Does a client need to schedule an appointment? How do the client appointments work?
Brides need to schedule an appointment if it's a Friday or Saturday but walk-ins are welcome! An appointment allows you to have a one bridal consultant all to yourself.
What wedding dress brands do you carry at your boutique?
Paloma Blanca, Mikaella, Christos, Lazarro, Watters and Watters, Alvina Valenta, 2-Be, and Cotton Bride.
What is the typical turn-around time for a dress?
12-16 Weeks depending on the design and some will do a rush and even a super rush for those who are pressed for time.
How often do you receive new dresses?
Every Season!
Do you provide any guarantees/warrantees of any kind?
We do allow you to get your alterations here if you have purchased your dress but we do have a no return policy!
Do you have a seamstress onsite?
Yes she is great and her prices are reasonable!
In addition to wedding dresses, what other products do you sell?
We have tuxedos, veils, headpieces, hair clips, guest books/pen, flower girl baskets, photo albums, under garmets, ring bearer pillows, garters, gloves and much much more....
