How many photographers do you work with?
Our wedding photography always includes 2 photographers for the entire day.
 
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
We usually only take one wedding a weekend.
 
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
We bring 4 cameras and an abundance of lenses and flashes with us to every job.
 
Do you charge hourly or full day?
We charge for a full day with no overtime charges.
 
Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours?
We will gladly shoot extra hours at NO additional charge
 
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
We generally don't take breaks unless the couple needs a break. We are working on a wedding anywhere from 8-12 hours, so we do very much appreciate being fed.
 
Do you charge for travel?
We charge for anything over an hour away from us.
 
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
2-3 weeks.
 
In what format are the initial proofs offered?

How long can the client keep the proofs?
The online gallery is provided for 3 months.
 
Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
We always retain the copyright for our photos - but we do give out a release when including a disc of images
 
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?
Yes.
 
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
We provide a disc of full size high resolution images with a release after the purchase of any album.
 
Will images be available for viewing online?
They will be posted in an online gallery for 3 months.
 
What kind of albums do you offer?
We provide a large variety of flush mount albums.
 
When will the client get the final album?
8-10 weeks after they have selected their final images.
