Best Catering Company
Best company to go with in terms of food and warmth. Their owner is very hands on and was on site the night of the event. He was very helpful with any questions I had and very accommodating for food allergies that people in the wedding party and guests had. They set the tables with the tables clothes and napkins alternating colors exactly how I wanted them. They know how to get it done and they are so nice. I will be recommending they to everyone who needs a caterer for their wedding

My husband and I hired Atlantic Caterers for our October wedding and we couldn't of been happier with the service provided! Raoul and his team were top tier - organized, clear, and confident. From our first meeting for our tasting, we were sold on not only their food, but their personable & assured attitudes/personalities.
During our walk through, Raoul took charge and worked with our coordinator to get things done. He asked the questions we didn't even think of and really took a ton off of our plates to think about.
Day of - the food was phenomenal. We did buffet style, apps, and a full bar (hired 3 bartenders with them). The service was 10/10 all night, and the second our lead server saw mine or my husband's hand empty, he was there with a drink opened and ready for us! Seriously cannot put into words how great everyone was!
Their team is also so accommodating and flexible - we had a large number of dietary restrictions and Raoul handled it no problem and there wasn't a single complaint from any guests.
We could honestly go on and on about how much we recommend Atlantic Caterers, but we'll let them speak for themselves. Hire them for your wedding (or any other event)! 100000/10!

On the Ball
Both Raoul and Karl were absolutely awesome leading up to and during our event. Raoul was very patient with our questions and Karl did a fantastic job day-of when rain caused a last-minute decision to move the cocktail hour inside. The food was FANTASTIC and our guests were raving about it, especially the bacon-wrapped scallops. (I loved the chicken bruschetta and wished I had time to eat more!) They went above and beyond for great service at the reception, and I am so grateful and happy with our choice.

Great food, even better service!
So glad we went with Atlantic for our caterer. The food was delicious, and the bar and appetizer service was excellent. Raoul was great to work with. Easy to communicate with about everything we had on our minds about the day. We loved that Atlantic is a family business that we could tell really cared about providing quality service. Raoul was so kind throughout the reception, always checking in to make sure the bride and groom had enough to eat and drink. I definitely recommend Atlantic!

I got married on 8/27/22, Raoul and his staff were absolutely amazing. Leading up to the wedding Raoul did a fantastic job in coordinating with my venue to make sure everything would run smoothly. Atlantic was Awesome
Our daughter's wedding was at the Baltimore Science Center. Atlantic did a great job with getting the venue prepared in a short amount of time. The cocktail party was first rate and the hors d'oeuvres were delicious. Atlantic's service was during the reception couldn't have been better. The four entrees prepared for the wedding buffet were outstanding and all of the comments from our guests were very favorable. Our daughter's reception could not have gone better, and we have Raul and all of the people at Atlantic Catering to thank for a job well done!

Amazing food and more!
Megan and her team at Atlantic Caterers catered my wedding 10.08.21. They did an OUTSTANDING job. The food was amazing from the chicken salad sandwiches we had while getting ready, to the crab dip at the cocktail hour, the chicken and steak main courses, and the variety of desserts. They were even super cautious about food allergies. But they provide so much more than just amazing food. The team helped set everything up and helped to make the day go smoothly. The staff was friendly and extremely attentive. Not to mention the price was extremely reasonable. Atlantic Caterers truly are the full package. I could not have had such a perfect wedding without the huge part they played.

Incredible Catering Team!
We worked with Atlantic Caterers for our wedding at the Cloisters and they were incredible! Choosing a caterer was definitely one of the more daunting tasks during wedding planning, and some of the things that drew us to Atlantic Caterers were their calm and straightforward approach to providing quotes, their clear and fair pricing (everything was clear and itemized up front), their friendliness, and the amazing variety of food options. We worked primarily with Raoul and he was very friendly and professional. You can tell that they seek to excel in providing both amazing food and in keeping events running smoothly. Some of the ways they went above and beyond included - providing more appetizers than we expected for us to try at our tasting, offering to set up any decorations if desired, and checking in with both us and our guests to ensure that everything was delicious and going smoothly during the reception. We were blown away by the tasty food and generous portions and our guests were as well! (We loved the Chicken Oscar!) Another thing that was particularly kind was that Raoul brought my husband and I cold ice water partway through the reception - This was especially appreciated and thoughtful as it was very hot and we hadn't remembered/had time to drink very much. We would 100% recommend Atlantic Caterers!

Best Caterer Ever
Meg and Atlantic Caterers were absolutely amazing for our wedding! The food was absolutely delicious and Meg made sure things ran so incredibly smoothly! Amazing!
My husband and I got married Sept. 7th, 2019 and we hired Atlantic Caterers. I could not have asked for better service, food and drinks. For our entree everyone had a crabcake, steak medallions, and roasted veggies and it was DELICIOUS. Multiple guests came up to me, my husband and my parents raving about the food, saying it was the best wedding meal they have ever had. Raoul was so attentive to me, my husband, and my parents. He made sure we always had a drink in our hands and made sure we ate. I only went up to the bar once for myself. When we were taking pictures during the cocktail hour, he brought over a tray of apps and drinks just for us. We were truly amazed by the whole company. Would 100% recommend.

