What types, such as unedited footage or special effects, of videography do you offer?
We offer them all. We pride our business on having options and working closely with our customers.
Describe any special editing services you offer:
We do a very nice slide show that can be added to your DVD or played at your reception. We also offer a rough copy of your video to go over any misspelled words or if there is something you would like to change.
Do you have lighting equipment to accommodate a more dimly-lit event?
Yes we do have lights for both cameras.
How many videographers do you work with?
We have 3 videographers
Does the client get to meet the videographers before the event?
Yes we like to set up a consultation with the bride and groom (and any body else) at a time of their choosing
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
Yes all money is refundable if for some reason we miss the event.
Do you book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
No As of today we do not have the equipment or man power to do more then one event at the same time
Do you have a replacement videographer in case you become unavailable on the event day?
We have 3 videographers and 2 will be at your event so there is always a backup videographer if one is ill.
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
Our High Definition Cameras are larger then consumer cameras but still hand held units. We have special cases that carry the cameras batteries lights and tapes. We also have two tripods and two monopods. All the equipment can be moved all at once by the two videographers to keep us moving fast.
Do you bring backup equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
Yes we do an extra camera but it is not as high quality and only used as a emergency (we have not used it yet)
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
We don't really have breaks. We rest if it is slow or let our partner take over.
Do you charge overtime?
You can add an hour to your package at a rate or $75.00/hr. And we always check with the customer to make sure they are ready for us to leave before we pack up.
Do you give access to your raw footage?
Yes the Raw footage can be purchased.
Do you reserve the right to use the video in the future for promotions, contents, etc.?
Yes we do. In our contract we agree to us the material in a professtional and tasteful manner.
Is the client involved in the editing process? If so, how much input does the client have in editing?
We offer a rough copy of your video to go over before it is finished. You can check for any misspelled words or if there is something you would like to change. We do our best to make the video as perfect as we can.
How long does it take for the client to get the final video?
It can take anywhere between 30 to 90 days depending on the season.
