What specific services do you offer?

We provide "a la carte" individual services the clients can select from as needed. We undersand that everyone is not perfect at everything, this is when we are ready to jump in and take the task off your hands. We will do anything for you to have a perfect event. Other packaged services are:

Event Trendsetter Wedding Coordination - This is an all inclusive package - wedding ceremony, reception, and rehearsal.This package is perfect for couples who want to have a beautifully flawless wedding without having to stress over the planning and coordination.

Trendsetter Event Management, Planning and Cooridnation - Event Trendsetter will successfully manage the coordination of your event for you at every turn, and from every angle. We will work with the Client to design the event, find the vendors and services needed, and make it happen.

Trendsetter Ethnic Events and South Asian Wedding Coordinaion - We cater to the needs of diverse ethnic populations. We specialize in Inidan, Pakistani, Bengali, and Middle Eastern wedding and events. We serve barmitsvahs, baptisms, quinceneras, etc. This special package has been custom-made for our ethnically diverse (Indian, Pakistani, Bengali, Sri Lankan...) clientele as an "all inclusive package".

Event Trendsetter Details Coordination - This is for the Client who has designed and planned out the event, however is beginning to feel overwhelmed and needs assistance with the details. This service would begin three months prior to the event.

Event Trendsetter Day of Coordination - This is a very popular coordination package. If you have planned and made all the arrangements for your event, but need help to make sure everything goes as planned, then this is the perfect option. It's is inexpensive and gives you assurance that everything will be perfect on your special day.

Event Trendsetter Design - Let us help you professionally design your event from begining to end - colors, themes, menue, etc. Then you can go do it your self! This is an inexpensive way to get a professional tough to your special occasion.

Event Trendsetter Consultation - This is great for the DIY person who knows what they want, but does not know where to get it. We will provide you with vendor listings and advice for everything you need to plan and coordinate your event. This is a time saving way to get reliable service.

We understand that budget is often a factor in acquiring the services needed for that perfect occasion. We won't let budget be an issue. We are meticulous with your account. We believe that creativity is crucial when it comes to budget. We search for ways not to spend top dollar, yet get the same results. Our vendor associates and ingenuity combined will produce an event with value beyond what you will actually spend.
