Does a client need to schedule an appointment? How do the client appointments work?
No appointment is needed to shop with us. We do have a sign in sheet at the front door. We help people in order of arrival.

What is the typical turn-around time for a dress?
We suggest (in a perfect world) approximately 6 months to order your gown and allow for alterations. Of course there are many exceptions to that time frame! We have had brides find a gown and need it for that day! We do our best to make your time frame work!
 
How often do you receive new dresses?
We receive new styles on a weekly basis.
 
Do you have a seamstress onsite?
We have three full-time seamstresses on site. They work by appointment only.
