Since 1996, Fog City Entertainment has stood out as a DJ company that listens to clients and exceeds expectations. This is because of our unique attention to detail, high level of customer service and our ability to adapt our services to meet our client’s exact needs.

We are not the typical characters that do the same “routine” at every event; we customize our entire style to match yours. You will not only be able to literally hand pick every song that is played, but you will also tell us how much announcing that you would like us to do, and even what you would like us to wear. Although we will be there with suggestions and help, our entire service style will be based on your preferences.

What is your usual attire?

If you do not have one of the songs pre-requested by the client, do you require that they provide it?
No, we will put together music, that is our job! If we can't find something then we would ask that you provide it, but that is pretty rare.
 
How many other DJs do you work with?
We have Ten DJs with various backgrounds.
 
What is the minimum amount of time you will DJ for?
We have a four hour minimum.
 
Is the client able to meet the DJ before booking?
We come to your neighborhood for one-on-one meetings where you can get to know your DJ.
 
Do you bring your own equipment?
Yes, we bring high quality professional equipment.
 
How much time do you usually need to set up? Do you require that the site or client provide a table for you to set up on?
It only takes us about 15 minutes to set up. We arrive one hour before the event and are set up about 30 minutes before the start time.
 
Do you usually emcee the event or talk between songs?
We do MC the reception but drive the event with the music during dancing.
 
What is your backup plan in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
We always have at least one DJ available in case something were to go wrong. We have never had to use a backup DJ but they are always ready just in case.
 
What is your overtime rate?
$99/hr

Will you act as the day of coordinator?
Yes! We will make sure that everything happens just as you planned it. We will also make sure the other vendors are in place so you don't have to worry.

Do you bring backup equipment?
Yes! We have back systems with us at the event.
