Muscoreil's Fine Desserts

We ordered a mini dessert platter for our wedding from Muscoreil’s and all of the desserts tasted so good! The whole process was very easy through ordering some to try, all the way through pick up on the wedding day.

Muscoreils has great desserts and cakes for weddings. They were able to customize and create the cake of our dreams. Flavor was delicious and everyone wanted more! They were great to work with!

Our wedding cake came out AMAZING! Phil did a fantastic job making sure our vision came to life! The flavors were incredible and the overall design was exactly what we pictured! For what we were asking for the cake was well within our budget as well! They we're super flexible and helped our dream cake become a reality.

Our experience with Muscoreil’s Fine Desserts was great, all details were meticulously handled to perfection. We actually had to plan our wedding in Buffalo from Texas. So when selecting a cake vendor we did a lot of reviews online from pictures to reading tons of reviews. We narrowed our search down to a handful of potential options and scheduled calls with each of them.

Phil from Muscoreil’s really made the decision easy. He was very flexible in times to contact him and was very responsive and patient with us as we were trying to make decisions on the cake from half a country away. He explained many different options with us and very quickly sketched up some options for us to consider.

Phil then took the initiative to call several weeks prior to the wedding to finalize the design and flavors and told us he would be there on the wedding day. Unfortunately, I never got to meet Phil, I was out with the photographer taking pictures when he arrived, but he was early and worked with the florist to put on fresh flowers and set up the three tier cake on the table for cutting. The first time we saw the cake is when we went up for the cutting, and it was perfect; the final design exceeded our expectations and looked better than any of the pictures and references we had reviewed. We decided on the almond cake with raspberry swirl, but never got to try it prior to the wedding. So, the first taste was after cutting, and it tasked amazing. Many times you cannot get the flavor of almond, but this came through, and the filling did not overwhelm the cake, it is was just a nice subtle flavor profile.

My uncle actually told me after the wedding that he knew the cake was going to be great after we cut it, because I went back in for multiple bites after the cutting!!

I was very nervous about buying a wedding cake without ever seeing the bakery, tasking a sample, or knowing what their performance was like. Phil and Muscoreil’s significantly exceeded all of my expectations. We are truly grateful to them for being so professional, helping us from another city, and over delivering on their promises. If you want a smooth process and great vendor to work with who over delivers on your expectations, then Muscoreil’s is the baker you should choose!

This was the perfect choice for us! Phil was incredibly responsive and a pleasure to deal with. The cake tasted fantastic and people said nothing but good things. Also, great gluten free cupcake add-on options to make sure you are not alienating any guests. Not to mention the cake tasting months before the big day when we were doing our "due diligence" was everything!

Our cake was beautiful. What was drawn at our initial meeting is exactly what we got on our wedding day. Everyone kept telling me how amazing the cake was all night!

Muscoreils Fine Desserts created an absolute masterpiece for our wedding cake! We set up an appointment for cake testing testing and explained our vision to the bakery. Not only was our wedding cake stunning to look at and take photos of, it was the most delicious cake I have ever tasted! We chose almond cake with almond buttercream frosting. The attention to detail was truly exquisite. We very much enjoyed sharing the cake with our family and friends and it was so delicious there was none left over to freeze! We will be visiting Muscoreils Fine Desserts on our anniversary each year to celebrate with treats. Thank you for bringing our vision to life, it was truly breathtaking!
