What types, such as unedited footage or special effects, of videography do you offer?
We offer single or dual camera packages. Each event is edited together with a opening childhood montage followed by, the ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, and ending with a highlight recap of the day.
Do you have lighting equipment to accommodate a more dimly-lit event?
We use NRG Varlux camera mounted lights. We do not carry around lights on poles, or other objects that will disrupt the ambience of your affair.
Does the client get to meet the videographers before the event?
Absolutely! As long as you are located within 15-30 miles from our studio, we will gladly set up an in person meeting so you can get to know the videographer that will be shooting your event.
Do you bring backup equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
Yes. We bring a smaller back-up camera to all our events.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
We typically do not take any breaks to ensure that we do not miss an vital part of your event. We will however, take a quick break to eat (this is typically done when your guests are eating their dinner)
Is the client involved in the editing process? If so, how much input does the client have in editing?
A wedding video is a very personal thing, and you should have every right to determine what makes it into the final cut. We suggest you let us make a first cut for you. At that point you may review it and get back to us within 3 weeks of receiving the first cut to make any changes to your video. If we do not hear from you within 3 weeks, we will consider the video final and you will not be able to make any more changes.
How long does it take for the client to get the final video?
Our turn around time is between 6-8 weeks for the first cut. If you require changes to your video, it will take an addition 1-2 weeks to get you the final video.
