Thanks for checking out K&R Photography, brought to you by the wife and husband team of me, Kerry Gastley, and my husband Russell Gastley. Photography has always been a part of our lives, whether shooting for fun or professionally. What started out as a fervent hobby for both of us has now turned into a professional venture. We are thrilled to share our passion with couples as they prepare for the biggest day of their lives!

As a recent bride, I know the whirlwind pace of planning a wedding—and I definitely know how quickly the actual day goes! From getting ready, to seeing friends and family, to dealing with all of the emotions you're feeling, your wedding day is like no other day in your life. Your day is filled with joy, excitement, humor, and unabashed emotion, and it's impossible for you to absorb everything that's happening. That's why we love what we do: we help you capture those moments. We work with you to make sure that every happy, funny, and magical memory stays with you for years to come.

Investing in a quality wedding photographer is a surefire way to retain the feelings and memories of your amazing day—and you want to make sure that you have a beautiful, vivid depiction of your day. We shoot in digital format, using Nikon and Canon Professional Equipment. I am the primary photographer, with Russell providing invaluable assistance. Though we shoot in digital, we can shoot in film upon request.

In order to maintain the highest standards of quality, we dedicate ourselves to shooting only one wedding per day—and we aim for one wedding per weekend. We want to make your wedding the most memorable day ever!

A Click Away Videography by Janet VanPelt	Working with Kerry was a delight. We worked as a team capturing the candid and most memorable images of the day. How would you identify your photographic style? I do a combination of Candid Artistic/Photojournalism/Traditional. I photograph your wedding day as it is happening naturally?I believe in being ?invisible? so that I am able to capture the spontaneous moments that make each wedding unique. However, I also shoot a number of formal shots that are often requested by couples, and I shoot them in a way that does not take much time out of your day. During our consultation we will discuss what type of pictures you would like and customize a photo plan that you will love.

Do you have experience shooting in various lighting situations? I use natural light as much as possible and do carry flashes with me when that is not enough!

Is your media preference film or digital? Digital!

How many photographers do you work with? Every wedding is shot by Kerry, the assistants vary per event.

Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event? Yes I do.

Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one wedding in a day? Weekend? Sometimes more than 1 per weekend - but never more than 1 a day.

Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the wedding day? I have a network of photographers that can help in the case of an emergency.

What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of? I bring 4 cameras and all of my lenses and flashes, so I have plenty of back-up!

Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction? Yes see above!

Do you charge hourly or full day? I offer both - the majority is full-day.

If hourly, are you available for shooting overtime? If so, how much do you charge for overtime? I do offer hourly packages and offer hourly overtime for people needing more than the basic 8 hour package.

Do you require a meal break? If yes, do you require that the wedding party provide your meal? I try to eat when the bride and groom eat, and yes I am typically offered a meal, if that doesn't happen I always have protein bars with me.

How many breaks do you usually take throughout the day? No breaks

Do you charge for travel? only if more than 100 miles from my home.

How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing? I guarantee everything within 30 days!

In what format are the initial proofs offered? Typically you first see your online gallery, then you get a complete set of 4x6 prints, and a high resolution CD.

How long can the couple keep the proofs? Forever!

Do you retain the copyright for the photos? We share it. I retain copyright in the sense that I can use your pictures in any advertising, on my website, and in my blog, but you retain the copyright in order to get prints made! The best of both worlds!

Do you reserve the right to publish the photos? See above.

Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the couple? Yes

Will images be available for viewing on an online gallery? Yes

What kind of albums do you offer? I offer several custom made albums, including traditional matted albums, flush mount albums, and magazine style books.

When will I get the final book? That is up to you and how soon you give me your selections - on average a couple of months.
