Yes, I photograph every event I book.
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
I never book more than one event on any given day. If you sign a contract with me, I am yours for that time period.
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
I do have a replacement photographer available should I need her.
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
I have 2 cameras, back-up batteries and external flash. I use a Canon 40 D.
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
I always have back-up on hand.
Do you charge hourly or full day?
I offer 3 packages to my brides.
Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours?

What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
Breaks, what are those? I have one assistant but I try to capture everything! I don't take breaks unless I absolutely have to!
Do you charge for travel?
$50 per hour to travel to a given destination within 3 hours. Over 3 hours I ask for a gas allowance of $100.
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
Most wedding photos are fully edited and ready for viewing within 2 weeks of the event.
In what format are the initial proofs offered?
Proofs are viewed online.
How long can the client keep the proofs?
Proofs are available for 60 days.
Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
I retain the copyright for all my photos.
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?
I reserve the right to publish all my photos as well.
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
I do offer a package with the high-resolution CD of photos, but not in every package.
Will images be available for viewing online?
Yes.
What kind of albums do you offer?
Graphi Studio high end wedding albums and books with fancy metallic and leather covers along with other traditional flush mount leather albums like "Savannah", "Destiny" and "Legend" in various sizes ranging from 8x8 to 14x16.
When will the client get the final album?
Depends on the book you select. Graphi Studio books take 6-8 weeks to process. Traditional albums take 2-3 weeks.