My family has used Atlantic Caterers for many events and we are always happy. I got married about 3 weeks ago and the food was perfect. I truly think Atlantic Caterers has the best crab cake ever. They are very professional and go above and beyond to help make your event perfect. I could go on for hours about their amazing service and food. These guys are a must for your wedding!!

Amazing food and great service!
Atlantic Caterers was everything we could have asked for in a caterer! They went above and beyond to basically set up our entire wedding and make sure everything went smoothly. We worked with Meghan for our entire planning process, and she was great and very on top of things. I was confident she would make sure everything went right. Unfortunately, Meghan went on vacation on our wedding date, which made me very nervous since she was the person I had been planning with this whole time. HOWEVER, the owner, Carl, ran our wedding and did an absolutely amazing job. He was so attentive and personable. They set everything up for us and it was everything I had envisioned. All of our guests raved about the food and service, saying it was the best service they had ever received from caterers at a wedding. Everything we tasted was delicious and we were so happy with how all of the food turned out. The Seafood Newburg was a huge hit! Atlantic Caterers was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend them to anyone!

I can't say enough good things about Raoul and the rest of the staff who catered our September 22, 2018 wedding! Raoul was constantly in contact with my husband and I, even responding to my frantic emails at 5am the day before the wedding, to ensure that the food on our big day would be exactly what we wanted. The day of the wedding, Raoul and his staff were friendly, welcoming and professional. The food was not only delicious, but presented beautifully and we have heard so many great things about it from our guests.

I can’t say enough about Meghan and Atlantic catering. Our venue made things very difficult, but Meghan went out of her way to make the process as easy and carefree for us as possible! She was on top of things, very detailed, and made sure everything was perfect. She made sure the event ran smoothly from start to finish- and wasn’t afraid to keep things moving it we started to get off schedule. She really helped to make this event possible!
Not only that- the food is amazing! Every guest I talked too raved about the food. They served everyone in a quick and efficient manner without being obtrusive to the event. Their staff made sure my husband and I had what we needed at all times. They’re the epitome of professional and perfection.

Excellent caterer!
I really enjoyed working with Atlantic. I received their contact info via a list of preferred vendors provided by the venue (the Howard County Conservancy). When I called, I was immediately transferred to Raoul and we began to discuss my vision for the day. He is very familiar with the Conservancy and its quirks/needs and also participates in their annual "Wine in the Garden" fundraising event. After our initial telephone conversation, Raoul immediately sent me quotes via email along with entrée, hors devours, and side options (the hors devours list is seven! pages long) He was extremely responsive throughout the entire planning process. I believe Atlantic is a family owned business, and I could tell the entire team was dedicated to high quality food and customer service.
Additionally, I could not attend Atlantic's public tasting event, so Raoul organized a private tasting for me and my mother at Atlantic's facility. We were blown away by the tasting, both at the quality of the food and the portion sizes. The portions were so generous that we were both able to take plates home, so my husband and stepfather got to try the full menu as well.
Raoul personally did a venue walkthrough with myself and our day-of coordinator two weeks before the wedding. He was very thorough, and I felt very reassured after that my vision would be executed. He also was present at the reception and went around to each table after dinner had been served to check in with our guests re: the food. Again, the portions were amazing - the plates could not fit any more on them! Our guests have commented on how delicious the food was, the portion sizes, and how impressed they were that Raoul came to each table individually (even more impressed when I told them he's the owner!).
Atlantic is a full service caterer, so they coordinated our linens and chair rentals and provided a licensed bartender. They also provided beautiful centerpieces for their service tables and the tables we used for cocktail hour, as well as a gorgeous cake stand based on our color palette (flowers and cake stand at no extra cost to us). Another interesting detail is that they have wholesale arrangements with several bakeries, including Sugar Bakers, which made my cake selection process very easy!
I would recommend Atlantic for any couple and any venue, but ESPECIALLY if you are having your reception at the Conservancy! Their commitment to great food and service was so very appreciated by me and all our guests, and I cannot speak highly enough of Raoul and his team.

Atlantic Caterers created an amazing meal for our wedding! We had a steamed crab feast along with prime rib and all the fixings! Ral was very accommodating with all of our personalizations and requests for the menu! He even organized all the venue extras, such as curtains, tables, linens, etc. so that we wouldn't have to go through yet another vendor. He also personally saved food for my husband and I and made sure we had at least something to eat our wedding night. And we were able to take home leftovers!! Our guests were very pleased with the flavors and variety of options, and all of it came at a great value! We would highly recommend Atlantic Caterers as they go above and beyond every step of the way to make your wedding day extraordinary!

