Do you offer special techniques such as hand-coloring or toning?
We are a highly personalized studio and we offer our clients anything they want.
 
Do you have experience shooting in various lighting situations?
Very experienced in low light (candle light) and natural, existing light photography. Our lighting capabilities are what sets us apart.

How many photographers do you work with?

Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
Yes, our photographer is ALWAYS guaranteed!
 
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?

Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
Absolutely.
 
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
Top of the line camera and lighting equipment, which is fully backed up in case of any kind of equipment failure!
 
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?

Do you charge for travel?
Depends upon where we're traveling to. Normally Vero Beach through Broward County is free. Dade County and other counties in Florida, as well as our national weddings normally require a travel fee.
 
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
Depends upon the hours of coverage, but normally 6-8 weeks, although sooner during the non-peak wedding season.
 
In what format are the initial proofs offered?
Hard Cover 8 1/2 x 11 Book and on the website.
 
How long can the client keep the proofs?
Book is theirs to keep forever.
 
Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
Yes.
 
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?
Yes.
 
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
Always provided when the final album is delivered.

When will the client get the final album?
Depends upon the time it takes our clients to choose the images for the book and approve the proof of the book. Once it's approved, delivery is approximately 2-3 weeks.
