For years brides and their guests have raved about the amazing meals served up fresh by Bob Spiering and GEI Catering. And now there's a state-of-art Showxpress computerized lighting system that can control the lights and colors to match the desired mood or theme for any event. And the all-new powerhouse sound system rivals that of any other venue. This is an ideal beach location for your wedding and/or your reception for up to 180 guests.

Bob was amazing with his suggestions including references for professional services to help assist in planning our wedding. The food was excellent, the decor was beautiful (thanks Leslie at Sun, Moon, and Stars Decorating), and the staff were all so very kind and helpful. What an amazing experience - You all made our day so special, for us and our 100+ guests. There was nothing that could have been better, it all was perfect. Thank You!!!! - On a side note we have had several of our guests interested in having their future events there, as well!!!!

Amazing!!!
There aren't enough words to describe how wonderful Bob is. From the moment we booked with him, up and until the very day of our wedding, Bob went above and beyond to make sure that everything would be perfect. He answered every email and my hundreds of questions and concerns, and made me feel at ease, even when I freaked out the day of because the weather wasn't cooperating. I had a problem? Bob had a solution. He was absolutely amazing and I am so glad we choose GEI Catering for our event. The food was excellent. Everyone raved about it and the service was 5 star. We love you Bob. Thank you for EVERYTHING!!!! My wedding day was perfect because of YOU!

Our Wedding 11/11/18
Our wedding was absolutely beautiful! Bob was excellent to work with and kept me stress free throughout the whole process from the time we booked through our wedding day. He was always available to answer questions and to let me come in and make arrangements. We chose the prime rib and the “wedding chicken” as our food choices. The food was amazing!!!

What can I say but only great things.. I found GEI catering online as I was looking for a facility in Daytona to host my moms 60th Birthday. I placed a call spoke with Bob, gave him the information that I live out of town but this facility and it looks really nice. Bob was very helpful with guiding me with detailed information how I can make the event cost effective, from theme colors food choices drinks on so on. The Event went off with a hitch of success the FOOD was absolutely amazing the staff was very attentive and I can go on but can't say enough great things. Bob Thank you to you and your staff for the beautiful decorations wonderful food and on point drinks. :)JUST AWESOME

Bob and his staff are absolutely amazing! We were out of state planning our wedding reception with GEI Catering and everything was flawless. Bob was extremely informative, very attentive, and extremely honest. Bob has mastered his craft and it showed. My guests are still raving about our wedding reception and said they have the best time. Bob was easy to communicate with, gave honest feedback, and provided a list of local vendors that provided phenomenal services as well. Overall, our wedding reception was fantastic and I couldn't imagine having it any other place than the Palmetto Club. Great job Bob and staff! Kudos! You have made our day so memorable!

Bob was absolutely amazing and so easy to work with. We had been searching for a great venue at an affordable price and GEI catering/Palmetto Club was it! The food was hands down the best wedding
Food I have ever tasted. If you like chicken then I HIGHLY suggest Bob's wedding chicken. My husband and I are so thankful to Bob and his staff for making our ceremony go so smoothly and be the night that we always dreamed of!