I can't begin to express how much grateful we are to Meghan and Atlantic Catering. From the first time we met Meghan we knew she was going to be a powerhouse who could get anything done. What we didn't know is that she not only would provide food and drinks for everyone, but she also served as a pseudo day-of coordinator! Meghan was AMAZING! From organizing folks to start the ceremony to switching decorations last minute when our cocktail hour got rained out to packing up our centerpieces and helping with clean up--We literally don't know how we could have pulled this wedding off without her. She was honest, reliable, and very down to earth throughout the whole process. She felt like she belonged at the party with our family, not just working it!
The food was delicious, we had SO much of it, the bartenders were great, and Meghan was our fearless leader! We would use Atlantic and Meghan again and again and cannot recommend them highly enough!

I can't say enough about the outstanding staff and service that Atlantic Caterers has been. For all of our events, from 30 to 300 guests they give 110% to may the day memorable!! Attention to details are second to none!! They have always gone above and beyond our wildest expectations. From asking the wait staff to wear tropical print shirt to putting the dessert parfait in our personalized glasses. Then washing the glasses for the guests to take home with them. They were ready and willing to make our vision a reality!! Thanks again for making our day memorable.

We got an immediate reply and was the most affordable quote by far with the best menu options. They were so down to earth- they actually said we try to keep our costs affordable because we know it is about the marriage not the day. Also giving us reasonable prices for children versus adults. Atlantic Caterers catered our wedding at the B&O Railroad Museum on 10/22/16. Raoul was our contact person. We loved working with him! Everything was even more perfect at our wedding than we could have imagined. I was able to relax the day of the wedding because I knew everything was in such good hands. The food was awesome (our guests especially raved about the appetizers: crab dip, crab balls, pigs in a blanket, and after dinner coffee). Portions were huge! Dinner was served hot, which was quite a feat considering the B&O has no kitchen in-house. Raoul and his team also assembled several tables (guestbook, wish you were here table, photo booth props, cake table) at the wedding and executed them exactly as I had wanted and per my instructions. Raoul brought the friendliest/most helpful staff. Our guests even commented on how friendly and fun the staff were. Raoul personally went around to every table to greet our guests and to ask how the food was, which everyone thought was so nice. This did not go unnoticed and made our wedding even more of a family affair! We were quite impressed!

Kristin from Atlantic catering made our wedding the huge success it was. Guests raved over the food and how attentive the staff from Atlantic was. Kristin answered all of our questions, gave us her cell phone to call with any concerns, went to our cake tasting, and helped us along the way.

We just want to thank the whole Atlantic Caterers team for making our wedding and reception the best day of our lives. We were so so impressed by literally everything they accomplished. People are still raving about the food. Everyone was so entertained watching them flip the room so quickly (we used the same room for wedding and dinner/dancing). The bar service was awesome. The setup looked great. The food- we must say again- was so good. And the staff- so friendly and professional. Everyone was so efficient. We felt like things just happened so quickly and flawlessly. We found ourselves wondering - when did that happen? How did they do that without us noticing? The linens and the setup looked great. We liked the way they did the napkins! And we noticed the floral arrangements they added and the silver linens they used on our head table. Everything just looked great. We can go on and on. They were flexible with everything. Kristin Olsson really knows what she is doing and we thank her for working so hard to make our day perfect. Thanks to the owners who came as well - you guys are running a fantastic operation.
Atlantic was also so reasonable and extremely effective. They provided the food, linens, glassware, flatware, and set up our wedding, ran the cocktail reception, then set up our dinner tables. They basically did everything and really fit our budget. Our guest count expanded from 180 to 250 and they were able to accommodate having guests seated downstairs and upstairs in our venue, the Preston Room. What a great team.
We were just so impressed and knew that we made the right decision to work with Atlantic. Their work was the core of making the whole day happen and it wouldn't have been possible without them. We will be using Atlantic Caterers again!

Our daughter's wedding was held at the beautiful Mansion House at the Maryland Zoo in Baltimore two weeks ago. We selected Atlantic Catering as they were experienced with this venue and we are glad we did. From the beginning of the process, right through the event, Kristin was there to help. Atlantic Caterers' owner introduced himself as preparations were just beginning the night of the wedding and ALL of the staff were most pleasant. One staff person who stood out was the bar tender. Several attendees mentioned her efficiency and engaging personality. This is not to take away anything from the other bartender but I did not have any involvement with that person to offer any comments. (Plus, the liquor was top of the line!) After the reception an Atlantic Cantering employee inquired about the food and I responded by saying a number of people commented on how good the food (e.g., turkey, mash potato bar, pasta, etc.) but the most positive comments I heard from the meat eaters in attendance was the roast beef. He said he was the one who prepared the roast beef. Kristin ran the right amount of "interference" to enable the bride and groom to eat. SO ALL WAS GOOD WITH ATLANTIC CANTERING! I almost forgot--it was fun watching some of the Catering staff dance to the music as they cleaned up!

