Chris from Madeline productions is AWESOME! He came to my mom's house for our 1st meeting (when I was still deciding on a videographer) and spent over an hour answering our questions and showing us different versions of DVD's. Anytime I had a quick question or comment for Chris I could always reach him by email or voicemail. He even returned my emails when he was on vacation (twice). He is so friendly and makes you feel like an old friend. I am still waiting for my final video but I know it will be wonderful if it's anything like our interactions thus far.
