Sage is in a category of its own. It is a truly unique resort with high end service, phenomenal food, and unmatched Montana experiences. We visited and loved it so much we hosted our wedding there. The staff were absolutely incredible - the most thoughtful, accommodating, responsive, and easy to work with group we encountered. Highly highly recommend a vacation for a weekend, a week, or throwing your big event with them. I’d think to think I’m not high maintenance but I probably very much was as a bride and they impressed me every step of the way. Thank you Sage, you were spectacular.

Writing this review is going to make me emotional... We were so lucky to have the Ann Marie, Paul, and the team at WMR as our coordinators/vendors. From the moment we selected our wedding weekend to the day after our wedding, WMR proved their experience in weddings through thorough check ins/communication, their incredible attention to detail, their organization, and their goal to make our wedding special and fun. I couldn't have imagined a more perfect day & weekend. Ann Marie made wedding planning feel effortless. She was there every step of the way and I can say that I truly made a friend in Ann Marie. She's the best! And Paul has incredible communication. He helped with booking details and housing for our wedding party and our guests. I cannot recommend this venue and this team enough. I would plan 100 more weddings just to work with them again!

My Husband and I had our wedding here and absolutely loved it. The drive is so worth it to experience incredible views, and be in such a historic and beautiful lodge. We were able to have all our guests dine comfortably due to the large kitchen and space available. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone wanting a comfortable, true Montana experience.

We couldn’t have asked for a better wedding venue than The Cabins at Blacktail in Lakeside, MT. The property is absolutely stunning — surrounded by beautiful mountain scenery and nature, it created the perfect, peaceful backdrop for our wedding day. Julie, the owner, was truly wonderful to work with. She was incredibly helpful, responsive, and kind throughout the entire planning process. From the beginning, she made us feel supported and at ease, which made such a difference during what can be a stressful time. Everything went smoothly, and we always felt confident knowing Julie was there to help. If you’re looking for a beautiful Montana venue with an amazing host who truly cares, we can’t recommend The Cabins at Blacktail enough.

Shannon and the RCR staff made our weekend the most magical it could have been! The staff was friendly, the rooms were spotless, the food was great, and our out of town party had a great time all weekend long.

Chico Hot Springs in near and dear to my heart. I have always loved Chico and when I got engaged I knew it was the place I would want to have my wedding. My husband and I could not be happier about how our wedding turned out! Tanya at Chico was the absolute best! She worked with me for a year and I have to say that without her it would not have turned out as perfectly as it did. The venue is magical. There is a reason it is called paradise valley! All of the wedding guests who had never been to Chico were blown away with how beautiful the area is but more so blown away with how wonderful every staff member was to them. I can tell you there are a lot of new Chico lovers now! Scott and his crew on the day of the wedding hands down made sure we had the perfect day. There is no a single thing I could complain about. I keep telling everyone; I want to get married there every summer! If you want to get married in the most beautiful area in Montana and have an incredible experience, then you must go to Chico!

Having our wedding at the Lodge was truly a dream come true. My husband and I originally eloped in Whitefish and stumbled upon the Lodge while celebrating afterward. We immediately fell in love with the property and knew we had to return one day to celebrate our wedding there with friends and family. Amy and the entire Lodge team were exceptional from start to finish. As an out-of-state bride, I expected the planning process to feel overwhelming—but Amy made everything feel seamless and effortless. Her attention to detail, responsiveness, and calm, thoughtful approach made all the difference. The setting itself is absolutely breathtaking. The views are unmatched, and it’s rare to find a venue that offers so much in-house—from linens and tables to chairs—making the planning process significantly easier. We were able to source most of our rentals directly through the Lodge, supplementing only a few specialty items to personalize the space. What truly set the experience apart, though, was the level of care from the team. They went above and beyond all weekend—helping coordinate welcome gifts for our guests, ensuring everything ran smoothly, and creating such a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The waitstaff and bar team were equally incredible, attentive, and genuinely kind. We couldn’t have imagined a more perfect place to celebrate such a meaningful weekend. The Lodge will always hold a very special place in our hearts.

We got married here in September and cannot recommend this venue enough. The space is absolutely beautiful, with stunning views that our guests are still talking about. The staff was incredible, especially Danielle. Planning our wedding from Virginia could have been stressful, but Danielle made everything seamless. She was responsive, organized, and truly went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. The food was amazing and a huge hit with our guests. From the scenery to the service, everything exceeded our expectations. We are so grateful we chose this venue for our wedding day.

We recently had our wedding at Haymoon and it was honestly the most incredible experience. Brooke was outstanding - super communicative and helpful with any and everything - and was always willing to answer my loads of questions. The cabins were gorgeous, everything is modern and cozy and clean and it was really fun to be able to have all our family staying near each other. Pictures don’t do the resort justice, it’s absolutely beautiful with such a cozy atmosphere. We had an amazing wedding and got so many compliments on the venue. We are from out of town and so I was planning the wedding from Minnesota and when we got there, it was like Brooke was already in my head. Everything was already set up and she was so kind and willing to work with all my different ideas to make sure it was the wedding of my dreams. I would 12/10 recommend booking here!
