments with our friends and family forever.

Can't wait for our video!

We booked Precious Moments Wedding Films through the vendor package with Birch Wood Vineyards. Tom was great from the beginning, getting the basic information down and telling us not to stress or worry and that we would have a check-in shortly before the wedding day. Well two years of wedding planning and Tom was right on time checking-in with us and describing the work he would be doing in capturing our day.

We opted for two cameras for our day and working with Tom and Lisa was amazing! At first you think about how strange it is to be documented on camera - but after the initial 5 seconds, you forget they’re there. They get the job done while working in the background. Though the day flies by - and the last thing on your mind is having eyes on your vendors all night. I just vaguely remember watching them swiftly move around the venue and knew they were capturing all the important moments, all the right angles, and all the love of our wedding night.

They were a great team - and we cannot wait to see the final version of our film! If it’s anything like their personalities, their hard work, and their overall professionalism - we know it’ll be great!

Amazing!!!

Precious Moments were so amazing the day of my wedding. They were very discrete but effective. The sneak peak video is amazing and I cannot stop watching it!!! Highly recommend them if you want the special moments captured on film!

Memories to last a lifetime

The moment mike and I met Tom and Lisa at one of the bridal shows we instantly made a connection with them and knew we wanted them apart of our special day. Tom and Lisa captured our wedding at Birch Wood Vineyards in Aug 2020. The professionalism and attention to all the details they had during our day was great. We received the sneak peak video 2 weeks after and they truly captured everything but at the same time we barely knew they were there. We are blown away with that can only imagine how our full video will be. We have watched our sneak peak countless times, reliving the greatest day of our lives. So thank you Tom and Lisa for the friendship and for helping us remember our perfect day for the rest of our lives. If you are looking for a videographer for your wedding, I HIGHLY suggest precious moments! If you are debating on having a videographer - DO IT!

Amazing company & amazing people!

Having a videographer for our wedding was one of the best decisions we made!! When we first started planning our wedding, we weren’t exactly sure if we were going to have a videographer. I had heard that the #1 regrets for most couples when it comes to their weddings is not having it videotaped, so I decided to meet with Tom at Precious Moments. As soon as our initial meeting finished, I knew we HAD to have a videographer. During our pre-wedding meetings Tom made it known that the video would be however WE wanted it; Tom really gives the coupled the control. We were able to decide what type of film style we wanted, how much interaction Tom & Lisa would have with us and our bridal party the day of and he even took down a list of songs that we liked to potentially be put in the finished product! Tom & his wife Lisa were amazing to work with the day of our wedding! They truly captured EVERYTHING but at the same time we barely knew they were there. We received our finished video very quickly and to say we are thrilled would be an understatement. Our video is INCREDIBLE, watching the video makes you relive you big day all over again! Everyone that has seen our video loves it almost as much and we do! If you are going to be using a videographer for your wedding, I HIGHLY suggest Precious Moments! And if you are debating on getting a videographer or not, DO IT!!

Amazing videographer!

From the first interaction with Tom and Lisa at Precious Moments, we knew our experience with them was going to be amazing. Not only were they professional and organized, they were so fun to work with. Tom and his team captured every moment perfectly and made us a trailer video that made us laugh and cry. They did not miss a beat and made sure they always had coverage everywhere. They did an excellent job coordinating with our other vendors including the photographer and DJ to make sure the video and audio was perfect. I knew I for sure had wanted a videographer but wasn't sure where to start in the vetting process. Luckily, we booked at Birch Wood Vineyards and chose the vendor package. I am SO glad we did that because Precious Moments worked so well together with Tom Gibbons Photography (highly recommend them as well!)

Tom & team captured our day organically and I didn't even notice them filming throughout the whole day. We just recently received our "sneak peek" and it is perfect; I cry every time I watch it. I would highly recommend getting a videogrpaher because even though a photographer captures your day, a videographer captures other small moments you maybe wouldn't remember. Precious Moments Wedding Films are all very knowledgeable about what they do and are fairly priced. You'll meet with them and won't be able to say no.

