I would recommend enVision Events to any future bride and groom! When I first met Rachel, my mom and I knew she had to be our planner. She has a bubbly and fun personality that made decision-making and planning fun.
My husband and I wanted our wedding at a location that was unique, where no one had ever had a wedding. The place was beautiful but not set up for a wedding. This did not phase Rachel. She knew exactly what we needed, gave us suggestions for vendors, contacted vendors, and had so many creative and lovely ideas to complete the look that we desired. Rachel always responded to our questions quickly and completely in the planning process.
During the rehearsal and wedding day, Rachel kept us (and vendors) on track and organized with a schedule that she created. She created a look and atmosphere that was absolutely perfect. I worked with Rachel/enVision Events, Inc. for my wedding day coordinator. In actuality, Rachel and I corresponded for several months prior to the wedding to ensure everything came together perfectly. I got married in Peoria, but live on the east coast, so having her on the ground to make sure all the moving pieces came together leading up to the wedding and the weekend of provided me enormous peace of mind that was truly priceless.

Rachel was absolutely fabulous to work with. She already had great relationships with several of my vendors which resulted in the many details pulling together seamlessly. She was available the entire day of my wedding from 8:00 in the morning to after the close of the reception. She took care of everything from delivering the wedding party breakfast, to setting up the entire reception decor, to calling doctors when the groom dislocated his shoulder 30 minutes before the ceremony was set to begin. I'm not sure there is anything that can phase her, she truly handled everything with professionalism and a smile.

Beyond everything else, the best thing that enVision Events can offer a bride is the chance to actually enjoy every minute of your wedding day with the ones you love. My family and I didn't have to spend a second worrying about when the flowers would arrive, or who would decorate the guest tables, etc. We were able to truly enjoy the day and soak everything in. The day will inevitably fly by as it is, I can't imagine what it would have been like if we hadn't had Rachel there to help behind the scenes. In all the wedding planning, working with enVision Events was absolutely the best investment I made.

Rachel was my day-of wedding coordinator, and I was so thankful for all of her help that day. She saved me and my mother a lot of stress. You, as the bride, are her focus. She makes sure that everything goes as you planned! We were in constant contact throughout my planning process so she knew what i was envisioning and how I wanted things to go on my wedding day. She oversaw the setup of the entire reception and was the point person for everyone, rather than me or my family members. She has great relationships with other vendors in the area, which makes it easy for them to know who to go to if they have a question during your wedding!
