Do you have experience shooting in various lighting situations?
Yes, lighting is one of my most knowledgeable areas and something I take much pride in is manipulating available light or creating my own.
Is your media preference film or digital?
I shoot only digital.
How many photographers do you work with?
I generally work alone, I will have an assistant if need be, or a second photographer if the event or wedding requires it.
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
Any events booked through me are for booking me.
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
Never, I like to devote my complete focus on a wedding, as it is a once in a life time event. If I am not giving it my all, I shouldn't be shooting it.
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
Of course. Matter of fact I tend to shoot with 2 camera bodies.
Do you charge hourly or full day?
I charge by package, but I have "a la carte" options that can be created on a per-hour and per-feature basis.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
None. Once I get there, I am ready to go until its time to clock out.
Do you charge for travel?
Only outside of the South Florida area
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
Samples are usually available within a week. Full proofs are usually up within 2. Final images vary but no more than 30-45 days.
In what format are the initial proofs offered?
Digitally online in a password protected gallery, proof books are available
How long can the client keep the proofs?
Forever
Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
Yes, though limited reproduction rights are given with final images.
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?
Yes.
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
Yes. Digital negatives will be provided via CD/DVD to the bride and groom and available for purchase and download to anyone else.
Will images be available for viewing online?
Yes. Password protected.
What kind of albums do you offer?
We offer various albums, from softcover magazine-type albums, to leather-bound hard cover. Sizes vary from as small as 7x7 to as large as 17" on the longest side.
