Venue- Island way is a gorgeous venue for a wedding reception, I fell in love with the Harbor room and the waterfall backdrop. The Harbor room is clean and elegant. It was absolutely perfect for us.

Food-We did a brunch buffet and it was AWESOME! The buffet was kept clean and stocked quickly if needed. The food was also kept warm. Our guest were very pleased with the food and said it was some of the best food they ever had at a wedding reception! We were also able to do a mimosa bar for our guest which was fun and matched our brunch theme!

Service-Island way provided us with a few servers throughout the reception and they were wonderful, they all had smiles on their faces and were really approachable! They were also very attentive to the groom and I ensuring we had everything we needed. They made our even run so smoothly!

Venue coordinators-We contacted through emails and a few phone calls because we are from out of state, but every question I had big or small it was answered within an appropriate time frame. Both Amber and Sheri are very relaxed and I felt comfortable talking with them. I cannot thank Amber and Sheri enough for making our reception come to life. Amber checked-in with me a couple times throughout the reception to ensure everything was to my standards, they were exceeded.

I cannot recommend this establishment enough! If you want a beautiful atmosphere, great food, and a wonderful staff visit Island way! Thank you again for making my dream reception a reality!

Hands down best decision we made (before the decision to get married haha) was choosing Island way for our venue. We wanted our wedding not on the beach but a place where we could see the water and we went there and knew this was the place. Amber was so amazing through the whole process and made sure everything was perfect. She knows what she is doing and we would have been lost without her. The whole team was beyond amazing! Our guests could not get over that they were able to get steak and lobster tail at a wedding! Number one thing is the food is not like any other wedding food. Our guests were able to relax and order and not one person had a complaint. The staff made sure my husband and I were eating and drinking water and went above and beyond. The price is amazing for what you get!

I had a destination Wedding with just the 2 of us. I picked this restaurant online and could not have been any happier! The service was great and the food was amazing. I believe they also host large weddings, I would not hesitate to use them for any function!

Amber and Island Way Grill made our day absolutely perfect! Not only did her team set up the entire venue, but she made the ceremony and reception run perfectly. We had so many compliments on the food and the venue was fantastic. We would definitely recommend for an outdoor ceremony and inside reception. The sunset is breathtaking!

It was truly a perfect night that would not have been possible without Amber and the staff at the Island Way Grill. We had family come in from Chicago and NY, and everyone was blown away by the food, the setting, and our service. We received so many compliments; over a dozen people told me it was one of the best weddings they’ve ever been to. IWG made it all possible. They provided guest shuttles, they took care of setup and breakdown, they provided a lovely ceremony space for free, they added amazing decorations (they brought in an ACTUAL BOAT into the reception hall as a raw bar for a sea-themed wedding!) and they served as day-of coordinators. Best prices around too! We had top-shelf open bar, a full food spread and a dessert bar for 70+ people on a Saturday night and paid less than $11,000 for all of it. Honestly the best spread I’ve ever had at at a wedding. Every bite of food and every drink was incredible. If you don’t start your venue search here, you are missing out. We couldn’t have had a better wedding experience. Thank you again to everyone at the IWG for our perfect night!

The entire process was wonderful! We worked directly with Amber to create a menu that was just right for our wedding reception. The “fiesta” package was delicious. Our guests raved about the food! The staff was professional, helpful and very accommodating. I highly recommend!

Island Way Grill staff was absolutely wonderful throughout us planning and holding our reception there! They were so quick to answer all of our questions. The venue was beautiful and the food was delicious. I would definitely recommend future brides look into Island Way Grill for their wedding festivities!

Amber at Island Way was wonderful to work with. The room was perfect and the food was outstanding, as was the service. They took care of everything and it all came out perfect. I had several seating changes at the last minute due to cancellations and Amber was patient and worked with me to make sure everything went smoothly. So many of our guests complimented the food. For the price for steak and lobster at Island Way, other venues wanted to charge just as much or more for chicken. We are VERY pleased with our decision to have our cocktail hour and wedding reception here. I would highly recommend this venue for a wedding or other party. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience then the one we had at Island Way.

Amber and her team were incredible. Amber was a pleasure to work with. She was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The food was to die for and the service was impeccable. My guest raved about the food all weekend long. The staff was attentive- they cleared plates and kept our drinks refilled throughout the evening. I couldn't have asked for anything else to be different. The outside patio is such an elegant place to have a small reception. My wedding was for 45 guests and the space couldn't have been more perfect. It was romantic and a perfect size. Kayla and another server ( I cant remember her name) were phenomenal- beyond phenomenal. The weather the day off was not ideal- a huge storm came through the area and Amber did a wonderful job accommodating the guests for the weather- she also kept in touch with me about any changes. Do not hesitate to have your function here they are amazing!
