Welcome to Lynnwood Event Center, we offer a perfect backdrop to celebrate your wedding day with your loved ones. Our space is designed with an inviting atmosphwere where modern meets elegance.

Facilities and Capacity
The Lynnwood Event Center has a total of 34,000 square feet of space, creating the ideal location for anywhere from 50 to 650 guests. It comes with a multitude of rooms that range from 550 square feet to 11,748 square feet. The lower and upper concourse are spacious areas that cover over 6,000 square feet, providing you with natural light and the capacity for 200 to 300 guests. Their other banquet rooms have high ceilings and functional spaces that you can use in combination with each other for each portion of your wedding.

The special events staff at Lynnwood will work with you every step of the way so that your day turns out completely original and different than the rest. They will give you ideas on how to incorporate your vision into each space, making sure that everything exudes your personality and style. Cuisine
The culinary team at Lynnwood specializes in preparing delicious menus with fresh, local and cultural ingredients so that you get a variety of flavors in each course. They will create custom menus that feature local wines and Northwestern favorites, making sure to give you an outstanding selection that you won’t get enough of. Some of the food and beverage selections include passed hors d’oeuvres for one hour, a champagne toast and a sparkling punch station.

Great team. Amazing Event Coordinator. Awesome food! Even the "southern" menu had a twist that everyone raved about! All commented on what a wonderful place for reception. Our decorator made the place so elegantly beautiful.

We love love love LCC!! Our wedding was the most beautiful day of my life thanks to them. Jimmie, our eveny planner was specifically amazing. As with Murphy's law, we fell behind our schedule. Jimmie worked hard to make sure everything was still perfect and it truly was. The food was amazing, the chef altered the menu to fit our wants/needs. The bartender and all workers were wonderful and sweet, they danced as they worked and seemed to enjoy their jobs! We loved this place so much we are currently looking for a reason to go back!

We worked initially with the business director Cassandra, of who was wonderful in answering our questions and keeping in touch with us throughout the process. She walked us through to venue and gave us sample layouts prior to us signing a contract and placing our first deposit.

Jimmie managed our event, we were thoroughly impressed by his experience and professionalism. Jimmie would often lend us some tips of the trade as we attempted to navigate finding vendors, figuring out decorations, logistics for such decorations, and many other details. We feel as if Jimmies' experience coupled with LCC's amenities made our wedding an affordable success!

We used the Lynnwood Convention Center for our wedding reception. The service was OUTSTANDING! We appreciated the event coordinator's prompt response to all our questions and the positive professionalism we received throughout the planning and day of! Would recommend this place to anyone!

Danielle at the Lynnwood Convention Center was great to work with. She was very responsive when we had questions. We were very impressed by the overall service that the Lynnwood Convention Center provided. The food was excellent and we loved the lighting and decor that they had for us to use. It didn't feel like a convention center with all of the professional touches and nice decor. We also found that the vendors that they suggested for the chair coverings and the ice sculpture (we had a snowflake theme since our wedding was in December) were a better value than what we had been able to find on our own. We looked at many venues when planning our wedding and we found that the Lynnwood Convention Center was a great value and they offered excellent service. They made our wedding day easy. We would definitely recommend them to other couples.

I cannot say enough good things about the Lynnwood Convention Center. All the staff there are so friendly and loving that it's almost unreal! Katie was an amazing event coordinator, and I absoutely loved working with her. She made everything so easy and was crazy flexible... Her timeliness in response was also incredible. I would get almost instant replies from her constantly! Erin, the salesperson who got us to contract with them remembered me up until the wedding day, and she gave me a great big hug the night before when we were conducting our rehearsal. The LCC made me feel so loved and important, and I would definitely recommend then to anyone who asks!!

EXCELLENT! The staff and event manager made my wedding experience easy, organized, and exatly what I had hoped it would be. I didn't have a wedding planner, but the event manager was super helpful and accommidating for all my ideas and wants. She even went the extra mile to help make sure everything went smoothly.

The price was very fair and we got so much out of the wedding package they provide for wedddings. No room fee or charge, you just had to make sure you met the food and beverage minimum which we went well over, because we did a plated dinner. The food was delicious! The portions were big as well. The guests, our families, and ourselves were very pleased with the food, wait staff, and bar. Friendly and quick.
I'm so glad we decided to do our ceremony and recepition here.

A good space

I liked being at the convention center. We were able to use just the amount of space we needed. We were able to rent some of their smaller side rooms for a bride's area and kid's space. Since we were a smaller wedding we were able to fit into two thirds of their downstairs large room. Working with everyone there was great. Katie, our on-site coordinator, always got back to us right away and was very patient with our million and one questions.

Since they do on-site catering we got our food there too, which made things a lot easier for us. In my opinion it was quite delicious.

It was also easy to hook our own music into their sound system.

With our wedding package they also let us use their incidentals, tablecloths, silverware, chairs, etc. They provided pipe and drape as well, though everything was white-which I didn't mind.

I initially chose to have my wedding here because it was close to home and we had a huge guest list. We had the pleasure of working with Katie Williams as our event coordinator. She was extremely responsive and professional. I appreciated her patience with me as I went back and forth with many of my decisions. I was originally planning on serving Korean food, as most of my guests were Korean, but since we could only use their caterers, we chose to go with what they knew how to cook. Overall, the food was delicious for wedding food. I wished that they had some deals for the bar but other than that, we were really happy with our choice for venue.
