Hyatt Regency Coralville Hotel & Conference Center is an upscale hotel and conference center that offers a truly wonderful location for weddings in the urban Iowa River Landing district. Create a seamless celebration with a unique combination of beautiful outside ceremony space and freshly renovated ballroom spaces.

Facilities and Capacity
Hyatt Regency Coralville Hotel & Conference Center has over 75,000 square foot of flexible indoor/outdoor event space. The first floor Conference Center consists of the Exhibit Hall, Coral Grand Ballroom, and Oakdale Junior Ballroom. The Oakdale Ballroom is 7,200 square feet of space and can accommodate 250 guests for a seated dinner reception. The Coral Ballroom is 15,000 square feet of space and can accommodate 650 guests for a seated dinner reception. The Exhibit Hall is 30,000 square feet of space and can accommodate 1,500 for a seated dinner. The second floor has 10 small rooms great for getting ready for your big day and gathering with family and friends for gift opening and brunch the day after.

My heroes!

I had my wedding here and can't say how much I appreciate the staff! Mckayla was wonderful working with us to get everything set up and although she was sick on our day she left us in very capable hands. Courtney was wedding coordinator during the day and had everything running smoothly!! Weather was shaky and I really wanted to be married out on the terrace. Courtney personally went out after a break in the mini sprinkling to dry off all the chairs for my guests to sit in. I could not have asked for more, but they gave me more. Linda, a custodian cleaning around the hotel, not only came to give me water before my ceremony, but stopped by my mom and gave her encouraging words and offering to get her anything she needed. It warmed my mom's heart and gave her the courage to take on the day with me.
Candise was our management for the reception and had the room beautifully put together. Staff was on pare in her hands, the bartenders made my guests laugh and have fun, dinning staff was quick and well organized serving and cleaning up. I could have never chosen the best place to have my wedding! Thank you all so much Hyatt Staff!!! You were all amazing I made the happiest day of me and my husband's the smoothest and most enjoyable! We will be back just to enjoy your hospitality as guests. Thank you, Thank You, THANK YOU!!!!

We love working with the Marriott for our fundraiser. They provide excellent sales and catering service. Their servers the night of the event are attentive and good at what they do. They truly care about your event and want you to be successful. I would highly recommend anyone working with the Marriott for any event.

I now have over 2 years of experience helping couples plan their big day. I will work with you to plan your reception layout, timeline, menu, and bar selections. The best part of my job is creating a connection with our couples and showcasing the beauty of the Iowa River Wetlands in our own backyard.
