Every video package we offer comes with a custom edited highlight segment.
Do you have lighting equipment to accommodate a more dimly-lit event?
During the reception, if needed, we use a single 50 Watt light on each camera.
How many videographers do you work with?
Three.
Does the client get to meet the videographers before the event?
We always prefer to meet with the bride and groom prior to the wedding.
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
Yes definitely.
Do you book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
We never have our videographers film more than one wedding a day.
Do you have a replacement videographer in case you become unavailable on the event day?
Yes.
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
Multiple cameras, wireless microphones, batteries and lights.
Do you bring backup equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
Yes.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
We do not film the guests eating at dinner, so we take our break concurrently.
Do you charge overtime?
All of our packages included unlimited time on site.
Do you give access to your raw footage?
Yes, for a fee we will compress it out to DVD.
Do you reserve the right to use the video in the future for promotions, contents, etc.?
Yes.
Is the client involved in the editing process? If so, how much input does the client have in editing?
For our Silver and above packages the bride is provided with a proof copy of the DVD to view and request changes.
How long does it take for the client to get the final video?
The length of time can vary from 3 to 6 months, depending on time of year.
