For any couple, getting married is one of their most important days of their lives. Here at Dundee Country Club, we strive to make this day as perfect as you have imagined. From banquet halls that can accommodate all your seating needs, to the perfect little details of plating your perfect dinner.
Dundee Country Club offers two wonderful halls, the Claymore room holds a maximum of 180 people and a wonderful view of the golf course; it is a perfect backdrop for any day. The Cairngorm Room boasts a beautiful natural stone fireplace and bar with a cozy gathering area right near the dance floor; the perfect setting to enjoy your day. With a wide variety of food options, one is not limited in finding the perfect wedding meal. Whether your taste lies with chicken, beef or seafood there is that special plate that you are looking for. Our chef shows precision and thoughtfulness with her cooking and is willing to take that extra step in making your meal amazing.

Function Details
 
Claymore Hall holds up to 180 people – Cairngorm Hall holds up to 130 people
Rental is $500 with a bar, $1000 without a bar
Hall Rental includes linen tablecloths, linen napkins, table set up, clean up,
skirting on head, gift & cake table, bartender(s) & wait staff, SOCAN fees
 
Ceremonies are subject to a $300 fee that includes chairs & set-up to your specifications
 
The final number of guests for the function must be called in 7 days in advance
 
House Wine – Pelee Island - $20 / 1 litre bottle
Non-Alcoholic Punch - $44 / bowl
Alcoholic Punch - $82 / bowl
Punch serves approximately 50-stemmed glasses
Coffee, Decaf & Tea Station - $70 / 100 cups
Non-Alcoholic Sparking Wine - $9 / bottle
 
*All prices exclude applicable taxes & gratuity service fees*
 
A deposit of $500 (non-refundable) is required upon booking to reserve the hall. Two post-dated cheques of $1000 each dated six and three months before the function is also required. Final payment is due 5 days prior to the scheduled event. 
 
Due to LCBO regulations, patrons are not permitted to bring in their own alcohol. We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave the premises should they not obey
 
Homemade Wine is subject to an $11 / bottle corkage fee & additional permits
 
Weddings may phone 1-2 weeks before to inquire whether the hall is available for access the previous day. If unavailable, you may arrange to come in as early as you would like on the day of the function. Any and all special requests and meal requirements must be called in at least 7days in advance. Any requests inside of 7 days may be subject to additional fees
 
Prices are secured for 12 months following receipt of deposit