I personally worked with Sylvia to set everything for my wedding day. She was wonderful to work with, and made things so easy. All of the staff at my wedding that day was fanstastic. So happy to see everyone enjoy themselves, and from what we saw and were able to taste everything was delicious. I like the fact that Atlantic includes almost everything into their price, rather than adding everything separately.

I have not had any direct services from this company. However, Kristin, has helped me so much in my wedding planning even when I said I would have to think about hiring her company or not. She emailed me back with answers to my questions in a very timely fashion. She even sent me a wedding planning book that she wrote for her daughter when she was getting married which has helped me SO much. Her prices are great and her helpfulness is so much more. I would recommend her to anyone!

Atlantic Caterers were amazing!!! The food was amazing!!! So many guests came up to us afterwards raving about the food. Raoul was great! He checked in with use several times in the night making sure everything was working out smoothly. Raoul was very detailed oriented and made sure if I had anything for the tables or little favors, it was taken care of! He even made sure we sat down and had time to eat, I'm a huge foodie, so I really appreciated that:) I'm recommending them to all my friends who are getting married!

You would be crazy not to go with Atlantic Caterers for your event! Mr. Raul is wonderful. Their food is absolutely outstanding. Nothing is worse than getting bland, generic food at a wedding- this will not be the case if you go with Atlantic. We had crab cakes, carved beef, seafood newburg, and various other items. The crabcakes were seriously nothing but lump crab meat and the seafood newburg also had huge shrimp and lump crab meat. The beef was juicy and seasoned perfectly. Our guests could not stop commenting on the food! Would highly recommend Atlantic Caterers!

Kristin and the Atlantic team catered our wedding on a boat. Now, I really can't imagine a more unusual place to serve food when you're used to using the kitchen trucks and serving in larger, more open spaces. I didn't expect things to go that smoothly but Kristin is obviously a pro. We loved the food we chose. I highly recommend the crab cakes as a Baltimore wedding wouldn't be the same without them!
I should also mention that one of the reasons Atlantic appealed to me was their bar menu pricing. Unfortunately, the boat had a special liquor license so Atlantic was unable to serve the alcohol.

Wow! Atlantic Caterers gained our respect from the start when we attended their food tastings, which gave us the opportunity to meet Kristin! Kristin Olsson, our Wedding Specialist, was truly remarkable as she put our minds at ease immediately from the moment we met to discuss our menu options! Her immediate responses to my emails were impressive, while knowing how busy she is throughout the year. Her expertise was evident as well as she gave us great suggestions for centerpieces and even offered to let us borrow some of her decorative items so we wouldn't have to spend money on them. She truly understood the style we were looking for and turned our wedding reception venue, The Baltimore Museum of Industry, into an elegant environment. Kristin and her staff made sure my husband and I were served first (which we are forever grateful) so that we could enjoy our delicious meals! Our guests were thrilled with their food choices as we offered Filet Atlantic with Lump Crab Meat, Chilean Sea Bass, Chicken Marsala and a vegetarian option of Penne with Mushrooms and Asparagus. Kristin also found times throughout the evening to check on me and my husband to make sure we had everything we needed and had the time of our lives...which we certainly did! Our point of contact was Raoul Frevel and he was amazing from the start. Very patient and understanding with all the changes we kept making. Atlantic Catering went above and beyond for our wedding.
Firstly, the food is fabulous! We did a served dinner featuring steak and crab cake and I highly recommend the crab cake. It is fabulous!! The ranch dressing is also to die for, my dad was eating it straight our of the bowl with his spoon. Excellent quality food for the price.
Secondly, Kristin is amazing. She was a godsend throughout the entire process. When you go through Atlantic catering for your wedding, you are not only getting a caterer, but also a wedding coordinator! She helped us through every little detail of our wedding. She was there on the day of the wedding navigating us throughout the day and evening. When our venue refused to let us have our rehearsal after 4 pm, she went out of her way to help us hold our rehearsal at our hotel so that all members of our bridal party could come.
We honestly could no have done this without her! If and when you choose Atlantic, you will not regret it!

We were lucky enough to have Kristin with Atlantic Caterers as our wedding caterer. They were one of the preferred vendors with our venue. Not only was the food amazing and we have had tons of compliments but Kristin was a pleasure to work with. She went above and beyond on every step, making every idea I had become a reality including a cookie and milk table for the groom. Atlantic took care of everything. They ordered all the linens and had coordinating flower arrangements for service tables. They were on site with their own kitchen truck making all fresh food. A cake was provided as part of the contract with several cake vendors to choose from. After meeting with the baker and discussing what we wanted for our cake Atlantic again took over and handled the cake size and delivery. They handled all the set and and break down of decorations for our ceremony and reception. The room looked amazing. Kristin coordinated with our DJ and venue coordinator for a flawless, worry free evening for myself and all our friends and family. All in all they helped my our wedding the perfect day.