Initially in our wedding planning, we had decided to skip the videography and put more money towards photography, but after attending a tasting event at Searles, we met Tom and Lisa and were hooked on their film they were playing. My mind was instantly changed that I knew I wanted to have our wedding day filmed. My husband thought the video was nice but wasn't sold on 'needing' one...until after we got our film back! (He is so glad that we did!) We must have watched it at least twenty times in the past four months, and it still brings big smiles to our faces every time. We cannot thank Tom and Lisa enough for capturing our day so beautifully!

There's no better review than having repeat customers. Tom and his team at Precious Moments were my sister's, Kaity's, videographer back in 2011. Tom was absolutely instrumental, as when Kaity's photographer failed to show at the groom's house, Tom's daughter stepped in with her personal camera to capture the only stills we have of the groomsmen getting ready. Kaity's wedding video turned out absolutely perfect, capturing every single important moment of the day, and her "trailer" is so beautiful, we repost it and watch it every anniversary. I knew that with such professionalism, incredible attention to detail, as well as the most friendly, comforting, and calming staff, Tom and his team were exactly who I wanted at my wedding this past May, 2016. We never even contacted any other videographer. Well, when I thought you couldn't get any more perfect than the video he created for Kaity, I was absolutely astonished with the fantastic, humorous, sentimental video he crafted for us. I could not be happier with his tireless and dedicated work. It was truly beautiful, and will be a cherished memory of our day. Finally, when we found out we were expecting, we again contacted Tom in hopes that he may be able to assist us with the reveal to our parents. The quick 5 min video, which started out as the first scene of our wedding video, far exceeded any of our expectations. It brought our mothers to tears. I originally had no desire to have a video of the wedding as I thought it wasn't necessary - I was so wrong. Watching it brought me right back to our wedding day - being able to see the ceremony was the best. That part seemed like a blur so it was so great to be able to watch it. I truly can not say enough about Precious Moments and how it was the best decision we could have made for our wedding! When my husband and I first starting planning our wedding we weren't quite sure if we were going to add a videographer to the mix as everything was adding up so quickly. Reaching out to Tom and his team was one of the best decisions we could have made. He was so attentive, organized, and e-mailed me back as soon as possible. It was everything you would want for your wedding planning!

We had originally found Tom through a friend's wedding. I fell in love with his work on their trailer. When it came to our wedding day Tom and his partner arrived on time and with huge smiles on their faces. They worked extremely well with our photographer and it almost felt as if they weren't even there!

I could not wait for our full video after viewing our trailer. They truly captured the entire day just perfectly. Every detail was eloquently placed together to give us a wedding video we will never forget. All the music to the wedding film was perfect and so thoughtfully put together. It was everything I could have asked for and more! We only wished it could have gone on longer! It is something that we will cherish for a lifetime and watch over and over again.

Again, I can't say enough about Tom and his team. I would highly recommend Precious Moments to any couple who is starting out their wedding planning. You will never regret the money you spend on their films.

I cant say enough about Precious Moments! They were SO easy going, kind and accommodating to requests we had. On the day of the wedding, I honestly didnt even notice anyone was following us around taping us. We got the trailer as well as the full 1 hour video. The way the videos were put together blew me away. Everyone we have shown it too feels like they are right back at our wedding and thats exactly how we feel as well. I have watched my trailer easily everyday since we received it a few weeks ago. Everything from the words they captured to the music they picked was perfect. I would hire these guys over and over again and honestly would recommend them to anyone who wants to live their special day over and over!

The team at Precious Moments is the best! We made the somewhat last minute decision to hire a wedding videographer and it was 100% worth it. Our first call with Tom was great - I felt like he was so attentive and had answers to all of our questions. When we had follow up thoughts or questions he was so quick to get back to us. The price was a bit of an investment, but overall we feel it's worth it. Plus we were able to pay in portions which made it easier. On our wedding day Meaghan and Daniel arrived on time and were so seamless throughout the day. I barely realized they were there yet they captured all of the important moments. We received our highlight trailer just a few weeks after the wedding and were thrilled with it. It was a huge hit among our family and friends too! Our full highlight film is on it's way and we cant wait to relive the day again!

