Award Winning Beauty Cast Bridal make up techniques on DVD

About
Practicing the fine-art of storytelling, Cindy photographs weddings in a way that is simple, pure and straightforward. True to her experience and training as a photojournalist, Cindy prefers to blend into the background and purely document the events and moments of the day. “I’m not a director,” she says. “I really appreciate it when people are just being themselves and I’m capturing what happens. I do my best work that way.”

I offer color, black-and-white, and sepia toning.

Do you have experience shooting in various lighting situations?
Having photographed more than 5000 newspaper photo assignments, I have experience shooting in every imaginable lighting situation from bright sunlight to candlelight and fireworks. While I prefer to shoot available light when possible, I bring lighting equipment for situations where available light is not appropriate.

I prefer to shoot digital because it allows for greater control and flexibility. I will shoot film (with an associated fee) if requested.

How many photographers do you work with?
I work with a second shooter/assistant.

Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
I am the sole primary photographer for all weddings booked through cbrownphoto. If you hire me, I will photograph your wedding (barring serious illness or accident). A second photographer/assistant is also included with all standard packages.

Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
No. I photograph one wedding per weekend.

Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
I have a network of photographers to draw upon if for some reason I am unable to photograph on a wedding day.

What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
Three Canon digital camera bodies, four Canon lenses that open to wide apertures, three flash units, light stands, tripods, etc.

Hourly.

Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours?

Tips and Advice
Choose the photographer who will take the kind of photographs you want to have years down the road as memories of your special day. Focus on getting the best photographer rather than getting the most stuff for your money. One album of great photos is worth more than 12 albums of mediocre photos.
