My mission is to create exquisite, unique, and artistic images and handmade albums for your special memories. I apply the highest standards of integrity, creativity, quality, and innovation to create the most beautiful prints and books.

Giving back is an integral part of who I am and the way I do business.

Each of my clients select a charity to which I will donate part of their purchase to. I support charities that are making a difference, such as CARE Canada, the Military Casualty Support Foundation, World Wildlife Foundation, Big Brothers & Sisters, Habitat for Humanity, or the Canadian Cancer Society. This is a carbon-neutral studio—my handmade fine art products combine the best technologies and old-world techniques to remove the use of harsh chemicals, solvents, and glues, and also extends the life of my albums and prints to over 100 years. Each album is produced with at least 50% recycled materials, and is packaged in 100% recyclable products. For each wedding I book, I purchase and plant five trees through Tree Canada to offset our carbon footprint.

My photography is about more than just the creation of beautiful images; it symbolizes my commitment to our community, our country, and our planet.

I am independent, creative, artistic, romantic, and idealistic. I am a perfectionist and detail oriented. I believe in honesty, spunk, hard work, kindness and seeing beyond the obvious into the obscure—I believe there is beauty to be found in anything. I love nature and all things wild. I am eco-conscious and love efficiency.

I believe in doing one thing and doing it well: I choose to photograph romance.

My style is a mélange of classic and contemporary reportage, fashion, fine art, photojournalism & just plain fun imagery with an emphasis on the minutiae, on moments and relationships that are such integral elements of love and life. I find that the unexpected moments create the most beautiful shots. Our collections will help you to relive every second of your wedding day with laughter and tears…they will tell the true story of your love and how your day unfolded. I regard each wedding as a special chapter in a personal love story, and my endeavour is always to create visual memoirs that not only reflect the spirit of the day, but also pay tribute to the essence of the couple.

I am the grateful recipient of several international awards from a number of professional associations, and most notably the International Photography Awards. My work has been featured in The Knot and WedLuxe. I am based in the Ottawa area but will travel anywhere.

I photograph all over the place and I am as likely to be in Ottawa or Toronto as Calgary, Victoria or overseas. Because every wedding is a once in a lifetime event, I devote specialized attention to each couple and accept only a very limited number of weddings each year.