Precious Moments, and Tom in particular, were wonderfully professional, personable, accommodating, calming, and an absolute pleasure to work with. Clearly extremely talented and educated in his field, Tom went above and beyond to not only explain all of the options his service provided, but to virtually walk us thru his filmmaking and designs. Precious Moments came highly recommended to our family 5 years ago when my sister and MOH was married. He did such an excellent job with her film and sneak-peek trailer, that there was no question who we would use when it came to our wedding. For the second wedding in a row, Tom and his team not only produced exceptional quality work, but managed to fill in where our photography fell short, isolating still pictures from his films where, if it weren't for him, we wouldn't have captured key moments. Tom and Lisa were amazing and did a beautiful job capturing our wedding day. Their team is extremely friendly and professional.
We were not 100% sure at 1st if we wanted to take on the extra cost of a video but after meeting with Tom and viewing samples we were 100% sold.

We are completely satisfied with our trailer and video. I plan on re-posting our trailer on our upcoming 1 year anniversary and we are going to eat out top layer of wedding cake and watch our video again!

My father unexpectedly passed away 6 months after our wedding and thankfully we have this video to be able to see how happy and proud he was on our wedding day. I will cherish those memories and this video forever.

Tom and Lisa were amazing! They were so helpful with planning and on the day of the wedding they showed up early to take extra shots around our location. During the day I hardly noticed them, they blended right in, and when we got the wedding video I was shocked to see how much they captured! They did an amazing job blending into the day and not hindering it. My husband was all about a videographer and I wasn't to sure because I didn't want cameras in my face all day long. I was so happy he insisted on having them because they did a wonderful job not only capturing our special day but all the loved ones involved as well!

Tom at Precious Moments was the absolute best choice of videographer for my wedding in August 2015. He and his team were so pleasant and professional. Ever since the first meeting to discuss what we wanted out of a wedding video, Tom made my family and I feel like this was one thing we didn't need to worry about. The day of wedding was flawless and that includes Tom and his team. He was on time, non intrusive and so pleasant to have. I swear I forgot he was there most of the time. From the onset: Tom and Lisa were both professional and attentive to us as we tried to figure out what we needed. The meetings and email exchanges were informative and educational they arrived on the big day ready to calm nerves, and shoot a long day by any standards. Precious Moments did an absolutely amazing job covering our wedding day! We were originally on the fence about video until we were able to experience them first hand at my sister-in-law's wedding. Precious Moments Wedding Films absolutely amazed us with their incredible service! We had debated a wedding film for a long time but were too concerned with having too many people and too much equipment around trying to capture the day that it would take away from everything. We finally caved realizing how badly we wanted to share our special day with my sister-in-law who was missing the wedding while deployed with the Air Force. We could not be happier with that decision!! I swear, I didn't even notice them all day and now I have an absolutely gorgeous video to look back on. I have already watched it multiple times, and my family has been enjoying it as well. Every time I watch it I see something I didn't notice before! It perfectly captures the entire day and lets us relive our favorite moments!

I just love the quality of the video! We just had our out of town reception out west for all those unable to make it to the wedding. It was so special to be able to share these moments at the reception. Everyone commented on how nice that touch was and now it's something we have forever. I've watched it about 10 times and still cry when I see the "first look" with my father. Pictures can only do so much.

When it came to getting a video for our wedding, I thought OG one more expense. Looking back it was by far the best investment of the whole wedding. Weddings go by so quickly and you don't even know what's happening as a bride and groom. We were lucky enough to have Tom and Lisa do our wedding. They were invisible, they captured shots that I didn't even know existed. It is great to see what's happening in two places at once. This way we were able to enjoy the wedding ourselves.
The video was so beautiful, we've watched it dozens of times. The music is so beautiful, and fitting it brings tears to my eyes.
Do yourselves a favor and get a video from precious moments.

