I was referred to Nathan by a colleague who had his wedding at the same venue as our ceremony location. We were so lucky to find Nathan - he is truly kind, professional and talented. Nathan is an amazing photographer in every way - he's creative, talented, professional, responsive, responsible, friendly, and funny. Really, I can't ask for anything more. Nathan did our engagement photo session in March 2016 and our wedding photos in July 2016.

When I started this whole wedding planning thing, one piece of advice I received early on was - make sure you hire a photographer that you feel comfortable with, because he's going to be everywhere you are on your wedding day, and if you don't like this person around all the time then it'll show in your photos! So we looked at 6-7 different photographers and narrowed down to 2 finalists - Nathan and someone else. We ended up going with Nathan because from the second we met him, we already felt so comfortable with him like we've known each other for a long time.

Nathan was always SUPER responsive to emails - I'm talking a response within an hour most of the time. And my goodness, he's just so talented. He's definitely an artist. When we got our engagement photos back we were more than pleased with the result. And we just got our wedding photos back last week and MY GOD they are amazing. We love every single photo he took, and the way he tells a story with his photos... it's pure genius. I know he's always challenging himself too to get better, which I appreciate because I wouldn't want to hire someone who is complacent. I'd definitely say Nathan has more of a dramatic and documentary style and not so much the boring posed photography. That's why he's able to capture some awesome shots because he's kinda just always there to make sure all the memorable moments are recorded. My husband and I often call him a ninja because on our wedding day, we honestly didn't know where Nathan was half the time because he wasn't in our face trying to take photos. And yet when the photos came back, they proved that he was everywhere we were!!

While looking for our wedding photographer, we had several interviews before deciding on Nathan. Obviously the first thing that caught our eye was his style and ability to capture the moment in a truly unique way. After that, it was his demeanor and his attention to what we wanted from him as our photographer that caused us to go with him. Another huge plus for us was his straight forward pricing in his packages, we felt that we got a great service at a great value.

We had some ideas of what we wanted for our engagement session, but what Nathan captured for us was well beyond what we expected. All we really told him was the general are that we wanted to have our pictures, and the day of the shoot, he already had a solid idea of what he was going to shoot. Needless to say, we were very happy with our engagement photos, as well as the online hosting service that he provides.

The day of our wedding, Nathan was at the venue with his assistant setting up early and capturing some amazing shots. From the images of us getting ready, to the images of our ceremony, to the images of our guests enjoying the reception; they did an amazing job. When we got to see our images, we were blown away at what we got; you would have thought there were 3+ photographers there by the amount of images and angles they got. We received the final images in a beautiful personalized USB drive in a personalized box, both very nice touches. We did not originally plan on purchasing an album, but based off what we received, we are most likely going to.

We researched several photographers before deciding to go with Nathan. Not only is Nathan an incredibly talented photographer, but he is also an incredibly GENUINE person, which was what stood out to us the most during our meeting. He was so attentive to our needs and made us feel assured that our day would be a success. He never rushed us during our meeting either, which was something we encountered with other photography companies. Just by looking through Nathan’s portfolio, we could see that he had such a one-of-a-kind eye for art. Other photographers can take pretty pictures, but Nathan can take a moment and make it magical through his lens.

On our wedding day, Nathan went above and beyond, arriving early and even staying late! He was also such a pleasant person to work with—he knew exactly how and where to position us and gave easy-to-follow directions. Most importantly, he made us feel comfortable the entire time, not awkward at all! Nathan also edited our photos so quickly (and meticulously) and they were GORGEOUS! He even gave us some preview photos in less than two weeks so we could create our thank you post cards early. All of our guests were impressed with how the photos came out and we loved how Nathan captured all of the moments we missed, especially the little details.

My husband and I were actually referred to Nathan by another professional photographer because of a conflict in his schedule - it says something when another photographer speaks about his peer with the utmost respect and admiration. We are so glad that moment happened because Nathan went above and beyond our expectations. He was very professional and easy to get along with from our first FaceTime conversation on his photography style to actually meeting him in person, he made us feel extremely comfortable and assured that we were going to have an amazing day. He even went to our venue in Las Vegas ahead of time to scope out areas to take pictures in.

We interviewed a couple of recommended photographers that were recommended for our Wedding. After meeting with Nathan, we were confident that we found the right person for the job.

Leading up to our engagement session, Nathan had been in constant contact via email and text. We had engagement photos taken on the UCI campus. I wasn't too sure about this location, but Nathan had assured my wife and I that this location would suit what we were looking for. It was a fun afternoon and it also gave us time with Nathan to get to know him. He sent us his photos and they came out great. We were excited to see how he was able to capture us at UCI and was able to make it look completely different and like we were at several different spots.

During our wedding, Nathan and his team were polite, professional and fun to be around. Nathan took photos of my wife getting ready with the Bridesmaids and another one of his team shot photos of me and my groomsmen. They got all the great shots. Just before the reception there was time to try and get artistic with the photos and stage a few shots. His team was covering the whole reception and was able to capture all the great moments.

We got a sneak preview of a select few photos and were excited to see how well they came out. A few weeks later we got all the photos and all of our friends and family were really impressed with how they came out.

Nathan Nowack is extremely talented and it was a pleasure to have him shoot my wedding. We just received the pictures and they are amazing. They are worth every penny.

I was really drawn to the photo-journalistic style of Nathan's photography. Since my husband (then fiance) and I decided that wedding photography was going to be one of the most important part (aside from venue) for our budget.

Relatives may claim that they can take great pictures with their SLRs but it is just not the same. There is a world of difference between a professional wedding photographer and your friend or family member with an SLR. We felt that 90% of our wedding is taking pictures. There is no re-wind button to go back and re-capture those important moments. Nathan captured everything beautifully and knew exactly when, where, and how to capture those special moments. He is also has great customer service and is friendly. While we were taking pictures, he made us feel at ease even though we weren't used to being photographed so much.

I also love that you get all of your photos on a USB flash drive so you can have the ability to print your own photos. This is not the case with all photographers and it was one of the most important things for me when searching for a photographer.

I would not hesitate for anyone to use Nathan for your photography. He is extremely professional, talented, and his prices are very reasonable.

Nathan is such an incredible photographer with an amazing eye for art and beauty in all his photos. When my fiance and I first met him we instantly fell in love with his work. The consultation with Nathan was so comfortable and fun that it seemed like we had been friends for a while.
