Michael was the absolute best ! My pictures and albums stand out above the rest !! So very happy !! He gets 5 stars in my book!

Myself, my groom, and both of our families were very disappointed in Michael's performance during our wedding. He arrived to the family house for pictures and rushed the bride and mother of the bride to get ready so that he may get to the church to take pictures of the groom which did not happen. We asked for different pictures to be taken that were not. His demeanor was rude and non-sufficient. Not only was his behavior observed by my husband and I, but by our wedding party and our guests. We had 3 hours in between our church and the cocktail hour; in that time he was not organized and not equipped with the appropriate batteries in order to continue shooting pictures outside in cold temperatures. The entire experience during the wedding with him was a nightmare. When we ordered our pictures, there were pictures that we knew had been taken that were left out, and a full second day shoot was not put onto our flash drive that we were entitled to. We were extremely disappointed by this. The pictures that he took were very nice but his behavior was unforgiving. I would never recommend this business to any of our friends or family.