One of the best decisions we made was to hire video, and to choose Precious Moments. We planned our wedding in 3 months, and were so lucky that Tom & Lisa were available. They came highly recommended, had worked at our venue and with our other vendors, and after viewing some of their sample films we knew they would do an amazing job.

Tom was so easy to work with during the planning process. He understood our short timeline and was very accommodating, offering skype meetings for pre planning and making sure he had all of our info, and what details were most important to capture that day.

My mother was battling brain cancer and was the focus of our day, and Tom & Lisa did an amazing job capturing so many moments of her with me, my husband and our family and friends. The final highlight video and even the raw footage is breathtaking- the video is so high quality and the style in which it is edited really captures the emotions of every part of our day. We can't stop watching it.

Now we can re-live the most amazing day over and over again. They captured every moment that was important to us, every moment we forgot about, and even all the moments we didn't know happened! Thank you for doing such a beautiful job, and giving us so many beautiful memories. We couldn't be happier.

Precious Moments was a wonderful vendor to work with for our wedding. They were highly professional, accommodating and produced a beautiful cinematic video for us that not only captured the aspects of the day we had hoped to see, but many things we had missed in the whirlwind of the day! The film was just the right length, it was clear in picture and sound and they incorporated our music selections perfectly. At first we weren't sure having a videographer was necessary, but it was one of the best decisions we could have made. Having a video that we can remember the details of the day, and see our family and friends on is irreplaceable. I cannot say enough about precious moments they did such a beautiful job on our wedding video!! It's crazy how much you can forget on one of the most memorable days on your life! I have to say how special this video is and we are so happy we have it, I would say a video is so much more then photos, you get to see people talking, laughing, enjoying themselves, all things you aren't Able to see because you were living in the moment ( atleast I was)!! Tom and his wife filmed our wedding, I had a hurricane and it was the most beautiful day! Where to begin and how to express our gratitude in words on the job Tom and Lisa did to capture our Special Wedding Day on Film?Our Video Package which included the Wedding Trailer, Thirty Minute Feature Film, and edited Raw Footage is PHENOMENAL! The creativity and flow of the finished product with the music is unbelievable and highly professional.We have watched the film numerous times since Tom sent the package a few weeks ago.Tom’s easy going personality, passion and enjoyment of his work is evident from your first meeting with him. He always made us feel as though we were his only client as he kept us focused on what we wanted him to capture and the music selection for the film.His smile and relaxed style with which he interacted with Family and Friends throughout the day was terrific. I have watched my wedding video at least 3 dozen times over the past month. I still cry almost every time. (My mother has her own copy which has been played so many times that the DVD is likely worn out.) Tom and Lisa gave us the best gift that a married couple could ever receive by giving us such a pointed, perfect wedding film.

My husband was not the one who wanted the film; I was. I wanted it to document our day so that when we're old and gray we could remember the little details we had forgotten and show our grandchildren. My husband became so comfortable with Tom and Lisa that he didn't even know they were there at the church and the reception.

I wish you had seen our faces when we watched our video for the first time. We didn't want it to end. (I was so worried that my husband would think it was a big-to-do-for-nothing sort of thing, but it turns out that he became a huge fan of their work.)

Our video was AMAZING!! We are so truly pleased with the personal touches and the quality of the film and the time and energy that was so obviously put into making our special film more than just a keepsake. (Tom and Lisa even recorded the weather forecast on different news stations to help us remember the winter blizzard conditions.) The music selections, the timing, the sound quality, the video quality, the facila expressions....everything was captured and collected so perfectly. We relive our wedding day every single time we watch our video. We're just amazed and so very deeply grateful to the Precious Moments team. Both my husband and I are positively thrilled that we made this investment, and we encourage other couples to make that same investment when we can.