Atlantic Caterers catered my wedding last weekend and did an amazing job! They went above and beyond anything I expected. They were so easy to work with and very accomodating. Anything we wanted that wasn't "the norm" was never an issue. The price they quoted me was an all-inclusive price. They did not nickel and dime me and never told me that something would be extra. The service on the day of the wedding was exceptional. The staff was very attentive to us and our bridal party, bringing us appetizers and drinks while taking pictures and greeting guests. I highly recommend Atlantic Caterers to everyone!

Honestly, don't look anywhere else. Sylvia and her team were fantastic. We planned our wedding overseas and Sylvia handled everything with little guidance from us. We didn't decided on cupcakes until two weeks before the wedding and Sylvia made it happen. During our walk-through, it was obvious that our family-style dinner option wouldn't work due to the table size so she made the switch to plated dinner effortlessly. It is a great value, wonderful food, and the open bar really is top-shelf open bar. You have found your caterer!

Kristin and Atlantic did a wonderful job for our wedding! We knew from the beginning that we selected the right place when Kristin provided us with a same-sex wedding binder filled with vendors and other information.
We wanted breakfast for dinner and Kristin was enthusiastic about the idea. We had a s'mores bar as well. Needless to say it was a far from traditional wedding. Kristin supported the idea and was probably just as excited as we were about the unique menu.
Kristin was more than responsive to our budget concerns and provided suggestions for our linens when we were not sure which would match. On the day of, she and her staff were on point. They helped keep us on schedule and Kristin even reminded us to cut our cupcake (our substitute for traditional cake) with our left hands!
The staff was wonderful and patient with our guests. They cleared everything with us during clean up to be sure that nothing was removed without our approval.
Finally, the food was perfect. All our requests were met and our expectations were exceeded. From start to finish they were incredible and my wife and I were more than pleased with Kristin and Atlantic.

Atlantic Caterers is definitely a five star catering service. They provided delicious food and top of the line service for my wedding. From my first contact, Karl of Atlantic was very responsive and professional. My outdoor wedding ceremony was beautifully set up by Atlantic and ready to go. Then 5 minutes before I was to walk down the aisle...along came the rain. Karl and his team quickly re-set everything inside the venue. For my last minute guests they had no idea that the ceremony site had been changed/reset to indoor. In addition to the efficient service the food was great. Atlantic offers more than the traditional "banquet food" at very reasonable prices. The sweet potato puffs and crab balls were absolutely delicious, as was the seafood newburg. My husband and I are looking forward to having them cater our anniversary dinner!

I am a wedding photographer myself, so I've seen all manners of catering crews over the years, and let me tell you, Atlantic is top-notch! To me they are the best of all worlds... they have great food on all levels, can design your reception any way you want, and for icing on the cake they are super professional and friendly... all at some of the most reasonable prices you will find in town. As a wedding insider, and one confident enough to hire them for my own wedding, I 100% recommend Atlantic Catering. We had Kristin as our coordinator too and we loved her! Oh yeah, that's another thing, having Atlantic is like having a bonus wedding coordinator. They do so much to help you throughout planning and on the wedding day itself too.
Here's some additional thoughts from my bride:
· sooooo much food, no lack of food at cocktail hour like some weddings where people are starving and chasing the caterer down for food, people even said that they were surprised there was also going to be dinner since there was so much food
· extremely friendly and nice staff, my grandma went to the kitchen to ask for extra cake for my granddad and they helped her, and Lisa saw the kids getting French fries and asked for some and they gave them to her (I don’t know how it all happened I just saw them bring her a plate of fries and she was smiling so big)
· soooo much dinner food too everyone was able to have enough and then there was even still a ton leftover
· room set up was perfect and they were accommodating with our various requests and flexible with our reception item drop-offs
OK, I could go on and on... suffice it to say we love and appreciate everything Atlantic Catering did for our wedding!

