Thanks to digital capture and Photoshop, many special techniques can be applied to the color original image, including black & white, sepia, a combination of black & white and color, etc.
Do you have experience shooting in various lighting situations?
I am prepared for any lighting condition. I prefer to use natural light whenever possible.
Is your media preference film or digital?
Digital.
How many photographers do you work with?
I always work with a non-shooting assistant. A second shooter is available for an additional fee.
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
Yes.
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
Never two in one day. Sometimes two in one weekend.
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
Yes.
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
Two cameras, a wide assortment of lenses, flashes, and backups for everything.
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
Yes.
Do you charge hourly or full day?
Packages include 8 hours.
Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours?
$250 over 8 hours.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
What's a break??? None. 10 minutes to eat.
Do you charge for travel?
Sometimes depending on the location.
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
A couple of weeks.
In what format are the initial proofs offered?
DVD-ROM
How long can the client keep the proofs?
Forever.
Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
Yes but the client can print the images for personal use.
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?

Coffee table books & digital flush mount albums.
When will the client get the final album?