AHHHHMMMAZZZINNNGGGG!!!! By far the best money I spent throughout the entire wedding. My only regret... not buying the next package to get the 60 minute video, because the video was so incredible I never wanted it to end!!! Tom, Lisa, and Meghan were all amazing from the first time we met with them to the last visit while picking up the video. They make you feel so comfortable and so at ease that I never for one second doubted that this video would be anything short of incredible. I knew from the beginning that I needed to have a wedding video and from the moment I watched that trial DVD from a wedding expo I knew I wanted them!!!! They are absolutely worth the investment and I recommend them to everyone and anyone, don't even waste your time looking around I can assure you that you will not find anyone that compares to these guys!!!

Precious moments wedding films is amazing and worth every dime. Tom, his wife, and daughter did the videography on my wedding day in June 2013. They were so professional and kept us at ease throughout the day. Most of the time you forget they are there but then when you look back on the footage it's amazing how they were able to capture it all so well. Being from Massachusetts, Tom set up meetings with me via Skype and apple iChat which was so convenient with my busy schedule.
We added the same day edit to our package which was basically a 4 minute cinematic video preview of the ceremony, getting ready, time taking photos, and a special thankyou to our guests that was played just before our grand entrance at the reception and it was a HIT!! our guest could not believe how quickly it was put together and the quality of the video.
Overall I give precious moments 5 stars. the rates are competive but worth every penny! I could go on and on !! :)

I am beyond grateful my wedding venue recommended Precious Moments Wedding Films to us. I would like to personally thank Tom and our videographers Lisa and Gary for their excellent level of service and of course my amazing wedding film. If you want a videographer to create a truly beautiful keepsake of your day, look no further than Precious Moments Wedding Films. From the initial meeting to the finished product, Tom was professional, flexible and accommodating. He really listened to us and truly made it about our day. The wedding film and trailer were amazing! His creative vision and the time he took to get to know us and what WE wanted our wedding film to be like helped to make it a keepsake we will treasure.

He captured our day beautifully! We had a rather unique ceremony and reception with very sentimental elements that were important to us. Tom chose amazing music to complement his fantastic footage. It was so fun for us to see our wedding from the perspective of our guests, their reactions and to see all the things we missed or just didn't remember!

For those who were not able to be there, it was as if they had a front row seat! They loved our trailer and video. We hardly knew he was there during the wedding and yet when watching the film, it was as if he was right in front of us and our guests!

Our guests commented they had never had such a positive experience with videographers before. Those who thought we were crazy for wanting to videotape our wedding and thought it was a waste of money changed their tune when they saw the trailer! It brought tears to our eyes (and theirs) and so creatively put together the emotion of the day.

We interviewed several videographers. Many charged less than or equal to Precious Moments Wedding Films. We knew when we met Tom, Precious Moments was the right fit for us. Their personalized service is what sold us. We are SO happy we chose them! We will now forever have a keepsake of a very special and meaningful day to us and those that shared it with us. TOP NOTCH!! From the moment we walked into their studio we knew this was our videographer. The studio is clean, organized, very high-tech and comfortable, just done so right. Tom and the rest of his crew are very warm and friendly people that take their time with you and have a level of professionalism that is second to none.
The video itself came out so great, even better than we expected. The film quality (we got Blue Ray) is amazing and as high-def as we've ever seen, the editing is quite impressive from panning to specific people when their names were mentioned during toasts and speeches to editing out the voice of the Minister while we were reciting vows to just capturing great highlights of the wedding. The energy is upbeat from start to finish and we continue to watch our video. It is definitely a treasure that will be cherished thru the years with our family!!

I cannot even describe what it's like watching your wedding video the first time. Even with just a few months gone by, you forget little things, there are things that you missed that you would have never seen without the video, and Precious Moments video caputures it all. I knew a wedding video was important to me before my wedding (they were actually the first vendor I had booked!) but after, it's just a memory that I get to relive and will cherish forever. I met with a few videographers in the Southern NH area, no one even holds a candle to them. The moments they capture, the equipment they use, the professionalism, and the editing skills after the big day (like paper lanterns gone bad and landing on people, and setting trees on fire) are second to none. They are worth every penny, and trust me, you can't ever go back and change your mind about a video, this is the most important vendor for your big day!!

