Charm city cupcakes was the best. On the day I called to order the cupcakes, I talked to Sandra, and she was so nice and helpful. I had my cupcake cake ordered in a matter of minutes. Their cupcakes are amazing (especially the turtle kind) Our cupcake cake was beautiful. They truely are the best at what they do. I will be recommending them to everyone I know. (and also going there at least once a week to get some delicious cupcakes)

Charm City Cupcakes provides a good variety of cupcakes. At first I was a bit unsure because of their unusual set up in Brown’s Arcade, but soon found out that they produce delicious cupcakes. The older gentlemen at the front counter is certainly a character, but he will guide you through all the available flavors and work with your to get your order sorted out.

The baker, Sandra I believe, was very flexible in working with our needs. We ordered their signature cupcakes, the Black-eyed Susan, for the main dessert but wanted a small cake to cut at our reception. Unfortunately, I had bought a cake topper that was quite heavy, since it was not meant for that purpose. Sandra found a way to reinforce the center of the cake to hold my cake topper.
Communication with the bakery was spotty at times; however, they delivered everything correctly and on time, charged us correctly, and created a nice display. Most importantly, the cupcakes were delicious and everyone enjoyed them.

We recommend Charm City Cupcakes for your event since they produce a tasty product and followed through on everything. Just be prepared for a slightly different experience than you may get elsewhere.

Positives: The cupcakes were DELICIOUS! No complaints on the taste. Also, Sandra does the baking the day of the event, which makes the cupcakes fresh. Very affordable and will work with you on what you want, and how much you can afford.
Negatives: No formal contract, so I didn't have anything to bind the vendor in the event that the delivery fell through, bad quality, etc. Luckily, there were no problems in that department!

We gave away cupcakes as our wedding favor. Sandra and Billy were very helpful and attentive. It was a bit difficult to get in touch with Sandra, but once we did she was very professional and very helpful. Our guests loved the cupcakes. One of our guests ate her cupcake and her husband's cupcake before dinner was even served! Some of the best cupcakes we have every tasted. Highly recommended.

It took awhile to get through to the owner of the company; however, she was flexible once I actually got to speak with her. She repeatedly indicated that she would send me information and pictures but I never received them. The cupcakes were delicious though.

The cupcakes were very delicious. They owner is a very nice person to work with. She really loves her job and takes your events seriously.
