How many photographers do you work with?
We have several photographers who work in teams to covere events at different locations or from different angles.
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
Absolutely! If there is a major emergency that prevents one of our photoreaphers from being able to photogrpah your day, we have a network of other professionals who we will work with to make sure that your special moments are captured!
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
We only book one wedding per day so that we can give you our full attention.
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
Absolutely! If there is a major emergency that prevents one of our photoreaphers from being able to photogrpah your day, we have a network of other professionals who we will work with to make sure that your special moments are captured!
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
Always! Back-up equipment is a must.
Do you charge hourly or full day?
We will work with you to create a custom package that fits your needs.
Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours?
Yes, we are available for overtime. Please discuss those charges at the time of booking.
Do you charge for travel?
Since we are available for travel worldwide,ravel charges apply to weddings outside a 50 miles radius from our studio. Please discuss travel charges at the time of booking.
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
Your proofs will be online in 4-6 weeks.
In what format are the initial proofs offered?
A private online gallery is used for viewing your proofs. We also have other viewing options available such as in-studio, boxed prrofs, proof catalogues or discs.
How long can the client keep the proofs?
The proofs are yours to keep!
Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
Yes, our studio does retain copyrights for all images that we have created.
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?
Yes, we do reserve the right to publish the photos and use them for our portfolio.
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
The digital files are available for purchase. For more information, please call the studio.
Will images be available for viewing online?
Yes. Your friends and family can also access your onlie gallery and select their favorite images.
What kind of albums do you offer?
We offer a modern flush mount album as well as other book options.
When will the client get the final album?
We work with you to design your album before sending it to be printed and bound.