As mother of the Bride you want your daughter's wedding day to be perfect so you can reflect on all the wonderful memories. There is only one way that is possible and it is through a video. We first met Tom & Lisa in 2005 when older daughter was planning her wedding. We went to Tom's studio and I cried when shown the demo video. You can only imagine my reaction seeing my daughter's wedding. Tom captured moments that we never would have known about unless they were in the video. My youngest daughter was married this past fall and Tom was the first person I contacted to make sure he was available the date she chose. Once again, we have memories that I will treasure forever.
When asked from friends what is the one thing you would recommend when planning a wedding I would tell them to hire Tom. Your wedding day goes by so fast but Tom lets you relive the day over and over in such a special way.

I loved my video. I would recommend PMV to anyone. They were incredible to work with. I cannot say enough good things about them. Tom was professional and very experienced. I am so impressed with the quality of the video. I have watched it everyday since I got it. I have posted some of it on youtube. The quality was compromised when I uploaded it, so just know that the actual video is made in HD or Blu-Ray quality. I had both Bride and Groom Home coverage, Wedding Day Highlights set to music, and a video vignette session in addition to the Pre Ceremony, Ceremony, Pre Reception, Reception coverage with two cameras and wireless mic during the ceremony. All of this is essential in my opinion, I would really recommend all of this as basic necessities in your video!

Tom is fantastic! I originally was not going to utilize a videographer service, but my mother changed my mind, for me, last minute :-p haha. I contacted Tom 10 days before my wedding and he arranged a meeting for me the very next day. Everything was set in stone that day and it worked out perfectly. He was so professional and accomodating, at the last minute. He still treated me as if I was his only client. Pending the actual video, they were very unobtrusive and seemed to catch everything we wanted on the video. They put a mic my DH for the ceremony so that they made sure to catch every word. They got some really nice details and also followed the direction of the photographers. They worked REALLY well together and moved around so that each one of them was not in every shot/video. They also opted to come to the rehearsal to check out the space and meet with some of the key players in the wedding at no cost.

We weren't sure if we initially wanted a wedding video, but as soon as we met with Tom at Precious Moments Wedding Films and viewed some of their work, we were hooked. They have a great staff who are extremely knowledgeable and open to your comfort levels. My husband wanted a more interactive film where as I wanted a more discreet one, and Tom and his crew were able to cater to our every need. We never even noticed they were there on our wedding day, but were still able to capture all the most important moments. We met Tom and Lisa at a bridal show and reached out to them afterwards since we were impressed with their initial presentation. At our first appointment at their studio, they asked us where we were getting married in case they could show us an example of a wedding film at the same location. They quickly pulled up a video taken at our church. We appreciate the fact that they showed us a wedding video at random instead of one showpiece video that every customer gets to see. We were please with the quality of the video, attention to detail, and customizations they were more than willing to accommodate. Before the wedding, an additional meeting and survey took place, where we ironed out all the details and music selections. With this investment, we were happy Tom and Lisa were so committed to making our video perfect by ensuring all aspects were covered before the big day.

On the day of the wedding, they showed up right on schedule and maintained themselves in the background... We hardly knew they were there, which led to very natural footage in the end!

Precious Moments Wedding Films delivered the quality wedding film that they are known for... which is exactly what we wanted for our special day. Our music selections were used very well, the video and audio quality was impressive, and all important and sweet moments of the day were captured and memorialized. My wedding video came out so fantastic. I was so pleased with the the songs, the design, and the cost. We were able to make a package to fit our needs. I would recommend them to anyone.

LIsa and Tom were amazing. You hardly noticed they were there but they captured EVERYTHING and more then I could have imagined.

Poor customer service

We initially asked for the "Documentary" wedding video package, but Tom pushed us to upgrade to the "Standard" package for a cinematic style film. As it turned out, we did not like some of the editing decisions. When we asked for a few changes, Tom made some adjustments and then stopped replying to our emails. Don't trust his satisfaction guarantee - he did not honor it.