Kristin was great to work with throughout the entire process. While she was technically supposed to just run the food and beverage, we really relied on Kristin as a de facto wedding planner. She handled everything from our table, chair, and linen rentals to serving as the main point of contact for all other vendors. Kristin also provided valuable advice for how to handle sending out our wedding invitations, how to plan our menu for the evening, and which vendors we should use and which vendors we should avoid. Our wedding would not have gone out as smoothly as it did without her hard work and guidance and we are forever grateful for that. As far as the food is concerned, we are still getting compliments from our guests concerning the quality of the food a month after our wedding. There was not a single dish that was disappointing. In fact, nearly every one of our guests mentioned a different dish as being their favorite. We were a little concerned in the beginning that a wedding that served only heavy hors d’oeuvres would leave our guests going home hungry, but this was also far from the case – in fact, we are certainly glad we chose this over a sit-down dinner. Additionally, the bars were set up in a visually appealing way, the center pieces on each table were elegant, and the rooms were set up in a way that allowed people to move around very freely. Additionally, the service of the bartenders and attendants was fantastic. Everyone was smiling and more than willing to go the extra mile to make sure the guests enjoyed themselves. Our wedding would not have been the fantastic event that it was without the hard work of Atlantic Caterers, Kristin, and the dedicated staff. Anyone planning a wedding or any similar event would be hard pressed to find a better catering company than Atlantic. We are so happy we chose them and would enthusiastically recommend them to anyone without a moment’s hesitation. Thanks again, Atlantic Caterers!

Atlantic Caterer's went out of their way to make my day special. They dropped all preparations in the midst of preparing for the ceremony to move the chairs outside because I had changed my mind. Their price was extremely reasonable for the excellent food we tasted and the wonderful service they provided to all of my guests. I will definitely remember them in case I have need of them in the future. Absolutely wonderful!!

I worked with Raoul Jr. and he honestly made the whole process so easy for us. He offered great suggestions and expert knowledge. We had an issue happen with the original venue and had to change everything one month before the wedding. Raoul could not have been more accommodating and helpful. When our wedding day finally arrived I really trusted Raoul and his team and I felt at ease. We received so many compliments on the food and table presentations. I would highly recommend Atlantic Caterers to anyone. They really went above and beyond!!!

Where to start? Atlantic Caterers was simply wonderful to work with! We originally picked Atlantic after attending several weddings which were catered by them.
From our first email, Raoul was there every step of the way and a AMAZING HELPFUL source of information when my venue was difficult to contact. He went about and beyond in answering all of my crazy questions and all responded immediately. If is was busy, he would shoot me an email to let me know he would get back to me shortly so i wasn't left unanswered.
We attended several tastings and and were always please with the quality of food, service, and the fact that Raoul would sit and talk with us during this time.
Leading up to the wedding, Raoul was a dream- he went above and beyond in helping us work with the venue, providing me with a list of how much alcohol to purchase (loved that fact that we could purchase our own alcohol-- a huge $$ saver!!) a day or two before our wedding we dropping off all the alcohol, place cards, table numbers, candle (yes, we put out 60 votives with candles for me) and all the other DIY items I created- and he was happy to let with this.
He placed some snacks and drinks in the staging room for us and made it a point to make sure we had everything we needed from start to finish. His staf even help load the ceremony decorations into cars- well outside of what they "needed" to do!
Our guest loved the food- a point everyone mentioned as we made out rounds. Raoul also made it a point to walk about to every table to introduce himself and make sure everyone was happy with the quality of service they received- which our guest enjoyed as well.
I simply cannot say enough about how amazing Raoul and Atlantic Caterers are!!

At first it was hard to believe that my venue only had one choice of Caterer..but now I know why..because Atlantic Caterers are the BEST! I am very organized and a "perfectionist" and I found those same qualities in Kristin with Atlantic Caterers. Wedding planning can be very stressful, but one meeting with Kristin can change all that! She made me feel SO comfortable and relaxed about planning the entire evening, it was a joy working with her. We had a buffet style meal at our wedding and our guests could not stop raving about how good the food was and I agree, their food is amazing! I can not say enough about how much I loved working with Kristin and Atlantic Caterers!! I would highly recommend them!!

Atlantic Catering was amazing! I mostly communicated with Raoul and he was incredibly responsive and helpful. He was very willing to accommodate any and all requests we had. They were extremely helpful on the day of the wedding, helping to set up things like my place card board, my candy buffet, etc. They also worked hard to make sure everything was going as scheduled. We got lots of compliments about the food. We were very pleased with Atlantic and would definitely recommend them!

This is a large family run business that has been around for a long time. Heidi Green worked directly with us. She really did a great job. The food was great. If you are looking for quality food and service at a reasonable price then you need to go with Atlantic Caterers. One of the most creative things they offer is a salad bar where guests get to pick thier toppings and their sailad dressing. The salad is mixed together in a shaker and then served in a martini glass. We basically had an open bar with two specialty drinks...Strawberry Daquiri and Bailey's (mud slide). Heidi handled all the rentals for the extra tables we needed for the reception and ceremony. She handled the flowers for the food tables, sweetheart table, and cake table. She helped us with our wedding cake. We only needed to pick what we wanted. She handled all the napkins and table cloths. She made it so we didn't have to worry about anything. For appetizers, we had crab balls, shrimp, and little chicken cordon bleu. We had the salad bar. We also had a large table with a cheese and fruit display. Atlantic Caterers puts on a big event they call a tasting where you get to taste a majority of their food. It is all free. For our main food, we gave our guests a choice of Flounder stuffed with Crab Meat, 6 oz. new york strip, and linguine with meatballs in marinara sauce. There was so much food on everyone's plates that some couldn't finish. Some said they had no room left for cake. My groom was given the steak and the fish. The food was a big success. It was only around $70 a person plus all the extras you have to pay. When we arrived at our reception, Heidi was waiting for us with our specialty drinks, shrimp, and crab balls. We were able to take a break before going into the reception. That felt like heaven. During the reception, Heidi kept checking on us and refilling our drinks. She was very attentive and really wanted to make sure we were happy. When it was time for the cake cutting, she came and got us. She also supervised the cake cutting and did everything she could to make that perfect. She even handed me a napkin to wipe the frosting off of my fingers. There was nothing she could have done to make our day more special. If you want a quality caterer who cares about the food and the quality of the food as much as they care about you then you want to go with Atlantic Caterers.

