What is your average turnaround time, from initial contact to shipment? Turnaround time will be estimated specfically to clients request. I will be determined based on availabilty of materials and customization needs. Average is 1 week.

Are you able to meet clients in person to showcase your product? Yes, we meet with client on a by appointment only basis.

Florist Details

What type of decor (if any) do you offer? We offer special decor items such as iron tulle stands, shepherd hooks, archways, columns, candelabras and etc.

Do you provide non-floral additions to floral arrangements? We offer many accessories for your floral arrangements such as floral lights, crystals, pearls, feathers,and etc.

Do you offer full-services, such as wedding day set-up, for an additional fee? Yes, we offer complete set-up of ceremony and reception site. Linen rental (which include chair covers, sash, tablecloths, napkins in many fabrics and colors) and setup is available at client’s request for additional fee.

If you have not worked at the ceremony and/or reception sites previously, would you be willing to visit the sites before the event? Yes, site visits to the ceremony and/or reception locations are guaranteed.

Do you offer any other specializations that have not been covered? Ye, we offer Before and After the wedding services: • Flowers for the bridal shower or bridesmaid’s luncheon. • Decorations for bride or groom's house for after the reception party or engagement party. • Thank you arrangements for parents, flowers or gourmet baskets delivered to hotel rooms for out of town guests
