I have been a loyal patron of DaCapo's since they made the cake for my 30th birthday (I'm now 44yrs old). When the time came to pick a vendor for my wedding cake, this was the one decision I did not stress about because I knew it would be excellent! Lisa is a gifted baker and was really pleasant to work with. She made my vision come to life, and not only were the cakes beautiful, they were so delicious that there wasn't a single crumb left. When your friends who are paleo/ keto/ whole 30/never eat sweets eat cake, you know its good!

After tasting Lisa's strawberry cream cake, my husband and I were set on Dacapo's! I showed her a picture of what I wanted for my wedding cake and it turned out perfect! We decided against a groom's cake and had a sheet cake of chocolate mousse instead because we both loved it so much. Lisa was very easy to communicate with, enthusiastic, and we definitely got what we paid for. We also were offered a free top tier of our wedding cake in a year so we didn't have to freeze ours, which was super nice! Our friends and family couldn't stop talking about how delicious our cakes were. Highly recommend!!

Our wedding cake was not only beautiful, it was DELICIOUS! We received compliment after compliment on how amazing the cake was. We gave the Pastry Chef, Lisa, an idea of what we were looking for in terms of style and even though it was a new design for her, she delivered! We almost opted out of a wedding cake but are so glad we didn't. We couldn't have been happier! Classy, delicious, amazing!

Lisa at Dacapo's made a beautiful "vintage-naked" wedding cake, a grooms cake and an entire dessert buffet with raspberry swirls, brownies and custom sugar cookies. The cake was to die for and absolutely gorgeous. I couldn't have had it any other way.

The cake was vey tasty and beautiful. I would highly recommend Dacapo's to anyone.

The cake was so delicious!! I mean, who doesn't like vanilla cream and strawberries. Yummy!!!

We originally went here on taste alone but it turned out they delivered on design as well!! Our cake was absolutely delicious AND beautiful! It is hard to find a bakery that will deliver on both ends of the spectrum and Dacapo's give you that service! We have since used them for birthday cakes as well. You have to try their cake...it melts in your mouth!! Also, they give you a free cake on your 1 year anniversary so that you can taste your original cake for traditional purposes and then also enjoy a fresh one!!

We LOVE DaCapo's, use them all the time. For our wedding, Lisa created a tasty cake that went along with the feel of our wedding. It was beautiful and yummy! Instead of a groom's cake we opted for tuxedo strawberries (chocolate covered). They set up the cake and staged it beautifully. DaCapo's is just all around great. I also love their cafe.

Our family uses DaCapo's for professional and personal events. I couldn't imagine having our wedding cake from anywhere else. Lisa is an artist, she sat with us as we tasted her cake samples in a state of pure delirium. Then she helped my fiance and I come up with a design that would suit our wedding perfectly. Knowing how tasty their cakes are my now hubby and I added an additional sheet cake. Every crumb was eaten and thanks to some very wily bridesmaids and some covert ops the top layer was taken to safety and hidden for us. I love DaCapo's,, everything they do is top notch and you still get that great family feel when you walk in.

Dacapos made the most beautiful AND delicious cake ever! Lisa Biggerstaff is the pastry chef and makes a famous carrot cake which is what we chose for our wedding cake, we chose a chocolate fudge cake for the grooms cake. Since the wedding cake was carrot cake we went with the traditional cream cheese icing and then Dacapos worked with our florist to create flowers that could be arranged on the cake and it worked out beautifully. The grooms cake was decorated with an arts and crafts inspired design that we sent to her and she created specifically for our event - it looked amazing and we got a lot of compliments on both cakes tasting great since most people are used to beautifully presented cakes that taste boring at weddings! What a nice surprise!