Kristin Olsen and Atlantic Catering made this family event a fabulous memory! The astetic beauty of the layout and presentation of food was fantastic. Every morsal was a savory delight. The staff was punctual, courteous and helpful. I want to throw a party every season and have Kristin and her crew cater.

You only get one shot at doing it right and thanks to Raoul and his team, we had an outstanding wedding! The food was excellent, which continues to be validated by all of the attendee’s weeks after the wedding. Raoul was very responsive and on top of every aspect of the planning, setup and coordination of the cocktail hour and wedding reception. Raoul and his crew were constantly following up to make sure everyone was having a good time and had plenty of food and refreshments. This company is a 1st class act and we highly recommend them!

Atlantic Caterers provided the best service and quality any customer could ask for! Kristin was very friendly, working closes with us when picking out linens, food and other items detailing the reception. Kristin was very helpful and responded timely to emails and phone calls and truly was there for us when when needed her. I would recommend Atlantc Caterers and Kristin to everyone, their food is delicious and their set ups are amazing! If you are looking for a caterer that is truly on your side and is there for the customer, I would pick them! You can not beat great food service and friendliness!

I was initially drawn in by their responsiveness--as I had been turned off by others' lack there of. After speaking with Kristen, I was drawn to know more. We had our tasting and we were taken back by how delicious the food was----it was the best lunch break I had ever experiened! 19 days later, people are still asking us about leftovers and who wonderful the food was! Atlantic turned my dull reception venue into a spectacular event.

My husband and I couldn't have been more pleased with Atlantic! Raoul was absolutely wonderful to work with. From my first inquiry and all the way through the planning process he was professional, incredibly flexible, and super responsive... really he was just downright fantastic. I changed my mind quite a few times, and Raoul just went with it. He truly put me at ease and I never once feared the day wouldn’t go smoothly. When the day arrived, everything was perfect – our reception went even more smoothly that I could have ever hoped, the food was incredible, the service was fantastic, and the room looked more beautiful than I ever could have imagined. He also made sure my husband I were taken care of on the day of our wedding and that everything was exactly how we wanted it. Atlantic Caterers were wonderful! Raoul was incredibly responsive, answering emails immediately, even when he was on vacation. He always made us feel at ease. They do a beautiful job, but no one is pretentious Everyone at our wedding commented on how good the food was, especially the crab cakes. I am from Maryland and I've never seen so much lump crabmeat in a crab cake anywhere else. They were fantastic! They are also extremely affordable. I would use them again for a catered occasion.

What can I say? Atlantic Caterers has been around for decades. They provide fantastic service, amazing food and a piece of mind. As most brides, I had no idea what I was getting myself into when I was planning mine and my husbands wedding. Ral helped bring me down to earth and really look at the things I needed and wanted. I was definitely a hands on bride with a specific aesthetic and he let me bring in my own items to stage the food items. We also had originally gone so overboard with the food. Ral made great suggestions to help us really decide on great food items for the reception and everyone raved about the food. The service and cost was more and better than expected and they do not cut corners. They also let you enjoy your day they are not constantly coming at your asking you about this and that. They get it done and done. They are fabulous :)

Atlantic is SUPERB for catering your wedding - the food and the service are excellent! Our guests absolutely loved our menu and the servers even made sure that my husband and I were served as well so that we had an opportunity to eat at our wedding reception. And if you can get Kristin at Atlantic, do it! She is very helpful throughout your planning process and is an immaculate professional. She was there at our wedding even with a broken foot and in a cast, she is that dedicated.

