Is your media preference film or digital?
I shoot digital, but can do film by request.
How many photographers do you work with?
I like to decide with the bride how many shooters are needed, depending on what her desires are for her wedding photographs. Additional photographers are always available to you.
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
Always.
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
I shoot only two weddings per month so that I can devote my time to giving each bride the attention she deserves. I never book myself for more than one wedding in a weekend.
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
Yes, I will make every effort to provide a suitable replacement for the bride.
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
Cameras, a change of lenses, lighting equipment (for formal shots), laptop (for slideshow)
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
Absolutely. Every professional should have back-up equipment.
Do you charge hourly or full day?
All of my package rates are quoted as a full day and are customized to the needs of the bride.
Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours?
I am always available for extended time, even if the bride decides in the middle of the reception.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
I try to take as few as possible as I don't like to miss any moments.
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
4-6 weeks from the event date for prints, 2-3 weeks for online proofs.
In what format are the initial proofs offered?
A set of 4x6 proofs will be delivered to the bride and groom for viewing.
Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
Yes
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?
Yes
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
No. I archive all of my digital files for a period of two years as a part of my service. Additional archival or products can be purchased at any time.
Will images be available for viewing online?
Yes

Asuka Books or Art Leather Books
When will the client get the final album?
Approximately 10-12 weeks after the event, depending on how many changes are made to the proofs.
