Laura was everything I could hope for and so much more! She and her husband (who assists her at weddings) were such a joy to have around on my wedding day, and she captured every moment beautifully. She was also upbeat during the portraits, which was perfect for my bridesmaids and I. When it came time to capture the ceremony and reception, she knew exactly where to be so that she would get the perfect shot without being noticed- it was amazing. When I look back at my pictures, I can remember every aspect of our wedding. Not only did she capture everything, she did it with such insight and beauty! I would highly recommend her to anyone and everyone- she is worth every penny and then some. She was always prompt to respond to any emails and would go out of her way to make sure she captured my day perfectly. I only wish we could have done an engagement session with her as well! My wedding was in Savannah, GA and I couldn't find anyone in the area who could compare to her (she also photographed my sister's wedding in Fairfax, VA) so we paid the travel fee. It was definitely the right decision- Can't thank you enough, Laura!!

In our long search for a wedding photographer, I ended up asking several people that I went to high school with who they had used to shoot their weddings...I had seen photos on Facebook, and absolutely loved what I saw! Much to my surprise, all 3 people that I had asked told me that they had booked with Laura for their weddings! We initially thought we would not be able to book Laura because the packages were a bit over the budget that we had set aside for photography...but we liked her and her work so much that we ended up cutting a few things, and completely reworking our entire wedding budget just to be able to book her. And I can say that we’re 110% happy that we did! We have gotten so many compliments on our engagement pictures, and we know that our wedding photos will be just as beautiful!

My now-husband and I had met with and interviewed several photographers before we met Laura and her husband (and partner) Jeremiah. It’s really kind of weird how you just ‘click’ with some wedding vendors, and not with others...but we instantly clicked with Laura and Jeremiah the first time we met them! Laura’s a total sweetheart, and has such a fun, vibrant personality – she really loves what she does, and it definitely shows! You really have to like your wedding photographer, since they literally spend all day with you on your wedding day...and Laura and Jeremiah are SO much fun to be around, and totally fit in with all of our friends and family...everyone had a blast with them!

For someone who typically worries about everything, it was so refreshing to know that I didn’t have to worry about how our photos would turn out – I trusted Laura and Jeremiah completely, and knew that everything would be beautiful! We (my bride and I) loved the experience that Laura and her husband provided through the whole event! She is so fun and joyful, it made me laugh a number of times how excited she would get after taking various pictures. We flew them out to our california wedding, and they spent the day prior scouting out things. They knew exactly what to expect and have a lot of professionality!
