What types, such as unedited footage or special effects, of videography do you offer?
We have a variety of different packages and are always open to creating a custom package to fit your specific needs.
How many videographers do you work with?
We always shoot with two camera operators. For bigger weddings we will recommend a third camera.
Does the client get to meet the videographers before the event?
Yes, we always love meeting with our couples prior to the wedding.
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
Yes
Do you book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
No, we only book one wedding per weekend. We like to personally attend the rehearsal to get a feel for the venue and any nuances we may encounter.
Do you have a replacement videographer in case you become unavailable on the event day?
Yes, we do have a few highly skilled backups if either of us cannot make it.
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
Cameras, wireless mics, tripods, monopods and lights as needed
Do you charge overtime?
Shooting time varies depending on your wedding package. We do offer the option of adding additional time to your package.
Do you reserve the right to use the video in the future for promotions, contents, etc.?
Yes
How long does it take for the client to get the final video?
Depending on your video package our turn around time is 3-6 months.
