PAMKAKES is a small cake shop with large reputation for great looking and delicious tasting cakes. We opened our doors in January 2007 and have been serving more and more new customers every day. The shop is owned and operated soley by Pamela (Kotch) Zola. Although the shop is new, there is almost 20 years experience between Pam and her number 1 baker, Keith Hyduke.
