We can do B&W, Sepia, Spot Coloring, Painting, etc, etc, etc.
Do you have experience shooting in various lighting situations?
You have to be ready for any and all type's of lighting conditions
Is your media preference film or digital?
We are digital only.
How many photographers do you work with?
We have three photographers.
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
I am always there.
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
No. We devote our full attention to the one wedding that day.
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
Yes, we always have someone available.
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
You name it and we probably bring it. Having the right equipment is an absolute necessity.
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
Yes. You must be prepared for any equipment malfunction. The key is to buy and use the best so you don't run into the problem.
Do you charge hourly or full day?
We are flexible. We would rather shoot the whole day because so nothing is missed.
Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours?
What ever it takes. It's you wedding
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
I don't want to miss anything which means you won't find me just sitting around.
Do you charge for travel?
There will be an additional charge for any weddings over 100 miles
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
I usually have some photos up within two days. It's important to have them available for those who attended as well as those who could not attend the wedding. All the proofs are usually up within two weeks.
In what format are the initial proofs offered?
A Professional Proofing site.
Will images be available for viewing online?
All proofs are available online. I like to have music to enhance the viewing experience.
