Do you have liability insurance?

Do you have experience shooting in various lighting situations?

I am capable of shooting in ANY lighting situation that arises whether its indoor, outdoors, full sun or rain. We've shot it all!

Is your media preference film or digital?

I do both Medium Format film and Digital

How many photographers do you work with?

Always at least 2 of us ... sometimes 3

Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?

If for some unfortunate reason I could not be there ... I have the BEST back up photog's

Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?

No more than 2 in a weekend and a limited # od weddings per year

Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?

I have numerous referalls.

What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?

3 -4 camera bodies & 5-6 different lenses per shooter, Lots of CF cards, flash, and additional lighting. we shoot Nikon if you were wondering

Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?

YES!!!!

Do you charge hourly or full day?

hourly

Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours?

Yes . $200 per hour

Do you charge for travel?

I LOVE to travel for my job. You pay my way and I'll be there!!!

How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?

4-6 weeks after the wedding

In what format are the initial proofs offered?

I like to give my clients a Private Gallery of their edited images.

How long can the client keep the proofs?

Gallery is online as long as you need it to be.

Do you retain the copyright for the photos?

Yes

Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?

Yes

Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?

Yes. Lots of brides these days want digital images . I provide Flash Drives and DVD's

Will images be available for viewing online?

Yes

What kind of albums do you offer?

I have 3 types of albums. Modern (clean and simple) , Traditional Leather, and Tom Ford Fashion style album

When will the client get the final album?

Once the Bride and Groom choose their images, I then design their album and once they give their final approval of the album design it's usually about 4-6 weeks.
