Most of the couples that I speak with are concerned that they select a menu that will appeal to as many of their guests as possible.  I, personally, recommend that they start by selecting items that appeal to them.  Guests will special dietary restrictions will always contact a couple to let them know about their needs, and can be accommodated easily.  Make your wedding day a reflection of you, your likes and dislikes. You only have one special day, and your guests will appreciate learning more about you through the choices you’ve made.