Kristin, and the other professionals at Atlantic were excellent caterers for our wedding. Despite her many clients, Kristin always made time to meet with us and listen to our ideas for the food. We received several comments about how delicious the food was, how polite the staff was, and the creative ideas for décor and food displays! All I can say is WOW! Raoul made our day more amazing than we could have ever imagined. The food was so delicious and there was no shortage of it.. we are still getting compliments on how great it tasted!! All of the Atlantic Caterer's employees had smiles on their faces, one even helped carry the train of my dress so it wouldn't get dirty before the ceremony. If you are looking for flawless service and genuine people who won't "nickle and dime" you this is the place! Also Raoul is so professional! We absolutely loved our caterer. We knew that whatever we needed would be completed in an amazing way. Kristin was good about letting us know what needed to be done and helping us do it. We had a few special requests (like a private tasting since my then-fiance was out of state for the planning) that she accommodated. She even threw in extras, like snazzy decorations that our guests raved about.
Initially, we thought the costs were higher than other companies, but we were not pleased with other caterers. Atlantic was great for communication and quality. In the end, we saved money because she helped us get deals on things like alcohol, and she provided items like a card holder (beautiful bird cage), classy toasting glasses, and a cake cutter.
The food was delicious, and even better than at the tasting. We were able to find room in our budget to order the crabcakes as a part of our buffet, and were glad we did (they were a hit!). They were also good about making sure we got fed and were satisfied the entire evening.
Service was polite and professional to everyone all day long. We highly recommend Atlantic, especially if you are doing a wedding at Swan Harbor. They are well-experienced with that venue and know things that you would not think about.
Kristin also saw that we got a lovely wedding present, and she has continued to be pleasant after the wedding by helping us sort gifts, send pictures, etc.

I had them for my wedding and I love love love them. Raoul was the best from the day we signed the contract to my wedding day - very professional and attentive and will give you peace of mind. On the wedding day, the presentation was absolutely beautiful (went well with my modern venue) and food was great. I still have people mention how good sea bass was.

Atlantic is the best caterer. Ever. We looked at Hunt Valley (cheaper), Atlantic (bestever), and Putting on the Ritz (too expensive). Hunt Valley's tasting was yummy, but contained none of the food on our wedding menu. Also, everything had an extra charge - cake, linens, etc. Atlantic's tasting had exactly what our wedding menu was, plus cake was included, basic linens were too. Fast forward to day of wedding - my bridesmaids and I arrived at the venue, and everything was already set up - favors on table, centerpieces arranged perfectly, guestbook out on proper table, etc. Raoul, our contact, was great - sent the groomsmen and bridesmaids down the aisle, made sure event ran smoothly from beginning to end, etc. Food was DELICIOUS, and not just doused in butter with some salt and pepper dashed on. It was legitimately well cooked food by chefs, not cooks. Our guests could not stop talking about the hors'devours, salad, main dishes, and cake - all were phenomenal.

Let me start by saying that Kristin was absolutely fantastic to work with throughout the planning stages as well as the event itself. She really went out of her way to accommodate us, then went above and beyond to make all of the little details stand out. I cannot stress this enough, when choosing your caterer, make sure you are happy with the person that is handling your food. Kristin, we love you
The food was very good even though I didn't get a chance to eat very much of it. All of our guest raved about the selections but the one thing that really stood out in everyone's compliments, was the selection of cheeses. Since many of our guest tend towards drinking various wines, the cheeses really stood out. The second best compliment were the seafood choices, ie: the crab cakes and shrimp. My husband raved about the meatballs and the carving station but he is a carnivore anyways.
All of the servers were especially polite and helpful. All in all, our choice to use Atlantic was a smart and economical one. I would certainly recommend them and will likely use them again for other functions as well.

Atlantic Catering was top notch !
Kristin was the key difference between a good experience and a great experience. She went above and beyond every step of the way to make my daughter's wedding reception a truly memorable event. The staff was gracious and responsive to our every need.
The food was great. We received several positive comments about the quality of the food and the extra decorations Atlantic included for us added to the charm.
As a result, I intend to use Atlantic for my company's next corporate event.

Kristin was amazing. She is so detailed and did not miss a trick. The value was excellent. I thought that for the fair price we'd have B list food and cake but our cake was through Yia Yia's and was STUNNING and the food was off the charts. I recommend the mashed potato bar, it was a huge it. The staff was wonderful but Kristin made everything happen,she planned the event, worked the entire event and saw that every detail was complete. I can't imagine using a different caterer, our day was so special because of Atlantic. Finally, the bridal event that they throw is a wonderful way to see how fantastic there product is. I would attend this if you are in the market for a caterer. You will be impressed.

Atlantic Catering catered our wedding on August 14, 2010 at the Baltimore Museum of Industry. I hestitate to say that they "catered" because they did SO much more. Not only was the food excellent, the price unbeatable, but the staff was perfect. Raoul was our point person and from the time we first contacted him up through the day of the wedding, he was phenominal. Anything we asked for we got at a reasonable cost and without any need for negotiation or apprehension. Raoul also kept things moving the day of the wedding. Atlantic's set up was amazing also. They transformed an industrial museum into an elegant yet trendy ballroom. We loved everything about Atlantic and cannot think of one negative. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
