About
If you're looking for a wedding photographer in Orange County or Southern California you've come to the right place.

What I can offer you:

Full day coverage.  No time limit.  It's your day, it's your time.
Engagement session.  So we get to know each other and we're not strangers on your wedding day.
You get all the images back that you can do what you want with.  You don't have to buy your images.
Your money will go a long way.  What ever your budget is we can work something out.
A lot of images.  I don't put a cap on how much I shoot.  I get every shot I can.
Fun.  Bottom line.  If you're not smiling I'm not doing my job.

A little about me:

Photography is a passion not a task for me.  That's why I put a lot into it.  I don't have a style because there isn't one type of couple out there.  We would meet multiple times before the big day so that we get to know each other and you're not just a "client" but a couple and I'll be able to adhere to your personalities and deliver the images that capture who you are.

I'm a firm believer that life should be anxiety free and that's what I try to convey on your wedding day. It's an exciting day and it should be fun! Lucky for me this is something I enjoy and not just a job I drag my feet to. So I try to bring out that excitement in everyone around me.

Life, one frame at a time.  That's the approach I take.  Life is full of moments we want to remember and that's why I value photography so much.  Our minds are so full of distractions usually that we sometimes forget to stop and smell the roses. My mission is to capture these moments in a creative yet traditional way so you and others can experience them for years to come.

Try to relax, enjoy your day and let me do the work.  I promise it will be fun.

Additional Questions and Answers
What is your style?
I don't like to be pegged down with one style but I can say that stemming from a love for nature photography the artist in me likes to get creative. Some people like to categorize wedding styles by "traditional" or "journalistic" - I would say I produce a happy medium that uses a traditional background with a journalistic approach. In Layman's terms I like to capture a wedding in a creative and different way but have it still look like a wedding.

What equipment do you use?
I almost exclusively use top of the line Canon equipment such as the 5D Mark II, the 30D and the 300D. For lenses I use all L series: 16-35 2.8 L, 70-200 2.8 L and 100-400 L. I love the results I get!  And the Canon 580 EXII flash unit.

How many pictures will you take at my wedding?
It really depends on the event is. Typically between 500 - 1000. I fire away to make sure I get the best shot.

How long have you been doing this?
I've been doing weddings part time for about 8 years. I've been shooting nature, wildlife and other genre's for over 12 years now.

How can I order prints from my wedding?
I give you a DVD with all the digital negatives.  If you want to print them yourself but I highly recommend using a professional lab for good results. You can also keep it simple by ordering prints through me and know that you will get the best quality out there.

Do you check out the wedding venue before hand?
If I haven't been there then I definitely take the time to scope it out. Weddings have enough surprises already, I like to be prepared as much as I can by knowing the terrain.

How long before I get to see my pictures?
Usually it takes at least 2-4 weeks to process all the images and present them to you.

Tips and Advice
When looking for a photographer look for someone with a good personality that you will get along with not just their images.  There are a ton of photographers out there with good work but few of those actually get to know you on a personal level which I think is the other half of the job.  Ya we can have a technically efficient photograph but how interesting is it if your expression doesn't show your joy?
